This is such an ideal location to stay in the heart of Montmartre surrounded by bars, bistros & sights. And even better there are plenty around that you will be the only tourist in a popular spot for locals feeling far more authentic. The rooms are small and cosy, super clean & lovely space. The property is keyless so great that you don’t need to carry around hotel keys and makes it super easy if you arriving late as check in was a breeze. A metro station is just 5 minute walk away and Gare du Nord is only a 20 minute walk, so perfect for a quick trip from London.

Just a heads up that Paris’s hot water system is very old so you might find you get waves of hot water when showering but that’s a city thing more than a location thing. We did find that the AC wasn’t quite working but the staff took our feedback really seriously and they are keen to make this a great stay. So just a heads up if you’re going in the hotter months, but again Paris is a pretty AC free place in general. Just makes sure that you leave your room that you close the door properly.

From the very start, the communication was very quick and very detailed. When I arrived, it could NOT have been easier. I've traveled to Paris a lot and this was, by far, the easiest process of checking in and communication ever! The location was so perfect and I felt very safe with the other guests and building manager. There were 3 cafés right outside the room and a set of steps up to Sacré Coeur. (It's always better to stay a little away from the touristy street for some peace and quiet.) And the welcome gift was such an incredible touch, thank you!

The room was a little dark, facing the interior courtyard on the first floor, but that's my fault for not asking first. I'm just happy that a room was ready earlier than expected after a long flight, without me even following up! Also, I didn't spend a ton of time in the room, so does it really matter?

This is a new apartment. It's really lovely with all things needed for a stay. We appreciated the gifts on arrival and other little niceties. It's a great area too although very hilly of course. Just outside the door are about 5 restaurants (the Lebanese one is amazing) and a little shop. A walk down the hill leads to even more stores including a fromargerie and boulangerie. We had no problems with getting Uber here either. The Edgar people were really pleasant to work with as well. A lovely place to stay.

The space is well utilized to provide amenities efficiently. Accessible for walking to the Sacre Coeur area, you can find charming cafes and bistros, and Souvenir shops. From there walk down to the Montmartre features. I found a fabric shop that carried amazing inventory at sale prices, the st Pierre Market. The location, being on the hill, is not very accessible to the metro. The 3 or 4 restaurants right at the intersection by the front door are a nice surprise.

One of us is not a good walker, so you want to be fit to make this choice. Very clean, and manager is very helpful. Very charming location.

A very late check in was kindly accommodated, as well as baggage storage facilities on our last day. Any queries were efficiently and quickly responded to by either Edgar or the super helpful Edgardo onsite. The apartment is charmingly decorated. Many thoughtful details have been included at Edgar Suites from on site laundry facilities, a bottle of cold water in the fridge to coffee pods for the coffee machine. The beds and linen are comfortable. A lovely welcome message with a map and a useful tote bag awaited us. Public transport options are an easy walk from the accommodation but keep in mind there are slopes and/or stairs involved.

No complaints, merely a suggestion: some additional storage shelves in the bathroom could be useful for stays longer than a night or two.

I absolutely adore this place. The apartment is small but cosy for 2 people, and it has everything that we needed for our stay - coffee machine, kitchenette and dishwasher. There's a pair of washer and dryer on the ground floor that you can use at any time and they even have complimentary detergent sheets and softener. The caretaker is a darling of a man who is very helpful, warm and friendly. Sacre Coeur is about 5 minutes away and there are plenty of cafes and shops within 5-10 minutes away for your daily necessities.The Metros (Abbesses & Anvers) are a leisurely walk away (about 6-10 minutes) and this connects us to the rest of the city. Montmarte is enchanting, and Paris is delightful as always, and this place is the perfect base to explore both.

This is not a critic of the accommodation itself but if you have heavy shopping with you on your way back, I recommend getting an Uber as the stairs and hills are quite a challenge to climb.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! The location is excellent — just a short walk from the stunning Sacré-Cœur Church in Montmartre, in a peaceful yet central area. The apartment was spotless, with a cozy and modern design that made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the high-quality coffee machine with capsules provided, and the small welcome gift from the owner was a lovely touch. Check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient. Highly recommend!

We did have a small issue with one of the bathrooms, but I believe the owner will address it soon.

The rooms themselves were very modern, updated, and fresh. They came with all that we needed, and the staff (Mr. Edgardo) was extremely helpful, kind, and available for any request. Though far from the metro station, it's location to explore Montmartre was absolutely perfect.

The only drawback was how far you would have to walk to and from the nearest Metro station—especially with the path being uphill and would be hard to bring your luggage around—and that the toilets were disconnected from the sinks. The exhausts could also be made stronger, but nonetheless very clean and modern place.

Very cutely decorated, beds were comfy, good use of the small space. The check in and checkout process is super nice and easy. Location is ok. Great cafes and boulangeries right by the building. Kitchen is well stocked.

Two improvements but not deal breakers: 1. it said there was a washer and there was but an only a shared one on the first floor. Not a deal breaker but also not ideal. 2. The second toilet situation could be better. The second bathroom is divided into a shower and a separate toilet, but the separate toilet is in between the kitchen and the living room, so it feels very public if you don’t know the people very well.
