The hotel is new, not quite finished but clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious. The staff was friendly and polite. I would say a good option for a short stay. There is a metro station nearby, but if you plan to use it on Sundays, better check it’s working days.

After I made the booking they sent me a message for some additional tax that must be paid on site, not mentioned anywhere in the details before. It turned out that was because of the forthcoming Olympic Games in Paris, which is supposed to be well known for quite of period. That was a bit unpleasant moment, and after some clarification they offered a free cancelation if I wanted. After I refuse to cancel they assured me that coffee would be offered on arrival, as a small gesture I suppose. Well, they only made us pay the tax without the coffee.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. A special mention to the lovely lady who checked us in—she kindly took the time to explain the meaning behind the art in the reception area, which added a personal touch to our arrival. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name, but we hope she sees this and knows how much we appreciated her kindness. Another standout team member was Nakim, who was always ready to assist us with whatever we needed. His attentiveness truly made a difference. Every evening when we returned, the room had been freshly cleaned, and the beds were perfectly made, making us feel right at home. No request was ever too much for the staff. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with the Mairie de Saint-Ouen metro station (serving lines 13 and 14) just a 5-minute walk away. This made getting around the city a breeze, whether we were sightseeing or heading out for dinner. Even when we returned after midnight, we felt completely safe in the area. There’s also a supermarket and fast food options like Burger King nearby, all within a short 3-4 minute walk. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its clean, spacious rooms, excellent service, and unbeatable location near the Mairie de Saint-Ouen metro station. We would definitely stay here again!

While we understand that leaving the ceiling uncovered is part of the hotel’s design style, it did give the space an unfinished look. For a hotel with such beautiful overall aesthetics, addressing this detail could enhance the ambiance even more. Despite this minor issue, we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, service, and convenient location. With a bit more attention to the ceiling, it could be even better!

Price was good for Paris. New, clean and well designed room and bathroom. I was really happy with a usable desk to do some work on my laptop. And a balcony. If not crowded subway lines 14 and 13 are a fast connection to the city centre. There is at least one nice restaurant on the corner and a Burgerking accross the road (where I didn't go). Really nice lady serving you a personal breakfast.

Because of work on metro line 14 it was closed after 10 pm and line 13 then gets to crowded to entre in Paris centre. With Uber then it should not be a problem, but the hotel was not yet on the Google map, allowing for some confusion. The twin bed was small.

Fantastic place to stay, the staff is great. Is a new place well kept and it’s all you want when exploring the city. And is 5 minutes from the metro. The room and the bathroom were more spacious than anticipated, the bed was very comfortable and the linen crispy clean . Love the wardrobe is open. Is all very well thought. USB plugs all around, big kudos for that. It’s really a little gem.

Nothing to report in here! Only thing is the metro is jam packed at any time. Nothing to do with the hotel, and just something to be aware of .

The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and super nice. The hotel really exceeded our expectation and it the rooms were relatively big and they were so clean and so was the bathroom. Close to metro right next to the supermarket and everything one may need was around the hotel. Easy yo reach well secured. I really appreciated it everything about it.

The location is good and safe, near the metro station. The hotel and the room were really great and comfortable for that price. There was a quite good workplace also, and you can prepare tea or coffee just in the room. I absolutely would choose this hotel again.

The breakfast was minimalistic, but at least it had an omelet and eggs, and some other products, not only croissants as it can be in other budget hotels.

The staff was great. Very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to a Metro station that leads directly into the city. It's convenient to get to the hotel from Orly airport with line 14.

There is only one mirror in the family apartment and that's the one above the sink in the bathroom where is only room for 1 person at a time.

I really liked the fast and easy check-in. When I arrived a little bit earlier, they immediately offered me to storage my luggage until I come back (for free) and the room was very cozy and comfortable. Especially the bathroom was extremely clean and I found not a single thing that could be worth complaining about. Very friendly staff.

The only thing I could complain a little bit about is the location, since on the first look the neighbourhood might look a little bit sketchy but besides that I can really recommend the Hotel.

I loved staying here! I spent 3 nights in Spain for work and stayed another 3 nights in Paris at this hotel. It was great - super new, super clean, the rain showerhead and the bathtub were so nice, nice staff, good breakfast. The rooms are modern - I could not find an English TV channel to save my life - but the bed was huge and comfortable. The area is a tad seedy but I never felt unsafe. The metro that I used a lot was a few blocks away.

I honestly did not have anything I did not like. It was a great stay. OH! The room could use an extra light. That's all.

The hotel is very cute, located not far away from the metro (2 min walk) and approximately 20 minutes by metro to the city center. There is a grocery store nearby. The hotel staff speak English; they are very nice and helpful. It took us just 30 minutes and 20 euros to reach the CDG airport by taxi. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

The room was a bit cold, and the bathroom floor was very cold.
