The breakfast was delicious. There was a full range of options. There were lots of little pastries, bread to make toast with, a hot option which was scrambled eggs and sausages, boiled eggs, yoghurt and cereal. They was also dried fruit and nut selection, fresh fruit, jams and spreads, cheeses and salami. They also had a full range of drinks: a coffee machine and tea selection, juices, milk and water. It was all cooked really well it was all delicious. It was available in a really nice seated area to the side of the reception and it was plentiful and filling. We enjoyed our breakfast very much.

Booked this place as we wanted to be closer to transport links in Paris. Stayed here for 3 nights. This 3 star hotel has very good amenities. Small fridge in your room and there is kettle as well! Reception staff were friendly. WiFi is solid and you can even cast with the TVs. There is a lift to all floors. Sound proofing is very good and so is the noise reduction from the outside. Beds are comfy and rooms cleaned on demand daily. Safety deposit box for those who need it! Gare du Nord is a few minutes away from the hotel.

Smell of bakery in the mornings in room but a pleasant smell. Area is okay but lots of people hang around a few blocks away. They mind their own business though!

Location is convenient as it is near to both north and east stations. The every staff members here is very much friendly and professional. The facility is quite compact but more than enough. Water bottles and snacks are supplied everyday in the room. Breakfast is not super excellent but enough better than minimum expectations. Overall, when people want to stay the hotel with value for money, this hotel could be one of the best option.

Noisy when people arrive in the late night as the sounds came from the door although the wall between the room was enough thick and no noisy sounds came through.

It was really convenient because of its location and amenities. The reception staff are really helpful, very nice and accomodating - they allowed us to switch rooms due to particular wants. Gave us free take away on their croissants on our check out - so kind of them! The elevator is helpful going up and down. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The toilet was clean too. They've provided extra pillows. The heating is good during our stay (autumn).

The only downside would be the noise from the street which wasn't too bad because I've got ANC earpiece. The only thing that annoyed me would be the smell of currys and bread that are made during the early hours in the morning whilst you're still sleeping. It woke me up because I'm quite sensitive to smell, but I tried my best to just go back to sleep. Only stayed 2 nights which isn't a big deal to me.

Very clean, comfortable hotel. The staff were welcoming and most helpful. Excellent for a stopover if you are using Eurostar. Breakfast was good and nicely presented. In spite of the fact that it is in a very busy, noisy area being near two rail stations, the rooms were well insulated and no noise was heard from outside.Near to restaurants and supermarket.

This is a lovely hotel in between Gare d'Est and Gare du Noord. Staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and with all needed. A bit small but at the end in the middle of Paris you can not expect bigger rooms. Breakfast was lovely.

We had an issue with the safe that didn't close. I had stayed here before and this had happened already. Someone from reception tried to fix it but he couldn't so would be nice that the safe works as well. I think having printed papers in the reception showing prices takes off a bit the charm of the hotel.

Great location. Few minute walk from garde du Nord and garde de l’est. safe neighbourhood. Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and breakfast was great. Options for most palates. Rooms are small but perfect size if your plan is to tour all day.

The only very minor draw back….the tv mostly had French news channels and not much else. Casting to the tv was available but internet sometimes wasn’t strong enough for it to work.

The reception staff went over and above their duties to assist my wife and me. Philip provided many good and practical suggestions on places to visit. Giulia Rampinini guided us through the routes, trains and buses we needed to take to our next destination. She even printed out the instructions and directions. They made us feel so welcome and at home. The location of the hotel is extremely central and convenient. It took less than five minutes to walk to either one of two major train stations: Gare du Nord and Gare de L' Est. We did not have to change train or bus - just one direct train to and fro Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Location is excellent, a few minutes from Gare du Nord so ideal for Eurostar. The hotel was cleaner and nicer than I expected and having breakfast included was an extra, unexpected bonus. The breakfast was simple but nice, self serve and fresh. The room was quite small but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff were helpful with a left luggage service on day of check out. Spotted a few Eurostar staff in the hotel which indicates it’s good value. All in all I was very pleased with the quality of the hotel and would recommend it for a stay in Paris.

The location was great from a commectivity point of view. Gare De L'Est and Gare Du Nord were walking distance from the hotel. Getting into the city was a breeze. The receptionist was friendly and helped answer any queries.

Nothing to say. Just a suggestion on the breakfast, we went for breakfast quite last minute and while we were eating the staff was telling us to finish quick and leave. This was like 15 mins into the meal. The staff could have been a bit courteous in allowing us to finish the meal in proper time.
