The staff is very friendly, caring and patient. Most of the clients were respectful of others sleeping or resting as there is a mix of families with little children and solo travelers. I never had any connection problem WiFi was on at all times which was helpful for work. I stayed 7 nights and have no complaints. I was cold the first night, it tooks.5 minutes for the staff to get me a very soft and thick banquet and to.deliver it at the door. The bed was very comfortable..

Unfortunately it was raining for 6 days straight. Get UBER App if you need it will be much easier on rainy days and much cheaper. Avoid calling other taxis that easily raise up prices. If you book a taxi they count 5 euro for it and every minute is also raising the price. With UBER you will avoid all this. I would have like a bit much water pressure for the shower.

We are a couple and went to Paris for 5 days/4nights and payed 200€ for our stay. The room is not big but is enough for what we did, we had a closet where we could put our stuff and we had a private bathroom and it was a decent size. The staff was great, they let us do the check in earlier and after the check out we could leave our bags at the reception. We had some fears about the metro because the nearest metro has some shady people and you have to be cautious with your belongings, but a kind member of the staff told us to use another near station, instead of three minutes, it was a five minute walk. We also ordered in Uber eats at night and they delivered at the door. Also, the room was clean and tidy every day. The room was also near sacre cœur, Montmartre (10 minute walk) and gare du nord (5/6 minute walk) so it’s a very good location if you buy Disney tickets with bus transportation.

The hotel is in a process of renovations, but they don’t make much noise. Also, I wish they could leave more towels in the room. They only have two towels, maybe four would be an ideal number for four - this is an advice since we managed and I didn’t ask for anything because, we managed. Also, another advice is to leave a blanket in the closet.

Room was clean and paid for what you got- yes it was small but my partner and I were hardly in the room, only to sleep and shower as all days were spent wondering round Paris and a trip to Disneyland. Very good access to the Metro and Train station, allowing quick and easy access to Paris City centre and beyond. Whilst it's a bit of a long walk into the centre if the weather is nice and you're able to, it's a nice walk. The area which the hotel is situated is nice, yes be wary, but that can be said for any new area which you are not familiar to. Staff were friendly and we manged to check in after midnight which was great since we had a late flight and got lost in the airport!

Location near to Metro station and only a 10 minute walk from the Gare du Nord station. Large fruit and veg market held every Wed and Sat across the street, very handy.

Room a bit cramped. No shaving plug point. No carpets in room or corridor, so noisy when people walking along at night. No bedside light.

We were travelling on a budget and this is definitely worth the price. The location is very accessible, 3 mins walk from a Metro (2,4) station, 10 mins walk from Gare du Nord and about 15 mins walk from Montmarte. These areas gives plenty of options for both fastfood & restaurants.Staff are very polite & helpful. Rooms are very clean and well maintained.

There was government construction outside the property but did not affect our comfort in relation to the place.

I stayed there for a few nights. It was a great experience. Very nice stuff, friendly and helpful. They helped me a lot, many thanks to them. The room was very clean and comfy. Very good price for Paris. The proximity to the metro station is a big advantage.

For location and cost, this is a good deal and I almost always stay here when in Paris for a night or two. This was the best room I have so far had there in terms of size and decor.

I had to ask for soap/shampoo and the wifi didn't work that far up the building, so I had to bring my device down to the lobby .

The receptionist's attention was excellent. It allows us to enter the room before the scheduled time at check-in.. I like the beds, the room size and the bigs windows in my room and bathroom.

Hallways smells little bad, internet connection was really bad, if you need it to serious things, like work, forget. The neighborhood is ugly, quite dirty and with people begging. I didn't feel safe on the street, although maybe it is a safe place.

Karim was very helpful and generally, he is a nice guy. We were allowed for the late check-out. The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the metro station (lines 2 and 4). We recommend this hotel to whoever is looking for a cheap, nice, and good location with easy access to popular destinations.

We have stayed 2 nights at this hotel, got an upgrad for triple room instead of booked twin. Room was basic but clean, beds are comfortable, wooden floor which is good in the winter time. Room has an electric heater, so you can use it all the time you need. There are microwave own and tea facilities for guests at the reception. Special thanks to staff, they are amazing and always ready to help.

Well, just a little minors about wifi connection, it was not so strong especially on the 5th floor, but probably better on the 2nd and 4th, so check it if it’s important.
