The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location, very close to the metro station, a grocery store, and a well-established pharmacy. The room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, the owner skimps on breakfast. It's not worth paying extra for breakfast, as the baguette and butter served for breakfast can be purchased cheaper at the nearby store. The staff tried to explain that it was a "French breakfast." So why did other hotels in Paris I've stayed in previously also include cold cuts, vegetables, scrambled eggs, etc.? 🤔 The answer is simple. The owner adds a breakfast fee and dismisses guests with a baguette and butter. In my opinion, this is below par. The hotel's reputation is only redeemed by the extremely helpful staff and comfortable room.

The location is fabulous, there are two metro stops, use the one down from the hotel. It is not located in a bad area, just one that houses the working class of Paris. There is a market 2 doors away from the hotel which helps with getting water and other snacks. The room & bathroom is small but that is expected for Paris and when I mean small, I mean Small. I felt safe in the room but did have a small problem with noise which the staff took care off. They monitor all the hallway cameras and really do a great job at keeping the hotel quiet and safe. The staff are very kind, but I would skip the breakfast, walk down the street from the hotel and there are plenty of cafe's with better breakfasts and coffee. The stairs! I don't do stairs very well and had to rest several times to get to my 3rd floor room. DO NOT TRUST that you will get a ground floor even if booking.com says that you will get one, YOU WON'T. They just don't work that way. Overall I was pleased with the hotel for safety, quiet, location and comfort.

What I didn't like was the stairs, but they are nemesis! lololol

Convenient location and easy access to public transportation. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making my stay enjoyable. The room was cleaned daily, which I truly appreciated. My room faced the inner courtyard, which was an extra bonus as it provided a quiet environment for a good night's sleep. Two supermarkets nearby.

My stay in Paris has been for ten days and it felt like home for me, the staff was very good and accommodating, professional and fluent in English, the room bathroom were clean, heating system was very good, the view was lovely given the fact the difficultly in having good ones in such area, and, finally the staff was really generous ( have had multiple lovely free treats), which I am grateful for.. The location is very good, lots of attractions within walking distance and a good public transport connections close to the Hotel as well…

I enjoyed every aspect of my stay, from the excellent reception services to the comfort and amenities offered by the hotel. I would like to extend a special thanks to a lovely gentleman named Abdel, who is the father of one of the receptionists. He was incredibly polite, kind, and truly exemplified hospitality. The room cleaning service was also a great touch. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

My daughter and I booked a twin room in the second floor for two nights, the beds were very comfortable, the room and the toilet were very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the location of the hotel is great, it is about 15- 20 walk to Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre and Gard du nord train station, there are many supermarkets and takeaways near the hotel, great value for the money.

Very affordable and flexible room choice, we were traveling as a family group of 9 people, which is very difficult to find the appropriate accommodation for, especially in a city like Paris. Since we were traveling during the day, and came only very late in the evening to rest, this was a perfect choice to stay. Hotel rooms were clean, the sink area was spacious, we had a pretty view on the street, spacious bed, overall really good quality rooms for an affordable price. Breakfast was very simple, but you get unlimited coffee and beverages, and a good amount of bread, so it was definitely worth it.

The location of the 18th arrondisement isn’t the best and the safest, especially for traveling with kids and a rented car. We had to park our car 20 minutes by walk around Montparnasse area since it’s almost impossible to park on the streets in the area nearby for safety as well as spatial reasons. There weren’t any other good parking houses nearby so we had with our luggages back and forth. At night there were some fights and noise coming out from the streets, so for noise-sensitive people this wouldn’t be the best option of stay.

The staff was lovely, not rude at all. We got there early and they held our bags for us as we went to get some breakfast. The room was cleaned the next day which I honestly did not expect. Fresh towels laid out and soap. The last day we were a bit late to check out, only 15 minutes which I worry about, but the desk was understanding and did not give us any hassle. For this price you are not staying at a luxury Parisian hotel, however, it’s amazing for the price point offered. I would love to stay here again on my next visit.

The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. There are 2 wonderful supermarkets within a stones throw. It is very near the Metro. It was a very pleasant stay at a very reasonable price in a clean no frills establishment to which I may very well return.

Some people will struggle with suitcases on the spiral staircase.

Staff is friendly and helpful, room is good value and clean, beds are comfortable and enough space/chargers in the triple room.

Bathroom is a bit small and unventilated but does the job, toiletries provided. Location is a bit farther out and not the safest coming from the East side but easily accessible by bike, bus, or metro.
