Very close and convenient for the Gare du Nord. Very clean comfortable room. Excellent and very reasonably priced restaurant just opposite the Gare du Nord. Breakfast at the Hotel is expensive but there is an excellent cafe nearby where you can get a good breakfast for half the price.

This is a really handy location between 2 major train stations with plenty of food options nearby. My room was spacious, the mattress and pillows were comfy. The staff were helpful (some of my luggage had been delayed) and assisted where possible.

I did not have tea/coffee making facilities in my room. I don't know if this was an oversight as other rooms I peeked into had a kettle etc but I was able to make tea in the breakfast area instead. Also the shower in my room did not drain very well leading to a messy floor after bathing. Again, other rooms did not have this problem. And some better lighting in the bathroom would have been helpful

I loved the staff here. The staff that I met during my stay was very friendly and accommodating! The room was good for two of us, as we were out most of the time and it was a great location as it was close to Gare de Nord. There are 2 supermarkets nearby so if you happen to arrive late, you can still go and buy sandwiches if you need to. Also they were able to provide twin beds instead of double bed as I requested! Overall our experience here was lovely. I appreciated the help and the kindness from them :)

The actual room I stayed in, it wasn't much of a problem. Only just the sink took time to drain the water.

Excellent location in terms of easy access to the metro. If your objective is to merely use the hotel as a base to sleep, shower etc, it's perfect. It is not the most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in, but I knew that when I chose the hotel. The inside of the hotel is better than the outside. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is certainly not in the prettiest part of Paris, but I didn't choose it for the view. I chose it for the location (easy access to the metro). This is not something that I didn't 'like' as such; I'm just mentioning it to manage expectations.

The location was near Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, very convenient for travellers going through these stations for commute. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Even though I was staying in a corner room facing the road junction on level 1, there was no noise at all as the good quality windows effectively blocked out all the noise. The room was modern and clean. The staff were all very friendly and gave good recommendations for food and transport, especially Dehbia (I hope I got it right), who gave me the choice of picking my preferred room, and the short-haired lady.

If the lobby could be more nicely done up, it would be even better! If the hotel could provide toiletries and provide liquid hand soap instead of the solid soap, that would be great. It was a bit pricey too.

The room was very nice, comfortable bed, nice view. We had a room on the corner that had a semi balcony with rails, the view was pretty nice. Bathroom big enough with a bathtub. We had our room cleaned by the staff every day(we had a 4 night stay). Close to bus stations and subway stations. Quiet room. Received a clothing iron when asked.

It is placed between gare du nord and gare du est so the neighbourhood is extremely busy with sketchy people, so at night you might have a feeling of unsafety. We didnt have any entcounters but you have to be aware of your sourroundings. There is low storage space but enough for 4 night stay. The shower head is broken, I slightly cut myself with it, nothing bad need a little fixture.

A very well located hotel for anyone arriving at Gare du Nord, and given how busy this location can be we were really pleased with how quiet the hotel was. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and whilst the breakfast selection was not the biggest I've seen it had everything we needed. We were very happy with our stay here and if arriving at Gare du Nord in the evening again we'll definitely look to book here. For the location it's good value.

There wasn't much we didn't like about this hotel. It is clean, comfortable, and does what it says on the tin.

The staff was very warm and welcoming. They made us feel comfortable and seemed happy to help us. The room was small, but we had everything we needed - place to unpack and hang our clothes, bedside tables to set our things on, etc. The room and bathroom were both very clean. The beds were comfortable! The hotel location is super convenient and very close to multiple metro stations. I would recommend to others, and will definitely look into staying again.

My only complaint was that I had a hard time finding the front door to the hotel our first time walking in. There are multiple sets of doors that made it a little bit confusing.

Appia La Fayette is located 5 minutes walk from Paris Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, which was the main reason we chose the hotel. The hotel is close from local amenities including super markets, restaurants, cafes and patisseries, so we enjoyed very tasty baguettes from local patisseries, French breakfast at nearby cafe and not expensive French cuisine such as onion soup and galettes at local bistros! We were allocated to the twin room as we requested, however, if I should mention, I would like to spot the size of the single bed was quite small. Bathroom was clean and modern. Water server was provided for guests in front of the reception which was convenience for us. I think that the best feature of Appia La Fayette is its location, so it offers good value when the location is considered.

Nothing I did not like, but if I should mention, I would spot that the size of single bed (twin room) was quite small.

My family and I enjoyed the stay at Appia La Fayette, it locates near Gare Du nord Eurostar station (5 min walk) and public transport by Metro and bus are very convenient. We met reception staff Michel who was friendly and very helpful to our enquiries. The hotel seemed recently renovated. It looked new and clean. We found the room comfortable, we appreciated the high cleaningness standard of the room and bathroom. The french balcony window was a nice touch of the room. We found nice restaurants near the hotel. If I visit Paris again, I definitely will book Appia for its good value for money and convenience.

The big photo of a railway in a forest was just above the headboard of the bed shocked me and my family, it looked like I was going to lie on the railway to kill myself! It was not a comfortable photo to see! I prefer the wall just paint a light colour.
