Location 5 minutes walking to Gare de Nord station for Eurostar train, cleanness perfect level, really comfy bed just about right and friendly staff, can leave luggage after check out. We did not try their breakfast, we dinner out at Mangioni Paris, 3 mins walking to the hotel. It is a small restaurants offering delicious food and not expensive at all. We 4 people spend €55. Better book in advance as weekend can be really busy. I was advised need to take damage deposit when checked in, but they normally issue refund in the evening after you check out. Better mention this in the description.

It is not a new posh hotel so facility is bit of old but very clean through out. No Air conditioner will be hot inside the room during summer, tiny bathroom, but as the budget hotels only 5 mins to Gare de Nord station, location is more important for a family stay, temperature is not a problem. We just sleep with pyjamas without covering anything, children are very happy as so many restaurants around. The hotel is in city centre close to station, can be noise especially at weekend nights, not a problem for us. Photos are different to the room.

The surrounding area was perfectly fine during the day, but in the evening, I felt it was best to stay in and enjoy the hotel.

The location was great right next to gare du nord with so many transport options (many metro lines and the rer to the airport), even though the area around felt sketchy and sometimes unsafe especially at night. The room was clean, fairly modern and comfortable.

Apart from the area being quite dodgy, our room was right in front of the main street and got quite some noise. There was also some noise coming from the nearby rooms, not because people were shouting, but cause there was no sound proofing.

This is a nice hotel very close to Gare du Nord and 15 minutes by underground to the Sorbonne (where my conference was held), which was very convenient. I got a spatious room with almost everything I needed, including a kettle and tea-bags. The wifi was very good and the breakfast fine. The staff were nice and helpful.

During the two weeks before my arrival I kept receiving messages from the hotel about registration, breakfast and other info, which was supposed to be helpful but in fact was somewhat annoying. The bathroom was very small, and there were extra towels which I did not need. The room did not have a wardrobe or shelf to put things into (but I had too few things to need it, anyway). The breakfast could be somewhat more varied, but was ok.

The location was great being a few minutes walk from the station with multiple restaurants & convenience stores nearby. The staff are helpful and allows us to keep our luggage after check-out. The check in process was smooth and filling up the questionnaire before arriving helps a bit. The room was overall clean, with a rather old fashioned hairdryer (but I like it).

However the walls are rather thin and you can hear people drying their hair and one of the nights we even heard people doing it which was kinda annoying.

Very convenient location very close to Gare du Nord. The room was pleasantly decorated and quite large. Breakfast was fine but not amazing. Being able to leave our bags there before and after check in and out was very handy.

The heating was ducted and only came out in one room, so that bedroom got over heated so that the other room could get warm enough. The shower splashed all over the edge of the bath and made the floor quite wet. Two of the light switches didn't work properly and so to turn the light on or off the bulb had to be screwed or unscrewed.

Air conditioning was appreciated. Balcony as well. Very nice people at the desk. The room was spacious and great. I really appreciate them accommodating me for an extra night at such a busy time of the year. The property is also very close to most of the activities I was doing either by bike, train or even walking. It was close to a metro station as well

Everything’s great here! Great room perfect for solo traveler! I needed a room near train station 🚉 Gare du Nord for one night, and the location could not have been better. Staff is amazing and the full range of breakfast was not expected! So good!! Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Quiet and wonderful!

Bathroom a little small but that didn’t get in the way of a great stay. Shower terrific with good water pressure!

We really loved the position of the hotel - close to all commuting options or, if you like longer walks, you can reach some of the most important attractions by foot. Personnel was extremely pleasant and helpful. It is a cheap, old hotel so it's good to set your expectations, as you get what you are paing for. Overall it was ok, quite clean (towels changed everyday) confy bed (a bit small)
