The hotel is located right at the terminus of a subway line, so you can utilise the transportation system quite well. Breakfasts were alright, I guess, but if we stayed longer, they would become repetitive. Not much to choose from. The hotel offers luggage storing at the day of your departure. The bed was very comfortable and allowed for good rest.

We had some issues with the room, but they were resolved after we pointed them out. We could not open the window of our room. This is a problem for us as we wanted some fresh air to breathe (the rooms were smaller). There was no ventilation in the bathroom either. The bathroom layout was generally questionable, but I assume this was due to space limitations.

Well-located, clean and comfortable hotel. Our room was big, quiet and cosy - the bathtub was a bonus! Loved having a kettle and tea provided in the room too. Breakfast was generous. Staff were friendly and helpful and even the shuttle bus driver who took us to the airport (arranged by the hotel) was very nice and efficient.

The room was impeccably clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. I was very nervous about the area, we were cautious and had no problems. The Metro was only a few steps from the hotel. I would recomend for Budget travelling.

The shower door and drain were broken.

The room was more spacious than anticipated with a courtyard view. The location was very close to the metro station which made travelling around Paris very easy. Air conditioning was good.

A fridge would have been great.

I was very pleased of the location, very close to train station access, bus stops, restaurants etc. Staff was professional and friendly.

Breakfast was a bit pricey for the quality.

It was right by the metro station - literally 20m! Excellent for us as we were new to Paris and needed also to get an early train home. It was very clean and very friendly as well as comfortable. The staff were excellent.

Int he hotel nothing really - we had to move the kettle closer to the plug and it could do with a little more light down stairs if l am being picky. The area can be busy especially at night , there is a tram transport hub at the top of the road. It ebbed and flowed with business as sometimes the street was very quiet( mainly during the morning / day) However At first we were a bit worried at night but we got used to it very quickly and felt ok after the first night - as a female on my own l would not have been so comfortable or with small children. But the hotel is great and very easy to get to the centre 15-20 mins on the metro. This also means if you have eaten out elsewhere and head back late you have a road to cross and you are at the hotel- no need to wander the street.

Cute clean hotel with very good location. Mcdonalds, kfc, lidl nearby. Metro is 2 minutes by walk. Many people say that this area is very scary, but i dont think so. We even walked at night and i saw nobody scary there. I think You should be careful everywhere in Paris not only this area, pickpocketers are everywhere. U can go from this Metro (M4) station to almost every tourist attractions. (very good line). Staff were very polite too. I'd like to give a special thank to the male staff member who served us at breakfast, he always helped us a lot. 🤍 Breakfast was okay too. So i recommend everyone to stay here. If u want to go to bar nearby i recommend - les innocents - cool people, cool staff.

Room is a bit smaller for 3 people, but i saw other room for 2 adults and it was much better. bathroom is too little/narrow. But these things weren't uncomfortable for us, cause others things were very good.
