I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received. The room I was assigned was a bit small, and we found it challenging to accommodate three people comfortably.

We wanted something outside the immefiate city center, where we could park our car, so this was perfect for us. It was clean and spacious too. Great value for money! Everyone working the front desk was lovely and helpful.

Unfortunately, when it came to the breakfast, the staff was a bit unhelpful and almost rude when we asked for coffees or for them to refill the food stations, when they were completely empty for 10 minutes. It created an atmosphere, where all the guests were fighting for and hoarding food.

Cool, modern architecture and a very comfortable guest experience. The shared spaces were well kept and inviting with chickens on the guest-only terrace. The room had blackout blinds, a great bed, good shower and an interesting lay out & nice sized terrace. Breakfast was great. Sadly could not try the restaurant or bar as closes for summer break. would have been nice to have tea available downstairs / more cold drinks.

Some reception staff were not helpful and the check in experience was very poor.

Hotel is placed in quiet and peaceful suburban area where you will most certainly get some good sleep on your vacation. The hotel room was spotless clean and cleaned every day. The bathroom is large and new. The garden surrounding was great. Nearby is the Paris fleamarket where amazing stuff can be purchased.

The neighbourhood is close to St. Dennis which we found out was the place to be avoided in Paris. We had an early flight and the hotel staff advised us to take an Uber since the #13 metro is not the safest. I wouldn't recomend this hotel to solo female travalers since the neighbourhood looks quiet scary at night and there isn't much street light. During the day it looks like a normal family place.

The room was lovely!! We loved it, was a fun, trendy and spacious. Lots of light and well decorated. We loved our terrace too. There is also a night bus that runs from the centre of Paris to just down the road so it was easy to get to late at night too (although do check run times!). Les puces (flea markets) were really cool, we stayed mid-week but went to look at some of them that were open on Friday morning and it made for a gorgeous, chilled morning wandering around.

I loved the pillows, although my partner wanted them a bit thicker!

Very clean. Eco friendly, recycling, use of natural materials etc, good outdoor space too. Great to see that the artisans who did the building work are recognised. Evening meal in the restaurant really excellent. Very happy with no TV in the rooms, calm pleasant ambience, thank you!

A small thing -very tired after long day of travel, I went back down to reception to say that the room lights didn't work. Helpful receptionist told me to put my room key into the slot. It would be good to be told this at reception on arrival. I stay often in hotels but this was new to me.

The restaurant was a lovely space to hangout with a glass of wine after a long day exploring in Paris and the pizza I ordered was delicious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout. It's very close to the metro and right next to the huge famous flea market. I liked the buzzy atmosphere throughout the hotel and in this neighbourhood. I never felt cut off from central Paris.

My room was a bit small and chilly, but it was very clean and as a solo traveller I felt safe.

Lovely place, quite modern. Room was pretty, clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. They have a washing machine and dryer, a nice rooftop area with seating and nice looking restaurant thought we didnt get time to try it. Really enjoyed staying here.

Room was a bit tight for us because we were travelling with our toddler so we had two large suitcases and added a cot. I think if you're travelling light and not planning to spend much time in the room its no issue. We also didn't have hot water in the shower the first night but I advised the front desk and it was fixed for the remainder of our stay. We mistakenly thought this was in Paris but its in Saint Ouen, it's about 45 mins on public transport to main part of Paris and 25 minutes by car. We used Bolt or Uber mostly and it would cost us around 15€ each way.

A good location of the hotel with metro station close to it, which will let you go to any part of Paris. And if you like walking, it will be some 40 minute walk to Monmartre. Very friendly and helpful stuff. The hotel is clean, it is worth its price

It would be good to have some kind of a kettle or a coffee machine in the room as well as some shelves instead of hangers on the walls. And as long as the restaurant has tables also in the inner yard of the hotel, some visitors can be very happy and noisy until too llate at night

Cleanliness, everything sparkling and felt very new. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Nice pizza in the restaurant and we were very fortunate to be there on an open mike night, and caught some great numbers. We enjoyed the only breakfast we had at the hotel on our last morning. Easy bus ride on 85 into centre of Paris. Also not far from metro stations.

No complaints apart from asking for room next to our friends, which didn't happen.
