The hotel was very near the station. Easy access to the metro. The room was small but not a problem for us as we travelled light. Noisy outside, but when windows shut, no sound came through. Lift very small my friend used it and I did the stairs. We had a pleasant stay.

The station area has a lot of people loitering outside, but no one has given us any problems . Small lift if you have big bags you will have to go up one at a time. The shower over the bath messed water on the floor, but it didn't bother us.

It's location for the Gare du Nord was brilliant. Come out of the station, look to your left and there it is. The receptionist was very friendly and spoke good English. The room was very quiet in spite of being in the middle of the city. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel also provides free newspapers for guests. (The New York Times or Le Figaro).

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. The coffee was weak and the scrambled eggs were not replenished regularly. There was a need for a little more attention to maintenance. The tap in our hand basin dripped all the time and the plug release lever did not work so that we had to lift the plug out totally to prevent the basin from gradually filling up. The clip holding the shower head was also loose so the shower hung at an angle facing sideways.

Rooms were perfect for what we needed, comfortable beds, clean, no complaints. I liked the windows, if I remember correctly the window frames were timber which was really nice, there was no noise coming in from the road and curtains didn't let any light in so we had a really good night's sleep.

My mother, who checked in before me, had a very nice receptionist who told her that our request to have our rooms close together could be fulfilled, didn't ask her to pay straight away, etc. The one I had was not so friendly, told me rooms were on different floors and I had to pay straight away.

Great location, lovely staff, comfortable bed, good bathroom. I had a ‘single’ room but it was plenty big enough, and happily I could open the window. And I loved that they had a kettle and tea making facilities. The generous breakfast was good quality with nice filter coffee and hot milk. It’s 5 minutes walk from Gare du Nord, and 15 minutes walk to Sacre Coeur. I even walked to the Roissy bus (30 minutes walk) when I had to leave for my flight. But I will stay there again!

Location! Even though it is located near the northern railway station it is far enough away from the hustle and bustle. It is close to the metro station. If you don't mind walking, Montmartre is a 20-minute walk from the hotel, and the Opera house is a half-hour walk away. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are bigger than usual in hotels in Paris. Breakfast is fresh and has a large selection. The rooms are soundproofed. Parking is close, not expensive and practical for anyone who comes to Paris by car.

The staff could speak better English and be a little more friendly. Although they were helpful, but they did not have accurate information. The breakfast lacked a selection of fresh vegetables for the salad.

The room is a little small for two people but understandable given that Paris is an expensive city; however, it has a superb location right next to the tram and bus stations, making it accessible to all parts of Paris. The breakfast is also good. Additionally, I like Domingo for offering us to have an early check-in. We understand that room check-in is only at 2 PM, but he was generous enough to allow us to have our room much earlier than that.

Their service card in the room says that they provide dental kit; however, after asking the receptionist for it, they told us that they do not provide such facility.

Very close to Gare Du Nord and lots of small food outlets. Ideal base for trains and Eurostar. Room was comfortable, beds very good and staff helpful and friendly. We had 3 large windows with blockout curtains. A very comfortable Parisian style boutique hotel. Would happily stay here again.

The only small thing was we would have preferred a small fridge but as it was super cold outside we left the milk on the balcony overnight - perfect solution!

The area has hundreds of migrants hanging about the Gard du Nord railway station dealing drugs and counterfeit cigarettes. Every time you go out you're asked for money. It's not just in this area it's everywhere. The tourist hot spots are especially bad. We saw lots of rats at the Eiffel tower and at Sacre Coeur. The streets are dirty and there is Graffiti everywhere. Take extra care on the public transport. I had my wallet stolen on a packed bus. It was 22 years ago since we went to Paris and it has gone downhill. We won't be going back.

Overall a good place to stay and great location between to major train stations and Metro. Price good for location and overall quality. Clean and tidy too. Breakfast was quite good.

Shower was tiny and pillows were too firm are really the only complaints. We had a top floor room which was great for views, but as it had a sloping ceiling which made it a bit tight to get past the bed. Overall the floor layout was good though so I expect the rooms on the other levels are great.

Hotel was so close to the station so ideally situated! Room was clean and tidy, everything we required. Breakfast was well stocked and replenished often and everything we needed. Although Hotel was in a very busy area the noise outside did not enter into our room! Reception and all staff were welcoming, helpful and extremely smart!
