The location of the hotel is very central, just a few steps away from Gare du Nord. So it is a very practical choice when arriving by air with luggage. I had the deluxe room on the 3rd floor, which offers a narrow balcony, typical of the architecture of this area of Paris. The balcony had a small table and two chairs. This gave me a true Parisian feeling, which is what I wanted. It is not a modern, large chain hotel. The breakfast is a small buffet consisting of: coffee dispenser, tea, juice dispenser, croissants, pain de chocolat, fresh fruit (whole, not cut), toast, 3 different butter types, 3 jam types, honey, cut cheese, salami, ham, brie (portion packs), milk, corn flakes, cereal and boiled eggs. An excellent feature: You boil your own eggs in an egg-boiler, so you get your preferred boiling time.

Be aware that the area is quite noisy due to its cental location: constant traffic 24h. For me that was not a problem, but if you are a light sleeper, this might be a problem. The sound isolation of the hotel seems not to have been a priority during construction. I could easily hear people talking in the next-door room.

We like everything in there, have RER for everywhere and buses, closer by Gare du Nord which is a big plus if you travelling via Eurostar train, the breakfast was ok, very healthy and nice. The service persons clean the room daily and leave everything behind spot on.

Can be on the future some little fridges on the room, some free water and some smart tv instead of classic one for Netflix and online watching, actually is hard to see something on tv as majority of the programs are on french, the walls are very thick and can heard easily any sound from other rooms, any snooring, the doors look old and noisy when you close them. Everything else spot on! :)

We stayed for 6 nights and our accommodation was far from pleasant . It’s a very cute and cozy hotel next to the Gare du Nord station, with the metro station 2 minutes close. Montmarte was also a 10-15 minute walk. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean every day and there was hot water all day long. Even though it was in a central avenue, right next to the main train station, during the night it wasn’t as loud as we expected it to be. We will definitely chose it for our next visit to Paris.

The building was probably old and we could sometimes hear steps from outside or from the upper floor.

The location was perfect for us as we arrived at Grade du L'est and had an early train from Gare du Nord the next day. Also, Montmartre & Sacre Ceour is super close. Yet a bit chaotic, the staff was very friendly. We also loved the breakfast which set us up nicely for our long travel back to the UK - I personally appreciated specifically the plant-based milk option as well as the gluten-free cereals and Magdalenas.

There was an issue with the room card which led us to have access to a stranger's room and their belongings which is a high security issue. The additional fee for our cat was 15 euros, so I wished to have food and a water bowl provided. We had to cut paper cups open to feed and water our pet. On arrival, to have a little treat for pets would also be a nice ad on.

Hotel was conveniently 3 mins from eurostar... The hotel staff were so friendly and very helpful.. Lovely comfortable room, spotlessly clean..a lovely balcony too.. Highly recommend this hotel.. Reasonably priced considering how close it is to eurostar..

The lift was a little scary as it stopped mid floor.. But it corrects itself if you press the button again...

The bed was super-comfortable! Room was okay, considering that this is Paris and the rooms are mostly very small. If you are a big guy, shower/toilet may be quite small for you. But for two small ladies it is fine. Location of the hotel is great. It will take about 30min to get to the city center by metro, Or ~1-1.5 hour walking. Paris is fantastic, very beautiful!

Breakfast could be more diverse. Also there are some places in the room, near the window and toilet, where there is a small step on the floor. We didn't notice it, and my wife harmed her foot.

The premium suite is absolutaly gorgeous! And more spacious than the other rooms. I also had 2 big balconies. The room is well located 2/3 mn walk from Gare du Nord Station. Convenient when you come from late trains Eurostar.

The breakfast price is highwr if you pay on the same morning!

Breakfast better than expected. Helpfullness of staff on reception. Useful location, even if area a bit mixed.

Noisy guests coming in late, talking loudly in the corridors, at midnight and later. I was in 408, and the people in 409 were talking at the top of their voices. I got dressed at 12.50am and went downstairs to reception, and asked if anything could be done. I think the receptionist phoned them, but I can't be sure. They were a little quieter, but continued talking till 2 am. I also told the manageress in the morning, and she apologised. This has put me off somewhat.

The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from Gare Du Nord station, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The lobby is comfortable, and the concierge was friendly and helpful, offering luggage storage before check-in and after checkout. The single room was exactly as advertised – beautiful, clean, modern, and spacious for one person. The ac was a great bonus during the summer.

A minor note: the hotel's elevator is quite small, fitting only one person with one piece of luggage at a time.
