Friendly staff, VERY clean. Nice amenities. Fluffy white clean towels. Great location, nice safe and clean area, supermarkets nearby, close to Pigalle/ Clichy. Good facilities in the room including tea and coffee. Good air conditioning. Nice view from the room onto a quiet street.

I liked everything. The elevator could be faster and the front desk/ lobby could look more professional, but these are not problems, just comments.

The location close to the venue of the concert we were attending (the Casino de Paris; we only stayed one night) was excellent. Also, the proximity to Pigalle for going out after (and eventually to the Bouillon Pigalle for a late supper) and then tottering home was excellent. The room was very comfortable. The presence of a usable bath was a plus.

The plug for the bath was not connected, and so it had to be manually manipulated to take it out and drain the bathwater.

Great hotel with great staff. Delicious breakfasts. Rooms are cleaned every day. We asked for a room with a balcony and our request was granted. They gave us a room with a balcony on the fourth floor. Ty for great stay

I’ve absolutely loved our stay here! One of the best hotel I’ve ever been in my life. Super freshly renovated rooms-friendly and helpful staff-delicious breakfast and the best part was the little balcony that our room had. We didn’t expect it! Thank you! We will come back for sure! I love this hotel, this is my second time staying here. Beds are comfortable, wifi works great, aircon works great (much needed in summer). Love the free minibar (with non alcoholic drinks) and snacks and drinks provided at reception. Nice staff.

Only complaints are: 1) the rooms are very small so I always book the largest one which also has a bathtub. If you have large suitcases I'm not sure where you'd put them in the smaller rooms. 2) the lift/elevator is a bit of a pain. It's super tiny and the door doesn't stay open long and it went up with my first piece of luggage in it (while I was getting the second piece) and without me in it and then I had to wait a very very long time for it to come back down since the cleaners were using it too. 3) I stayed in this hotel twice, exactly 1 year apart and the price went up by 20-30% the second time :P

very welcoming with nice guestres but i think they can add a littke bit of service for their customers such transportation to the hotel plus my big concern was about the TV channels are only for french speaking person no single chanel in english

Good location. Nice staff. Small rooms. Comfortable beds. The breakfast is good. The hotel is part of a chain, which allows you to treat yourself to snacks throughout the day at the various member hotels. In a city where coke costs about 7 Euro, this was much appreciated.

Tiny elevator (1 person + 2 bags) makes getting upstairs a challenge. On the first night we were placed in rooms facing the street below. It was Saturday night, and there was substantial noise from scooters and motorcycles, and from drunk people. We asked to move to rooms facing the other directions and were able to do so. This resulted in three quiet nights. There is little insolation between the rooms and one night a guest smoked in his/her room and caused the fire alarm to go off around 1am.

Location was a determinant for to chose this hotel. It was close to where we wanted to go. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I mean it. There is always something available for guest to nibble on at the entry room which becomes a meeting and relaxing point. The stairs to the floors are wide and spacious. I loved that.

Well, something hard to be changed: the hotel has one small old style elevator. We could not fit in our luggage at once. Yes, we were on a long international trip. We had to do several rides to get everything to our room. But other guests were very nice and some even used the stairs.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mom. She is really satisfied with the amazing staff and amazing helpfulness of the team, and going above and beyond to support and guide the cleanliness of the facility was exceptional. A special thanks to the lady at the reception desk who went above and beyond and helped get to the bus station.

Location was amazing. Walking distance from La Fayette shopping malls & a train station. Staff were really helpful. Received my deliveries til I arrived. Snacks were on time and available through til night time. I never made it for breakfast as I was out early each morning before it was served.

14m2 is quite small for a room. Bathrooms small so the shower was a bit tight to get in & out off. Tried to upgrade to the other sister hotels for a more spacious look but all was booked out
