This is a nice hotel, helpful staff. We liked the bonus system with additional free options (drinks and treats in all hotels of the chain). Very tasty breakfast in the form of a buffet - be sure to take it, you will not regret it. The room has all the amenities, including air conditioning.

The standard room is quite small, the window overlooked the courtyard, there was practically no sunlight, which is why it was constantly dark, even with the lights on. We would like to have information in advance about the available view from the room, perhaps then we would have chosen a different room. A small closet for storing things, the bed takes up most of the room, a small place to sit at the table.

Free soft drinks in the room's mini-bar were refilled each day. Free soft drinks and snacks available in the hotel's lobby, and also in other Astotel hotels in Paris. Bed (mattress and pillows) very comfortable. Our room was at the back of the hotel and so was very quiet (just the quiet rumble of Metro trains in the background). Very convenient for Metro line 12 (Saint-George station), and walkable from the Eurostar terminus at Gare du Nord (but uphill on the return journey!).

The "standard double" room was big enough for the double bed but not much else - but we were out enjoying the delights of Paris most of the time so it wasn't a problem. A couple of minor technical problems in the room, but nothing serious.

Awesome hotel right beside a Metro station but in a quiet part of town. Very close to everything. The hotel staff are lovely - very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel provides complimentary soft drinks in the room which is a nice touch. The bed is very comfortable. The lounge area is warm and inviting and the hotel provide coffee, tea, juice and water as well as small cakes which is very thoughtful. The staff will also hold your luggage after you check out which is a huge positive. We are planning to stay here again when we return next year.

There isn’t anything I was unhappy with.

A wonderful hotel located a three minutes walk from the "Saint-Georges" station and 15 from Montmartre. The hotel has a very good location, you can quickly get to all the sights of Paris by metro. A very pleasant surprise was the view from our room to the Elven Tower. The room was clean and cleaned every day, and the staff was very responsive and friendly. We spent a wonderful week in Paris here and will definitely return.

The location is great, within walking distance from Gare du Nord train station, and central Paris. Some fantastic restaurants and cafes, particularly Domenicos. Really safe area. The hotel staff are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are basic but have everything you need for a comfortable sleep.

The breakfast wasn’t great. Coffee isnt fresh & comes from a machine so you can’t choose milk options, and food selection wasn’t to my taste. It was mostly sweet options, with a bit of scrambled egg or cheese. Very few bread or fruit (apart from a whole apple or orange). We decided to skip breakfast at the hotel after first night and walk 5 mins down the road. There isn’t much sound proofing and we did hear upstairs walking around on creaky floorboards, doors slamming, and the hotel is directly on a metro line so it rumbles every 10 minutes or so, till about 11pm. Not ideal for light sleepers but wouldn’t put me off staying again.

We had a two bedroom option which is actually two separate hotel rooms with a private corridor. It was a great stay. I'll definitely look up Astotel the next time I'm in Paris. The breakfast was great and the kids corner was a nice touch. The complimentary soft drinks option is also very nice. It's located a bit far from the attractions but right next to a metro station and a bus stop, and within walking distance to a bunch of cafés and restaurants.

An incredibly cozy hotel with friendly staff. The lobby is very welcoming, offering free drinks and a candy bar. There are spacious rooms with a large bed, which made our trip with a baby very comfortable. Breakfast includes omelets, cheeses, cold cuts, and fresh pastries – everything is delicious. Thanks a lot!

I wouldn’t consider this a drawback, but just a heads-up: the hotel is not new and is located in an old building, so the floors creak, and you can hear the subway. However, the cleanliness and friendly staff more than make up for these minor issues.

Réception staffed at all hours with friendly personnel. Breakfast buffet excellent. Room service was good making beds and replenishing the drinks daily. Hotel lobby has drinks and snacks. Throughout the city, you can get refreshments at other Astotels.

Because this is an old building which was recently renovated, room entrance was at a strange angle. It was difficult to get the luggage in and a larger person could have difficulty entering.

Fantastic location, decent-sized room, extremely clean and the free minibar waters and juice as well as unlimited coffee, tea and beverages downstairs make this hotel unbeatable value for money in the cool Pigalle neighborhood. What's more, the hotel has two elevators so you don't need to worry about carrying luggage up and down the stairs.

Not much room for improvement: the cleaning staff permanently keep trolleys and carts in the hallways. On the first day, there were some snacks provided in the lobby, but I didn't see any the following two days.

The service was great and the room offered everything you could have wished for. A very nice hotel in a beautiful area. We could drop our luggage early, they offer coffee at the reception and the staff was very kind. Would definitely come back here.

Unfortunately we arrived late and left early (we just popped over for a wedding) so we couldn't enjoy the hotel to the fullest. We would definitely have liked to spend more time here. The only thing: there was a big party going on very closeby what interfered with our sleep. The hotel cannot do anything about this though, the bass went through the walls. The windows are silencing the street noise quite well though!
