Everything was absolutely amazing - starting from the size of the room, to the cleanliness and the location of the property. The room (we stayed in room 1, close to the entrance) is bigger than most in Paris and we had space to put our luggage, a wardrobe to store our clothes, a nice bed and a TV you can use to cast anything or just browse the local TV. The bathroom was also great - hot water whenever we needed it, a mirror with lightning and all the toiletries we would need. There was very little noise, if someone slammed the door, but we are light sleepers and were not disturbed at all by anything. We also appreciated that you can control the temperature in the room since we visited late autumn and the weather was quite chilly. We really enjoyed the breakfast as well - quite diverse and full of options, whether you like a sweet or savory breakfast. Overall we had an amazing stay and the staff was very helpful with whatever we needed. Highly recommend!

EVERYTHING! This hotel is charming and give me the feeling of living in a parisian apartment. The attention to detail is exceptional. Staff was friendly and the hotel was top tier clean. The bathroom amenities was outstanding. They even had personal items for ladies which I have never seen anywhere else. The bed was plush and so were the towels. Water pressure was spot on and breakfast was an event and beautifully plated and presented. Without a doubt, I would book a stay at this hotel again and again and again. C'est magnifique!

Our trip here was a blast! Seriously, it's like they thought of everything. The room was a dream – spacious, super comfy, and oh-so-pretty, like something out of a magazine. The staff? Absolute stars. They were always around to help with a big smile, making us feel right at home. And the location was spot-on for exploring the city, so convenient. We could just step out and be in the heart of Paris. We loved lounging in the cozy common area too, just soaking in the vibe. It wasn't just a stay; it was a whole experience. Can't wait to go back!

Lovely place. Cozy mini-hotel with just 7 rooms. Super comfortable and convenient. My room was spacious and with a great bed. Breakfast is sufficient, staff is helpful (they are usually on site in the morning). Location is in a quiet part of 9 district, lot’s of nice restaurants around and several metro stations. This was my second stay here, loved it.

Very large room for Paris. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom and shower. Liked the decor. Cozy common area where the excellent breakfast was served. I loved the location. I go to Paris often. Here were in walking distance of many things, but the surroundings of the hotel were not that touristy. Great bars, shops and restaurants in the area.

The room was perfect - big windows that opened onto a quiet courtyard. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself was very welcoming and cozy. Breakfast was wonderful. The keypad check-in was great and allowed us to be flexible when we arrived. Staff very sweet!

We absolutely loved everything about this property. It felt like being in an apartment with all the benefits of a hotel. The location was ideal, staff friendly and helpful in finding anything in Paris, a beautiful breakfast to begin our day and the decor was just gorgeous!!

The hotel was nice and peaceful. The breakfast each morning was nice - a little cheese board with jams and bread and pastries. The staff was very friendly. I dropped a ring and it rolled under the bed and the staff was sweet in coming up and helping us move it. Super accessible outlets, which was also nice.

Under the bed turned out to be a place I would've liked not to see, really... VERY dusty, as if it'd never been cleaned under before. But at the end of the day, not a huge deal.

1er Etage is a boutique hotel that offers an intimate experience. My partner and I stayed for 8 nights and were looked after like family. The property itself is very comfortable and well appointed. The location is good with plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Buses and trains also service the area well. We walked to many Parisian attractions. Our favourite aspect of our stay were the staff who looked after us. They made the difference between a good stay and a great stay.

WiFi was slow at times and a bit unreliable, which was frustrating.
