Great location for exploring Montmartre and easy metro links /walking to other areas. Studio facilities good with kettle microwave and espresso machine, bed comfortable, shower/bathroom clean. On Monday when we checked out Hakima on Reception, was VERY helpful in ensuring our refund of our overpayment was dealt with and we would like to thank her for her understanding and attention to this.

We had issue at check in as we were charged again for our stay, despite paying for this in November when we booked. When I challenged this the night staff were unable to deal with it. Unfortunately the weekend /night staff were not able to rectify this for us at all on Saturday or Sunday as they didn’t have access to the ‘system’, which was poor. They should have access to be able to refund immediately if they make a mistake.

We loved the stay, the apartment was spacious and clean. The beds were super comfortable. The staff was friendly and the court yard was lovely to enjoy breakfast or an evening drink. The location was fantastic close to Sacre coeur and the picturesque area of Montmartre filled with boutiques and great restauarants and cafe’s to enjoy breakfast or a very affordable meal at great restaurants.

The temperture in our room was almost unbearable, there is no airconditioning in our room and was south facing with sun the whole day. Even with the two fans we got it was 30 degrees in our room. We managed for our stay but If we stayed longer I would have asked for a different room that was not south facing. It’s a pity as everything else was perfect but the property owner really needs to do something about the room temperature. The bathroom was even hotter and had poor ventilation, the boiler in it made it like a sauna, the positive was that it would make our room feel cooler if we walked out of the bathroom. I would definitely book it again if it was any other time of the year or if there was proper air condition installed.

The hotel was is a great location . The rooms were spacious and clean . Whilst being close to attractions it was located in a quiet street surrounded by quality properties . Very helpful and friendly staff .

If you require a taxi , I suggest you call your own. We asked a male hotel staffer to call us a taxi for the airport . The driver tried to scam us . His meter said 60 euros .he tried to cover his meter , he demanded 90 euros . We had made the exact same journey to the hotel from the airport and were charged 60 euros , same type of van . It soured our experience . We gave him 60’euros .

It was the best decision to stay here! The price-quality ratio, conditions, location are just perfect. Needless to say, Montmartre is a great place. There are several metro stations near the apartments, which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. It is also about 6 minutes to walk to a large supermarket. There are many cafes and bakeries nearby, a theater. The staff is friendly and kind. The apartments have everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, iron, hairdryer, TV, heater. On the ground floor you can drink or take water with you for free. The room is not cleaned every day, but we knew about it and it was not a problem for us. It is safe, comfortable and pleasant here. We are very satisfied! Thank you!

Everything was just perfect!

Great staff. Good location in Montmatre, yet still quiet at night. Our studio was excellent and VERY clean. It provided us with small kitchen, seating area with table and comfy bed. We are older and feel the studio was not cramped. ie easy to move around bed, also had a large closet for luggage etc, It had several windows that opened up for fresh air and brightness. A pleasure to stay in the studio.

We only have one complaint and it is that the internet did not work well for us. My husband had to regularly go to reception after a busy day sightseeing and get help from staff to get our computer on line. This the staff were very helpful with and always polite, but sometimes it took quite a bit of time to get it working.

Top location! Proximity to metro and bus, 2 mins walk to Sacre Coeur, surrounded with good restaurants and some highly rated boulangerie. Also supermarkets are close by. Montmartre is arguably one of the most scenic neighbourhoods in Paris. The room was spacious from Paris standards. It was clean and tidy. Its had a well equipped kitchen and functional bathroom. Bathroom was also spacious and seemed renovated recently. Bed was comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. We did not take the breakfast but it was available in the room if we booked a day earlier.

The hotel doesn't offer daily cleaning but they offered vacuum cleaner if you need and a one-time change of towels during the stay. They already mentioned this during check-in. It was not an issue for us but thought to mention it. One tip about the address - Uber doesn't find the address correctly and takes you 300m away so check the map if you take a Uber. We had to drag the luggage on cobbled streets when we arrived. G7 taxis didn't have an issue with it.

+ very clean, no bedbugs + complimentary coffee, tea and water + safety deposit box in the room + nice staff + very good location near restaurants and metro stops + peacefull + good bed and pillow + good kitchen in the room + hot water in the shower + several openable large windows + fridge and microwave in the room I would definitely go again! Good value for money.

- no air condition - restaurant nearby is a bit noisy during weekend evenings, but soundproofing of the windows is quite good - air is not changing in the room

Absolutely amazing apartment hotel in the middle of Montmartre. Very close to Sacre Couer, food stores, nice trendy shops and restaurants. Close to the metro too, and buses. The apartment was great, equipped with everything I needed and, as a bonus the hotel has a nice green garden too. But the best thing is the staff. I broke my foot just before my flight, didn't realize how bad it was until I tried to get off my flight, I had to be wheeled off in a wheel chair. The receptionist immediately realized how bad it was when I entered the hotel and told me to go to the emergency and, arranged a taxi to take me there. When I got back the staff helped me find a pharmacy that was open on Sundays and had both the crutches and the orthosis I needed, they got me a taxi to take me there too. This absolutely saved me. During my stay they took very good care of me and helped me in any way possible. Since I had to spend a lot of my visit in my apartment I hope to come back to Paris soon, and the hotel, so I can experience Paris a little bit properly.

Everything was perfect. Except the fact that my foot was broken, but that didn't have anything to do with the hotel.

Great location and surprisingly quiet in the courtyard facing rooms. Rooms with kitchenettes were quite spacious with large closets and well-appointed bathrooms. The staff were very helpful and patient with the special requests that we gave them.

Every day there was a large pile of trash and construction debris just outside the hotel entrance from working going on in the building. The trash got spread around by birds and people during the day so it was unpleasant to walk to the entrance that was otherwise a nice, off the street cozy entrance that would have been quite welcoming.

Excellent choice for a family visiting Paris with teens or young adults. The living area had two divan sofas, which converted to beds, so my two children had a bed each. It's not especially fancy decor-wise, but it was clean, compact, and suited our needs. A dining table for 4 and a simple but adequate kitchen meant we could buy supplies at a local supermarket and eat breakfast before we headed out for the day. The location was close to two metros, while the area itself was packed with bars and restaurants.

There was very little not to like, to be honest. A teapot would have been a nice addition to the kitchen. The lack of air con could be an issue if it was super hot, but there was a fan provided and blinds on the windows which would help.
