The room was very clean. Unlimited breakfast, available at €6 per day, was good value and consisted of choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, bread, spreads and cake as well as tea. coffee and orange juice. The location isn't central (but neither are the prices) and Les Gresilles RER is less than 10 minutes' walk away, whilst Gabriel Peri metro is less than 15 minutes' walk. It is possible to walk into Paris, with the Arc de Triomphe about an hour and a quarter away.

The check-in process was protracted and there was no air-conditioning (I'd stayed at another f1 in Avignon on the previous day which had aircon); the hotel is on a main road, so having the window open created an issue with noise. The lack of hanging space was an issue for a four-days' stay (there are two hooks, no hangers, drawers or any storage space) and there are only two toilets and two showers on each floor. The bed is not the most comfortable and there is no mattress protector.

You receive what you pay: a small room, with comfortable bed, clean sheets and a clean bathroom with a very good shower. We also had clean towels, what it was a surprise. Walking distance from Metro and Rer, coffee shops and cheap supermarkets nearby. If you want to enjoy Paris in a budget, F1 Hotels are always a good option.

This place is so cheap compared to other options in Paris that I went there expecting the worst (especially after the comments here), and honestly, I’ve been in worse places paying much more. So overall, nothing to complain about.

Excellent for the price, the room was small but good, we stayed for 4 night in a room with private bathroom. It was clean. Also, they provided us two small towels. I read a lot of negative comments and really don't understand, it's Paris. Anything near the center are expensive as ****. For this price, I was really more than happy. It's a simple hotel, but not bad at all. People also saying in the comments the train was 20 minutes away and the lines are closed, yes, but you also have a bus like literally in front of the hotel. Also have in mind, Paris is on a strike right now, (April 2023) all transports are being affected, that's not fault of the hotel. Honestly, I don't understand all the negative comments. The staff was very nice, although they don't speak much English I didn't have any trouble in communication.

When they clean the rooms the elevator may be not working.

It is what it is cheap a place to sleep read poor reviews about location but in honesty I didnt find it bad at all

The bed wasn't comfortable and no english channels on tv vending and coffee machines didnt accept card which was my and my kids method of payment while travelling

Private parking behind a gate with a code (when its closed?) Breakfast very good (considering the price).

A few days before our stay, I received a mail informing me, that my stay had been cancelled, due to some issue with my creditcard - don’t know if it was a typo from my end. When I called trying to find a sollution, the receptionist just said “no english”, and didn’t try to find somebody or help in some way. Same thing the next day. After emailing both booking.com and the hotel, the issue was resolved. But when we came to the hotel, all the receptionists we met, spoke english very well?!

The staff changed our room for better after we had made a complimet about bed sheets without any problems. We were so glad about it.

The WC on the ground floor was always wet i dont know why and the shower battery was damage in the bahroom for disabled.

You can't beat the price in Paris in the summer, close enough transport options to get to the heart of Paris in 30 mins

Would not be great for a single female at night, not unsafe but uncomfortable. There is also no air conditioning so be mindful of that, I was fine leaving the window open.

I liked the fact that it was cheap, the room is small but enough for 2 friends to enjoy a city break. I opted for a double room with en-suite bathroom (which was small but clean and private).

The radiator did not work in the beginning and it was full of dust, but the staff sorted it our immediately.

The hotel is about 10min walking from an RER Station (Yellow Line) which leads to many of the main sites in Paris, like Champs de Mars, d'Orsay Museum, Louvre, and many others. The staff was very nice, explained everything. It has a bus stop close, which is the best option to come back at night (Line 177).

It's more similar to a hostel than to a hotel, but it was very clean, the room is very small, so if you have many pieces of baggage it will be very annoying. It did not have any Air Conditioning, but since the outside was very cold we opened the window for around 5-10min and the room becomes colder to sleep. The room did not have any shelves beside a very small one close to the bed and only 1 power outlet close to the bed. But this is all nitpicking

It is fantastic in accordance with its low-cost policy. If there would have been a price increase, other options can be considered.

Sufficient French Proficiency would be better for the customers.
