I loved the location! Super close to all the attractions, coffee shops and restaurants are nearby. The stuff was also very helpful and friendly

The room was smaller than on the photos, and very busy with lots of furniture. Walls need a fresh paint in some parts. A bit dated, in a nutshell

The location was great. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The receptionist warm-welcoming us on the day we check-in and get things done really quickly as we came quite late at night. The room amenities kit was excellent.

We were put into the room next to the elevator where we can hear the noise of people passing by all night and that woke us up. We are light sleepers and could have been asked before being provided this room. In addition, the phone in our room is not working and we cannot call the receptionist at night to ask for some more water and some extra pillow.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel, we had 2 nights in total and the staff were very friendly and attentive from the moment we checked in, to ordering a taxi, to checking out they were on hand to assist and very helpful. We didn’t try the breakfast as we were out exploring the cafes of Paris. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, with lovely interior decor. The bathroom had everything you could need with luxury products to use. The bed and bedding was extremely soft and comfortable. The location was good for everything, the nearest metro for most places we needed to go was a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend this hotel, very reasonably priced.

Paid extra for special occasion flowers and balloons which came at a charge of 35 euros however only 4 small loose balloons and a handful of rose petals on the bed were given which didn’t meet expectations for the cost, I would have done my own thing had I have known cost/what you would receive.

The staff and location were outstanding . Wish the room had a fridge and coffee maker . The staff were very helpful, wanted some ice to keep our wine cold, and they went out of their way to accommodate. The location was ideal, close to public transportation, and the neighborhood had plenty of affordable restaurants and coffee shops ,where they make the best pastries. Will definitely return Great stay.

Wish there was a coffee maker and fridge. The room was extremely small, and it was hard to move around . The staff apologized as there was supposed to because a small fridge in the room .

Then location was spot on for exploring Paris, a few minutes walk to several well connected metro stations and within walking distance of a number of key sites including Sacre Cour and the Moulin Rouge, Really well located for the Pigalle / 9th Arr which is great for trendy bars and restaurants away from the main tourist areas, lots of locals which was nice to see. Hotel was well decorated and recently renovated whilst on the small side the room was perfect for a city break where you do not spend much time in the room, Good shower and bathroom and a lovely balcony to get some fresh air. Staff were really friendly and attentive.

No iron in the room and the one provided was a desktop one but was usable.

The hotel is lovely - currently being decorated and has everything you need. Really comfy beds, warm showers etc. The location is excellent! You have 3 different metro stations within 5 minutes walk and it's only 15 minutes to the heart of the city. Moulin Rouge is 10 minutes walk with Monmarte & Sacre Coeur 15 minutes away. There's 100's of bars, restaurants, deli's, boulangeries etc. within a 10 minute walk - would highly recommend Da Luca for their drinks, most reasonable prices I saw all weekend too.

We didn't get off to the best start due to a private party directly opposite our hotel room. The night manager was terrible on that night HOWEVER the next night we were moved, the remainder of our stay was lovely and it did appear to be a one off thing unfortunately - the location is actually relatively quiet otherwise. The only other thing is paper cups rather than actual cups for brews in the morning and they're tiny- get a reusable large cup & keep it with you!

The room was way too small and we requested twin beds but we were given double bed.

The property was on walking distance to shops. restaurant etc . Breakfast has good choices and the staff serving breakfast were courteous . Rasheed was nice too.

The elevator was horrible! We were on the first floor and the elevator wouldn’t stop there for us to bring down our luggage. My husband had to take 6 large suitcases down a flight of stairs . The “blond” at the front desk was not very welcoming. We asked for water , in a room with two people and she gave us one bottle. There were no washcloths in the two rooms we rented.

Bed was super comfy, the staff were so friendly and kind. We had fresh towels everyday which was great. Only down side was the shower didn’t have a door so lots of water got on the floor when you used it. Also the room was on the smaller side (or smaller than we were expecting) but was still great for our stay. The room also came with a radio which you could connect to using blue tooth so we had a little speaker which we used lots! The location was 10/10. So many great restaurants near by.

If the shower had a door. If the room was a little bigger.
