The hotel was in a great location and I could walk to most of the main sites. The staff were very helpful at check-in and when my room key broke. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels every day.

There was no kettle in the room, which would have been good to have.

The room was great and the bathroom clean. The shower was lovely. The hotel was small but permanently staffed and quiet. Breakfast was ok and did include eggs, sausage and bacon, as well as th continental choices...the tea wasn't bad either! The location was good...close to Moulin Rouge and some night life at Pigalle and between a couple of metro stations, so exploring the city was a doddle.

There are no facilities in the room for making tea etc. a couple of paper cups in the bathroom that we had to keep using for 4 days. If we were to come again, we'd bring a travel kettle, cups, uht milk and tea bags... because we're English 🤣 The hotel had no bar and the restaurant was permanently closed, so just available for breakfast. Not a big problem as there were plenty of places around to go to.

Honestly not much, it was clean and closed to Sain Lazare station, but the rms were tiny and the bathrooms needed to move about sideways

Front desk staff was pointedly rude from the get go, she was annoyed at an alarm she couldn’t turn off and just went ahead to took it off on us who were there early cause our 10h flight arrived early… so after I made a point of responding sternly to a question she asked me while keeping eye contact, she realized she had been unprofessional so she made arrangements to get us at least 1 rm ready earlier cause my mom wasn’t feeling well with her blood pressure having risen. It was ok after that but rough start and hotel was far from from everything (my bad first time there so i didn’t know better)

The rooms were clean and for Paris - quite big including the shower (I assume each room has different sizes).

Upon arrival, our rooms were located on different floors (although we received the hotels authorization upfront that our room will be next to each other) and we had to insist again and again with the receptionist to give us the rooms we requested. The receptionist was eventually helpful and polite though the manager lady could have been more patient. The elevator only fits two people. Hotel was far from Kosher coffee shops and restaurants and the ones that were around, only open towards noon so we had to take a taxi to get to the kosher restaurants.

The hotel is situated within walking distance to underground stations and it's close to Montmartre hill. It is in a nice tenement house in a quiet street. There's a bakery nearby, so you can have breakfast there if you don't choose the hotel's option. The room is really small, so you have to bear it in mind, but it's comfortable and clean. Very comfortable bed. If you don't mind the small living space, it's a perfect place to stay for a city break.

I wish I could have an electric kettle in the room. I knew there was none, as it is in the description of the room, but still it would be a nice touch.

Great convenient location, eveything is within easy reach from here (2-3 metro stations nearby). Trip to airport 40-50’ by taxi, depending on the time of the day. The breakfast is really nice, everything you need.

The lobby is quite small, not a lot of place to wait there, in case you need it. There is a terrace but it was smelling like mold. There was a firealarm that went on one night at 3-4 AM and it wasn’t really clear what happened.

Fantastic staff! So helpful and friendly. Clean rooms and serviced each day . Easy location to get to different metro stations , also to walk to Sacre Coeur , Montmatre areas . Good buffet breakfast . Close to nice restaurants and mini market. Great air con for warm days !

Room quite small but I think this is quite normal for Paris. No fridge in room but we managed ok without one .

Quiet part of Paris, but Montmartre and Gallerie Lafayette within walking distance. Rooms are a decent size for Paris and ticked most of the boxes.

The orange squeezer at breakfast was great, but otherwise breakfast was a bit lacklustre. Would be happy with fewer options if the quality was better. Shame when you can't get a decent croissant in Paris! Great to have a coffee machine in the room, but no kettle was a little strange, particularly when tea bags were provided!

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was at a very nice location close to several metro stations.

The room didn't have any coat hangers, for which there was enough space at some of the walls. The bathroom could also use a few more towel hangers. The small desks next to beds can have drawers for more storage space.

Good comprehensive breakfast. There is no restaurant, but there are plenty of eating places nearby - this is Paris after all! Within easy walking distance of the Pigalle and Trinité metro stations, plus buses around the Lazare mainline railway station. If you are prepared to spend time seriously walking, all the main Paris city sites/sights are within reach.
