First and foremost, the hotel is located right opposite to the Gare du Nord (Paris North Train Station) and is surrounded by everything anyone will ever need during travel. The location is golden. The staff are quite nice, speak good English, are patient and very helpful. The building is decorated wonderfully and the rooms are amazingly large including the shower and toilet. It is a very spacious comfortable stay and they have a good sense of humor considering the housekeeping cards and decorations they have. They have a tagged baggage service in a secure room so you can comfortably leave your luggage there and do whatever you have to at the last minute. Finally, if your flight or train gets delayed, they have a nice lounge to stay a few hours and their wifi connection is quite strong. It might seem like paying 20 EUR approximately per night is high but the stay is worth it.

The area around the hotel feels rough at times but it is safe. The coffee can be better for sure. For a lot of people, the morning coffee is the big thing and having a bland watery coffee feels like a letdown for such a good hotel.

The room was cosy and perfectly big enough for one. The bathroom exceeded all expectations - it was really big by Parisian hotel standards, and was beautiful. My room was quiet, so quiet I slept till 10.30am one morning! The bed was very comfortable. The location was great. The staff were very very nice and went to trouble to answer my queries and to help me. I couldn't have asked for more :)

I liked everything about this hotel! The price for a hotel right by the Gare du Nord is bound to be a bit more expensive than a hotel further away. But it was worth it for the total convenience when arriving and leaving from that station.

I would like to say that the staff on this day were excellent; approachable and accommodating. I had an important event to get to and needed to get a room earlier than normal and as soon as possible. Thank you for arranging this. It was very much appreciated. Spotlessly clean and a lovely large room. As a regular visitor, the only thing I miss is not having sugar free muesli or bran based cereal available for breakfast. However, there is a very good breakfast selection available with fresh fruit, nuts, cheeses, yogurts, hummus, salmon, fantastic bread, not to mention Shakshuka and omlettes to order etc. Looking forward to returning. Room has sufficient space for 2 people travelling light (for a Parisian standard, more than ok!). I am a light sleeper and left a note when booking to be put in a room facing inner yard...and they delivered! I barely heard any noise and could sleep well during my entire stay. Our room was cleaned daily and wifi worked really well. Hotel is located right in front of Gare du Nord (hence, good access to public transports), has plenty options of restaurants/cafes/bistros and is close to supermarkets. All in all, we had a really pleasant stay at 25hours hotel, will be back for sure!

Staff was very polite and helpful. I would like to say special Thanks to Sasa who helped me a lot. Other staff members were also always ready to help. Minibar was free for 1 day which was added advantage. Orange flavored cookies were there in Minibar which I liked the most. At the time of checkout Sasa given me complementary cookies. They allowed me for late checkout. Location is very good. It is just opposite to trains station and metro is just outside the hotel.

Rooms were small but as all hotels in Paris have same problem so I was ok with it. Lighting in room was dim. As I was traveling for work, I have to do some work so I found light was insufficient. It was sunny days so after opening curtain, my problem got solved.

Don’t be put off by any concerns of the area, the hotel is safe and we didn’t see any trouble at night, if you’re walking or getting the metro anywhere (and I would encourage you not to just eat and drink in GDN) it’s a perfect central location. Staff were so lovely, gave us a bar voucher for my partners birthday which we hadn’t mentioned but they just picked up on when taking our details at check in. Always chatting when we came in and left. The room was perfect, I’ll stay here again 100%! We didn’t eat but the vibes in the bar were great.

Great position opposite Gare du Nord. Easy access to Eurostar and local transport. Small but stylish room. Great shower and toiletries. Super quiet room. Great breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Room safe for valuables. Lovely staff. Great restaurant for dinner if you don't want to go out. Felt very safe for a lone female traveller. The only thing that was missing was the ability to make a hot drink in the room.

Lovely big room on the 3rd floor. Have stayed before . Clean, well presented. In fact much cleaner than before. Praise to the hardworking, polite, cleaning staff, impressive. Appreciated early check in. Comfortable beds. Good location to get across Paris and for Eurostar. Lovely breakfast but I did miss the champagne! I never had a lot but a Buck's Fizz on the last morning was my treat. A few other things missing too, like tahini. Nevermind, still the best croissants in Paris.

It pains me to say this but I found the area more depressing than before and the reception team seem to respond to the outside tension. I miss the happy, smiling receptionist and team who asked if we had been before and other welcoming questions. The only hotel on our trip where we found this.

A very quirky, artistic vibe and super friendly, helpful staff, from reception to housekeeping. Felt like home from home. Straight across the Gare du Nord, so wonderfully placed for ease of travelling to and from daily activities all around Paris. Very clean throughout, super comfy bed and a nice big bathroom with wet room. Superb attention to detail in design all around the hotel. Good wholesome breakfast.

We would have liked a kettle in the room, but this was not really a problem as we were given one promptly when asked.

This hotel is different from most "regular" hotels I know. For example, instead of the customary door sign "Please do not disturb/ Please make up the room" There is a booklet with maybe 20 options, quite amusing. The room was large and charming with this unique vibe. The location is excellent, just outside Gare du Nord, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The water pressure was low, so I did not enjoy my showers, which is quite disappointing for a hotel stay. Also, for some items, the hotel is generous; there is free coke and beer in the minibar. In something not quite so, there was no tea or coffee in the room, and the breakfast buffet was OK but not more than that and quite expensive.
