The accommodation was both affordable and conveniently located near the train station. The facilities were good, and the bathrooms were kept clean. Overall, everything met our expectations considering the price. Additionally, we enjoyed a breakfast buffet with various options available, all for a reasonable price of 7 euros.

The bed proved to be quite uncomfortable, with a noticeable sag in the middle. Although I brought up the issue at the reception, they did take some action, which provided a slight improvement. Nevertheless, getting a good night's sleep was a challenge, and we frequently woke up in the morning experiencing back pain.

The bed has a curtain for privacy, and was comfortable to sleep.. Location was good, right next to the Gare de Nord, just what i was looking for. Bathroom was clean.

Avoid if: (-) you’re picky w bathrooms, they are normally not very clean. (-) noisy luggage boxes (-) wanting a more private experience

The guards at the entrance need an attitude adjustment. They are rude and uneducated street guys that will try to bully you, but they stop when they realize you won't allow it. Other than that, everything is great as always. The staff is kind and professional, with a warm welcoming !

The bed is big with curtain and it's able to sit. Very comfy.

The location it's great, just 3min walking to the Gare du noord station, the neighborhood is full of restaurants and supermarkets.

I missed a hair blower, douche gel were no enough for two person even we asked for more, we did not get it. The last night of our stay there we were to the bar we were passing a great time and at 1 oclock a man told us bar is close we said ok we are living right now....my friend was finishing his beer and he started in a very aggressive way to said things in French to us to pushed us away like we were drunnk people making troubles! His behavior was unacceptable to us.

The front desk let me check in a few hours early though I couldn't access the room yet, the staff were overall very helpful and kind. The beds are much wider than expected and quite comfortable, there's multiple easily accessible sockets above the bed and a ledge to keep small things. The room itself was spacious with large windows, a desk and chair, as well as a sink area with a mirror and hooks. I really liked the vending machines in the lobby. I didn't make use of them but there were washers, dryers and a microwave in the common room that I imagine must be useful. Noise wasn't an issue for my particular room on the second floor. Location was obviously super accessible, less than a minute walk from Gare du Nord which houses the Eurostar, rer and multiple metro lines that gets you anywhere in Paris and beyond.

There was no lift access to the locker room which was a bit of a pain. The shared bathrooms had two shower stalls right next to two toilets stalls which worked fine technically but there was some mild flooding after showers. Showers were always clean when I used them. There was an old man who slept in the bunk underneath mine which made me uncomfortable throughout the stay through no fault of the hostel, but I may opt to stay in a women's dorm for future trips to France.

The staff was friendly and kind. The cleaning ladies were doing an incredible job, keeping the bathroom and rooms clean. Bed was comfy enough, storage box under the bed was very convenient, separate outlets for every guest. Very close to a huge train/metro station, supermarkets, bakeries. I felt safe.

There are some sketchy people outside of Gare du Nord, the train station which is a few minutes away from the hotel. Just don't engage with them and you'll be fine. I'd like the shower to provide stronger pressure and hotter water. Door on 309 room, needed an extra push to close properly, and sometimes you didn't notice, so you ended up leaving your room open. Just something the hostel should check.

The bed was really comfortable and the room was warm, hence sleeping was lovely and enjoyable. The room was clean and a had a nice roomates. The location is great! I was travelling from Gare du Nord and it was just 6 minutes away, which made my commute easy and stress-free. Around the hostel there was plenty of cafés, restaurants, shops and the choice where to eat or chill are wide and fits to everyone taste.

The sound proof from the bar downstairs and the sleeping doors wasn't the best. I believe that the architecture of a building only creates a bugger echo, hence there isn't much what to do and it was Saturday night after all. It's not a complaint, because the sound wasn't effecting me in any way, I got my peaceful night sleep, it's more of a observation.

I cannot thank the reception team enough for their incredible support when my phone was stolen on my last night. From the moment I explained my situation, they were not only empathetic but also proactive in finding a solution. Their willingness to go above and beyond—whether it was making extra calls, offering advice and finding the closest police station, or simply being kind and attentive—truly exceeded my expectations. It's rare to encounter such dedication and professionalism. They turned this stressful experience into one of genuine appreciation. Absolute stars!
