An excellent hotel for a 1-2 night stay. Convenient location and delicious breakfasts. Very friendly staff ready to assist with any difficulties.

The full amount was held on my card—I was sure it was the payment for the stay. However, upon arrival, we were told that the full amount had to be paid again, and the held amount would be returned within 5 days after departure. The money did indeed return, but in reality, you need to have double the booking amount available, and this was not mentioned anywhere.

Staff that went the extra mile to make sure we had the best time, service, rest and overall experience. Hotel had tons of character. Very convenient and safe location, few minutes walk from the main station. Hotel manager offered to look after our luggage after checkout. Great restaurant in the same street. Best hotel of 6 weeks travel through variety of countries in Europe!

This hotel absolutely exceeded all our expectations! We booked it just to have a convenient little hotel near Gare du Nord before an early train the next day, but what we got was so much more. Firstly, the staff are the best we've ever experienced -- even better than 5-star luxury hotels! Specifically Shecylia, Samuel & Agatha made our stay so special. We were there for Christmas Day and everything felt cosy and wonderful with simple little touches that made us feel special. We got a free upgrade on arrival and they even brought out cutlery and set the table for us downstairs to have our takeaway dinner. We highly highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely staff, an excellent breakfast and a very pleasant room with shower room. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, very easy walking distance to Gare due Nord and a perfect spot for visiting Paris. Good food available nearby for evening meals etc. No lunch is required. The breakfast was superb (even an omelette available).

Two zipped together beds, but using two single mattress protectors meant that it was all rucked up and tangled beneath the bottom sheet. Just needs a full sized protector, and it would be perfect. Very small room, with everything you need, but it could be awkward if you're not flexible and mobile.

The staff in general was absolutely great, and the receptionist in particular was very kind and had the most heartwarming smile. It's been written in other reviews as well but this is not that common in Paris. The rooms are as expected, good quality for my purpose of travel (roaming the city). The pricing was very good compared to other available options.

The staff were so kind. We love them. Thank you for a memorable stay. The claw footed bathtub in room 22 is an amazing surprise. Such a nice stay.

The elevator is very small, but is as good as you can get under the circumstances. If there were more drink options at night (a full bar?) and a true espresso option with warm milk in the morning, well that would be a huge benefit.

Very beautiful and romantic hotel right next to the Gare du Nord. We got an upgrade to executive room, which was really stylish with a comfy bed and a tasty tea collection. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant (but unfortunately for us, short) stay!

I arrived at Gare du Nord at 11:30pm Just wanted to walk to where i was staying. This hotel is 3 minutes walk away. Really clean comfy bed and pillows. POWERFUL RAIN SHOWER!!!! Friendly check in staff This place is perfect if you’re out all day and need a good nights sleep

The rooms were clean, stylish and really cosy! Love it. The staff are one of the best and super lovely. Agathe is one of the best hosts I have come across in a long long time !

This place was great. Bed was very comfy. Location was good. Staff were great and helpful. Not much negative stuff to go on other than one issue The location was great and highly recommend this place. Right by the main train station. They recommended some bakeries and everything as you enter which was good. However when I tried to go to them bakeries unfortunately they were closed.

We got a bath room and every time we took a shower, it flooded the floor which was annoying. However when we mentioned it to staff they offered to swap rooms and apologise about it. There could have been more options with the TV. They aren't smart TVs.
