Very pleasant and charming building in a good location within Paris, With good public travel links. Room that we stayed in is Cosy, good heating in the room. Covers your basic needs for a stay in the city.

The bed was a bit firm for our liking, but nothing against the hotel. Would be good to have kettle in the room to make hot drinks in the room, however, there’s a hot drink machine in reception.

The room exceeded my expectations, especially after reading some of the reviews. Beds were comfortable, no disruptive noise from our room (4th floor). Cleaning was good and so were the basic amenities. The location is excellent, meaning no dependency on public transport or traffic conditions to and from Gare du Nord. There was a fan in the room which helped us through the warm nights, and also a fridge/freezer which we didn't need to use. There is a "luggage room" free of charge which is unmanned and luckily we could fit our bags as it was pretty full. Leaving luggage there was crucial for us to enjoy our last day in the city.

You could argue that luggage room is unmanned and it could be unsafe but that's your own responsibility I guess, if anything Gare du Nord offers a paid service just across the road. We took the risk as nothing valuable in the bags!

hello! i didn’t have expectations as i read a lot of negative comments before. i want to Say that in our room ( Triple, room 21) everything was ok, towels and cleaning everyday. a bit noise as the room has view to main street, but after a long day it was not a problem. on a Little negative side, at some corners you can meet Homeless men and maybe this is way i have read before that it is not a safe space. we felt safe, i recommend trasport by bus ( line 54 is right in front of hotel) and by metro, we recommend Poissoniere Even if it is a Little bit further then Gare du Nord or Barbes-R. for this money and if you plan to spend all day in the city, i think it is a very good choice.

Very hospitable staff. We got to check-in really early in the morning, eventhough we just came to the hotel hoping to store our luggage until check-in time. That was incredibly nice and very much welcomed option, since we had been traveling all night and were really in a need for a nap. It isn't a 5 star hotel, and doesn't try to be, but serves it's purpose as a friendly place to sleep in. In my opinion doesn't need air con because you can keep french balcony doors open. Montmarte area was close by, which is nice. Also railway station is an easy walk away. Coffee machine in the lobby is a pleasant addition. Paris is always magical.

The location is close to Gare Du Nord station. The bedroom and bathroom are bigger than what I expected considering the price of what I paid for. Expect to be noisy at night from cars since you might need to open the window during summer but my family doesn't have any problem with it.

The front desk was always helpfull and accommodating, Room was neat and tidy with fridge and beds were comfy. didnt have coffee and tea in room but had hot drink dispenser and snack machine in foyer. They did give us a jug to borrow to make our own hot drinks which was lovely of them. Great location as a short walk to eurostar train station

Only thing we found was the sirens of a night but thats not the hotels fault as its situated near a hospital.

The location was excellent, nestled between two main train stations and a very easy walk up to Monmartre. The hotel matched the description and was perfect for our needs. The staff were AMAZING and helped us when we had a sick child, speaking in both French and English.

The hotel matched the description an suited our needs - although the rooms were very hot, so we had to open a window or two.

We booked the quadruple room, it has 2 separate rooms connected (2 double beds, 1 single bed) with one bathroom, quite spacious and comfortable for the price. The location is perfect, near to gare du nord and to restaurants and supermarkets. We arrived early in the morning and only wanted to drop our luggage but the staff was super nice to allow us to check in and get the room, we could rest a bit before going out. If i’m coming to Paris again, i would definitely book this hotel. I really recommend to you guys!!

The balcony gave us a stunning view of the side streets. It was right In the middle of boulevard magenta, with easy and quick accessibility to the metro, and busses.

Curfew of 1am was a little off putting due to wanting to go out for some night time life in the centre of Paris. Booking an evening meal at cafe de l’homme, we were looking forward to staying out a little late. Unfortunately with the curfew of the doors being locked we 1am we were forced to make plans earlier, which meant we could not go out and enjoy the surrounding bars in the area for drinks.

Large, comfortable room, good bed. Excellent location, five minutes walk or less from the Gard du Nord train station, with trains to the airport, as well as metro and RER station. My room facing the street was noisy in the evening, with lots of traffic noise and sirens, but it quieted down by bedtime, and it was very quiet through the night.

There is no conditioning, only fans in the room. It was not a problem for me in late May, but it could be an issue for some people in the summer.
