Well located next to Gare Du Nord station. The staff are very friendly. A special mention has to go to the young woman who manned reception for most of our 4 day stay: she was not only very friendly, she also spoke excellent English and was exceptionally helpful. Our room was small but very clean and the two single beds were very comfortable. The bathroom facilities were again small but nicely equipped. The air conditioning worked very well. There is a fabulous bakery diagonally over the road and many pleasant restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The area seemed safe enough - both during the day and at night.

The outside of the hotel and the reception area are a bit tired-looking, but that didn't affect our stay at all as the room was very comfortable (see above). One thing we did notice sometimes, was the smell of cooking food coming in via the air conditioning system - but it wasn't too strong and I am sure is to be expected in a big city.

Uniquely decorated rooms, spacy enough to go with a big suitcase, elevator. Really close to railway stations Gare de l'est and garde de Lyon, but in an urban surrounding surrounded by restaurants and shops. Some of my favorite attractions really close. Although almost no noise from the street or the other rooms.

The room was hot and there were no instructions for the air conditioner. There were no instructions to use the tv. Just minor defaults I would have reported had I noticed them in the evening. Now I just left the hot room without tv and went elsewhere to spend the morning.

They charged me twice on exit for something, I dont know how I can contact to reclaim it, it was an honest mistake and for £7 (they thought my credit card failed but it didn't). Trying to claim it back but I dont know how I can contact them. Good Good sized room for Paris. Location is BRILLIANT - right next to Eurostar terminal and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Bad points: Safe was not working and they could not fix it. No tea/coffee in the room. Tiny shower and Tiny toilet but its like that in Paris.

24 hour reception and security in the Paris Nord station area appreciated. Proximity to the station can't be beaten. Room was quiet. Availability of bar though I didn't use it.

I booked the single room, which is on the 6th floor..... the lift only goes to the 5th floor so I had to take very heavy case up one circular flight of stairs. I declined reception's offer to assist me, but grateful for that offer. I suggest confirming whether your allocated room is on the 6th floor (3 rooms up there).The stairs are not mentioned on the booking. Com website but should be. This was reported to staff. Shower leaks out onto bathroom floor.. My room looked directly onto a wall, but if I went to window all I could see were other hotel room windows and air conditioning tower. Bags of ?used linen in corridoor outside my room for all the time I was there (single night).

My daughter and I just stayed 1 night at hotel Habituel. Hotel Habituel is just around the corner of the trainstation, Gare du Nord (3 minutes walk) The room was spacious, a mix of modern and retro decoration, clean, a nice bed (160x200cm) airconditioning, a television, wifi, towels, soap etc. The bathroom is like a loft...It is open without doors. This was no problem for us though. The hotel has an elevator.

I think that the handyman, hotelmanager and cleaning team should communicate better. If they would work together...little defects Like a loose door handle (toilet), an unattached rainshower could easily be fixed.

The hotel is well located being less than five minutes from the Gare du Nord Station. Having worked out my route from the station to the hotel, I felt safe getting to the hotel, walking briskly. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with the room being a reasonable size and all appliances and the wi-if worked. Breakfast is basic for a 10 Euro price, but there are plenty of places to eat opposite the station. The person managing the hotel was friendly and available at check-in and check-out. I was able to store luggage, leaving me free to explore Paris before collecting my luggage in the mid-afternoon.

The hotel sign does not stand out, but becomes clear, if you align with Google Maps.

Nice thick quality cotton sheets, and large walk-in shower. Receptionist Nadia was very friendly, efficient and helpful -a real asset to the hotel.

The room was a little small for the size of bed- it was tricky moving around the foot of the bed which was close to the wall and TV. Breakfast was a bit basic, with little other than sweet items and bread.

The man at reception was very kind, let us check-in early. The room was beautifully decorated and although small, clever storage solutions meant it didn't feel cramped. Was worried was going to be noisy at night, as the window was over a very busy road, but actually with the windows closed, you couldn't hear a thing. The location was spot on for us, 2 minutes walk from Gare du Nord and the Eurostar. Would stay here again if getting the Eurostar.

Lovely, friendly little hotel, in a very convenient location. A lovely old building with some traditional features intact, like a beautiful window and a lovely staircase. And decorated with attention and some high-quality fittings. The bed linen, for example, was incredibly comfortable and clearly a very high thread count, and the towels were large and very fluffy. The bathroom fittings were high quality, and the shower had great water pressure. I didn't try the breakfast, but it smelled lovely as I was leaving to get my early train and imagine it was probably very good, too. The next time I need to overnight close to the Gare du Nord, I will pick here over and above a chain hotel for sure.

We are so delighted to have found this absolute gem in such a busy part of the city, Gare du Nord. It is so stylish and beautiful, we have been in 3 different rooms at this stage and all have their own design and fabulousness. Every time it gets better, and we were upgraded to a wonderful suite this time which was amazing - there was even a bath! The staff are so lovely, professional and really helpful. We stay here for catching the Eurostar - these are some of the closest beds to the Eurostar check in, how could they be so fab… highly recommended and good value too.
