- The personnel was very friendly. - Location is great, walking distance to Sacré Coeur, Saint lazare train station and many nice areas. - The room was top notch clean - Small amenities in the room that made the stay very pleasant (a warer boiler and instant coffee) - Spacious and heated bathroom for comfy showers - The heater! (it's a rarity to find an inexpensive but warm hotel when it's freezing outside). The heater in our room worked extremely well. We even had to reduce the temperature because our chocolate melted after checking in.

- maybe the mattress could be more comfy. but at that price you it's hard to find anything critical

i enjoyed the location of the property! very convenient, easy to get around, cute little area.

i feel they couldve done better with the cleanliness, it was a lot smaller then i expected and they asked me to keep my key by the reception when i left the hotel and was making it a big deal when i asked if it was okay for me to keep it with me instead of leaving it with them. i would prefer if this was an option, i am more then capable to take accountability for my hotel room key.

The staff was friendly. The hotel's location is convenient for exploring the city on foot or by metro. There are cafes and bars nearby. The city center is a 20-30 minute walk away. There are inexpensive places to eat nearby. The bathroom is neatly arranged.

The design and furnishings of the rooms are quite outdated. In a less popular city, the furniture and walls of the rooms would definitely have been updated to a more modern style, but in Paris you can live like this for at least another five years :)

Our room was on the 5th floor, it was quiet we didn't hear much noise at all. The room had shower wash/ shampoo in the shower. Plenty of towels too. A nice big window which when opened gave the room an even nicer feel. The bed was comfy could of done with an extra pillow. Location was good, close to a metro. It nice and felt safe. Not in the heart of Paris but was perfect for us.

The lift was too small only room for one person at a time

I had a great stay at the Grand Hôtel De Turin in Paris from October 25 to October 27. The location was excellent, the service was friendly, and the only minor downside was the slightly compact room size. I would recommend it for a convenient and comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

My recent stay at a hotel was marred by an unfortunate incident. The cleaning staff left my room's window wide open for the entire day, which was not only unsettling but also a major security concern. I was deeply disappointed with this lapse in service.

Great location and it was very clean. The room looked like freshly renovated and it was very clean all 4 days I stayed there.

The room was not that noise proof. Windows, room door and walls were very thin and I could hear street, people in other rooms and in corridor. Hotel didn’t provide shower gel/shampoo. The shower gel bottle was empty and was not refilled during 4 days I stayed even after my request.

Warm room and clean bed linen.

Very small room. I booked a room for 4 people, the room has 1 double bed and two small folding chairs. This is a room for two because there were 2 glasses and 2 cups. When we arrived we had to ask for more bed linen for two more people because the bed was only made for 2. The room is definitely not worth the money. The staff is friendly.

The price is good enough for a 6 booking. The bed is comfortable enough, and the bathroom is nice.

When you leave the hotel, they ask to keep your keys, and I saw reviews on Google saying they give you room to others while you're away. I forgot my room number when I got back and they were a bit suspicious. I tried booking another night, and they said I'd need to wait until the morning to do so. It's an OK hotel if you have no other options but It's too expensive for what it is

The beds were convenient, there was blind roller, which made the sleep even more convenient, the breakfast was pretty good as well. The hotel has a perfect location near good infrastructure. You can walk to the main sightseeing points by food (ca 2-3km away). It's worth money for value.
