Spacious clean rooms, especially for Paris. Comfy beds. Hotel is well located right by the metro station, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Easy check in and out.

Hotel sent nearly daily text messages about checking in and also checking out, this was overbearing and unnecessary considering it was easy to check in at reception!

The hotel is at an amazing spot in Pigalle, close to the metro station. The room was clean, spacious (!), nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our 4 day trip. Checking in was easy and the staff was friendly. The street is a bit loud at night, but to be fair, you can't expect anything else from a location like this. This didn't bother us.

The minus point is the airconditioning didn't work and the bathroom floor was wet every time we took a shower. We didn't complain about this issue, so we don't know if they would have fixed it for us.

Loved Montmarte as a location. Our room was quiet despite the clubs and bars nearby, as our windows were double glazed. The blackout curtains were also excellent. The bed was comfortable with excellent pillows and quality bed linen. Loved being walking distance to Sacre Coeur and lovely cafes and shops. There are two metro stations very close although we used Uber which was also excellent. The little cafe opposite was fantastic with music, food and great service.

Just two days from arrival, we got an email inviting us to pre-book "housekeeping" at €30 a time! This means if you don't book this, you don't get rubbish bins emptied or towels changed. This is enough to stop us booking with Sonder anywhere else. We resented this hidden charge, which is far from "nominal" as stated on a sign at reception.

I like the experience I had with the staff . they were really welcoming .

I stayed there for 4 days and I had same breakfast through the period . not even scrambled eggs or some sort of protein was served . I complained about this and nothing was done about it .

Location- quiet at night. Close to Metro. Petru was very attentive at the front desk and did everything he could to make the stay enjoyable.

No restaurant/kitchen on site. But they did have dining area with pastries, coffee, and refrigerated items for breakfast.

The room and entire hotel have a feel of classic top quality but modern too. The bathroom was great - large shower - easy to use. Great heater in the bathroom, very nice products, unlimited supply of very nice water and great coffee. Clean and good quality abound. I was on the GF and it overlooked a pretty courtyard. The drapes were cord operated and worked well and they were heavy and great insulation. The room had everything I needed and loads of sockets. The staff were the best - and you really get a feel that his hotel chain know what they are about - so professional. The staff were helpful and genuinely welcoming and friendly.

I loved everything.

The location is great. I loved my view on the rooftops. My room faced the street and although the street is very noisy, it didn't bother me, it added some charm. At the end of the day, that is what Paris is about. Everything else was great, the stuff, the room, the cleanliness! will be coming back!

The room is nice and comfortable. The hotel is extremely small and the breakfast was not available during my stay - they refund some money, but they notified me only a day earlier, which was very inconvenient, breakfast is always important if you travel for business as you dont have time to sit in cafes and wait for your order. Staff is extremely helpful. The street is noisy, but the room was quiet. There was no heating at all (in January), I would have loved some, but the room was not cold.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, and the view was beautiful. Everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Laura and Ruben, the receptionists, were the best! The common area was also a great place to work, making it a perfect spot for both relaxation and productivity. I would definitely stay here again!

I would have appreciated if they put more toilet paper and Kleenex in the room as it was all at the end and I had to be careful about this

It was a great deal for the money we spent. The location is nice and close to several metro station. You can walk to the fantastic Montmartre neighbourhood and find amazing cafes there. You can also enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the Moulin Rouge street which is 500 m far from the hotel. You won’t regret it!

Since it is located in the area of the Moulin Rouge, it can be noisy at nights but we expected it. For those who are not familiar with the Sonder philosophy, the cleaning and the breakfast system as well as the earlier/later check in/out methodologies could have been presented better on booking.
