Although situated outside Paris, it is within less than 5 minutes away from the RER C, that takes you directly to Tour Eiffel, Louvre, Orsay, Notre-Dame in 25-30 minutes. Also, there is a good supermarket (Diagonal), 3 bakeries (La Madeleine and Les Gallo Pains) and plenty of restaurants (I recommend Le Verdoyant), plus a fresh produce weekend market. The room itself is big (especially for Paris), clean, comfortable, quiet, with a nice bathroom and shower, TV, fridge, kitchenette, comfortable bed, large windows. We even had 2 bottles of water, which is always welcome. Everything was very good, I would definitely stay here again. I would like to point out that I had no mosquitoes in the room, although i have read many comments stating this fact, and i travelled in June.

One issue is the lack of air conditioning, we were lucky that it was not as hot as expected in June, but the final 2 days, things were starting to become uncomfortable. There is a ventilator in the room, but think twice before booking in July or August. The rules of cleaning the room are not so straightforward, someone at reception said it will be in 5 days, another person in 7 days, but I had my sheets changed only on the ninth day. Also, the staff was pretty cold and "mechanical". Nothing to complain about, really, just not friendly, except for the lady at checkout (and I have stayed for 10 nights)

The room comes with kitchen appliances including gas stove, microwave, etc. you can easily prepare a simple meal. The bedding utilities are super comfortable. The room is clean and cozzy.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the city center, nevertheless, there is a train station located 5 minutes walking distance. The commute to the city shouldn't be a problem.

The room was super clean, and I loved the private balcony. The bathroom was spacious and super clean. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchenette was really nice and user-friendly. The location was quiet, safe, conveniently located near an RER train station. The staff was friendly.

The breakfast was OK but not a great value. The room was a bit hot, and A/C would have been nice, although a fan was provided. Although the kitchenette was well-stocked, providing dish soap and a sponge or dishrag would make cleanup easier. I didn't expect to have to supply my own dish soap.

Convenient and reasonably priced for Paris.

The breakfast organization was a disaster both days. The food itself is fine, but this is the most disorganized breakfast buffet at a hotel that I have ever experienced. The staff needs to have sufficient plates/silverware/mugs/etc. available for customers. The staff needs to put the food out in advance - not restock on a minute-by-minute basis, because the line gets long and delayed while employees are trying to get food out and guests are trying to grab some rare item that the staff has just released. Also, restructuring the location for the buffet line would help, too, so that every guest is not bunched up in one tiny area to grab food.

It’s not a luxury property- didn’t expect that though. I had an issue with room safe requiring a room change to another room where the safe also did not work. Turns out the person who manages the property’s safes was on holiday, so no one knows how to troubleshoot the devices. Really? And one staff person in particular made it clear she really didn’t care. But this is a small point in an otherwise decent stay that met expectations

Regarding The hotel location its amazing as its just 2 minutes walk to RER C line (yellow one) which is the same train line to Effiel tower, Versaille palace and Notre Dame. Also, its 4 minutes walk to carrfour market which is excellent. There’s a bus station infront of the station and Qwartz Mall (includes primark, zara…) is just 3 bus stations. A big pharmacy and restaurant on the corner of the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and know English well. The hotel is very clean and comfort. My advise to read the important information and hotel policy /facilities very well as everything written is true.

Location was very good. Wifi was good. Rooms equiped with everything you need. Price was excellent. Staff was friendly.

I have only one problem. There are alot of mosquitoes. They were everywhere. I was there in the warm summer in Paris und I always regretted opening the windows at night, even though it was really warm. There were dead mosquitoes on the walls everywhere in the room. The hotel has to install an in sect mesh on the windows. It does not really cost so much money to do that. I had sleepless nights. The also really need to remove the dead mosquioes from the walls and clean the top of the kitchen closet and the curtains from the spider webs.

It was a very clean place, perfect location to reach centre of Paris. We enjoyed our stay

Couldn't understand how many times the room had to be cleaned. Once we got a call on the door at 9.00 and the cleaner wanted to clean - she didnt't speak English so I couldn't understand. We left the place and came back-it was cleaned, then from Tuesday till Saturday nobody cleaned, there wasn't any mop or brush, so I had to buy wipes for floor to clean. Then on Saturday we were waken up at maybe 9 or earlier, as she wanted to clean. Why so early and why they call the door. Why the room is not cleaned after 11? And how many times it had to be cleaned🤔?

The location and the staff. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to RER station that’s just 5 mins away. Clean and safe neighbourhood.

Everything is good about it except the breakfast choices they have. A few more options for breads would be nice to have. Shower area would be better with a door rather than a curtain. Water leaks out to the outside, leaving the floor wet.

Clean and comfortable. Easy check in, 24 hour reception. Bedroom very nice in 1 bed apartment, sofa bed comfy enough.

The temperature which we couldn't see how to control was too hot, we were boiling. The place felt safe enough but it's quite far from the centre etc, gare du Nord was a 25 min Uber which cost €22, maybe I would've stayed closer to there and just paid more for the room.
