Everything!!. The comfort and cleanliness were excellent. The breakfast was excellent, too. The quality of the food was very good indeed and was all very well cooked and presented. The thought and planning in the decor is great. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a great size with a very effective non slip floor. The size of the shower cubicle was excellent. The water had good temperature and pressure. The hotel is obviously making strides to be eco friendly. Just our sort of place. The mini bar/fridge for your first night is free. Water. Snacks and beer. Very welcome. Straight across the road from Gare du Nord.
The only thing that prevented a 10 in facilities was the broken lift which is a very important issue for my wife. We stayed two separate nights Wednesday then Saturday and it was broken both ocassions. Tge only one from reception was exceptionally small. The use of a kettle in the room would have a bonus but perhaps this is part of being eco friendly?

Fun themed bedroom, comfy bed, good shower/bathroom. I had a small balcony to sit on and enjoy the Parisian atmosphere. Breakfast was a selection of pastries, bread, cheeses, cooked food. The cocktail bar was vibrant. Situated across from the Gare du Nord, no noise, no bother, great location to jump on the metro and be in central Paris within five minutes. We ate dinner one night and the popcorn falafel is highly recommended!
The hotel was experiencing an issue with the main lift out of order which meant the small lift was in constant use as only one in building. A minor problem easily overcome by using the staircase!

The location was good but a bit noisy. Gare Du Nord was across the street and was busy as you would expect. The side streets leading to the station was also a bit noisy even with the windows closed. There was a Metro entrance right in front of the hotel making it easy to start your journey around Paris. The room had a mini bar which was free for the 1st night. The fridge was useful to store your bought drinks from the nearby shops. We dined round the corner (about 50m walk) every morning in one of the best boulangerie's in Paris. Definitely a highlight of the trip!
A lot of homeless sleeping near the station and dodgy looking people in and around the station. You need to be alert and keep your distance in case they are pick-pockets. Although we didn't see any incidents, the people made you feel a bit concerned.

A fantastic location directly opposite the stunning Gard Du Nord. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and our room were very stylish and funky and colourful. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable.Loved the open plan style free-standing bath and our balcony overlooking the station.Breakfast was good.
Our only one issue was that there didn’t seem to be an option to reuse our towels and to keep the same bed linen. These do not need to be changed daily and not for a short visit of 3 or 4 nights. We need to be always climate and energy aware. Most hotels nowadays respect this.

Easy Access to Eurostar. There are a lot of Shops and dining nearby. There was a lounge area with a DJ which was unexpected but nice. The manager made sure that rooms were ready for all guests coming in and the check in check out process was very easy. A huge plus is that all staff members spoke English which decreased the language barrier (even though we tried our best to speak in French first lol) The room gave a very cozy feel and reminded me of the french quarters in New Orleans. The bathrooms were very clean and had a nice gold theme to them. Rooms also had a complimentary mini bar with a few beers, water, and some sweets. Room service offered a full menu instead of a limited option.

Perfect location! Directly across from Gare du Nord! Go out door by 5 Guys food place and it is directly across street! Trains, Metro, buses all there! (Some buses you need to go upstairs in train station). Lovely young lady checked me in & told me everything I needed to know, wish I got her name but overall, all staff I interacted with was friendly and welcoming! The room was so awesome! Very quirky and funky decor! Bright colors and designs! So fun! Great attention to details! I travel a lot and think this was my favorite room EVER!! Free goodies in fridge were nice after long first day!! My room was pretty small but super cozy, very quiet, didn't hear anything room to room or outside (think I requested quiet room). Even had USB outlets so could charge 2 things on those and one in regular outlet! (there might have been more than one regular outlet, didn't use more than one so don't remember) Bathroom was beautiful, a good size and what a great shower! Huge and lots of water pressure, had both a handheld AND a rainfall!!! I usually wash my hair before I go on trips, but didn't have time this time, so was super happy to be able to use the rainfall showerhead! What an awesome experience!! Don't skip breakfast! It was great! Starts at 6:30 so was great for my one really early day. Lots of variety, plenty to eat, even for a vegetarian. The scrambled eggs were tasty, different yogurt flavors, but of my, the pan au chocolate pastries!! It was very handy to be able to leave my bag there when I checked out too.
That I only got to stay there two nights!!

Great location right by the train station. Really connects you to anywhere you need to go. Close to food places and shopping. Balcony was nice and had a great view. Staff was friendly and quick with check-in
Room is a bit small. You're limited where you can put luggage. As a result, I bumped my head twice on a decorative overhead shelf that had no business being where it was. Very hard water, and soap/shampoo did not work well for me. Bed was okay. TV didn't really work most of the time I was there and limited what you could watch. Seems like a lot of people stay here, but they only have 2 very small and very slow elevators.

Staff were marvellous and went above the usual standards. I asked about walking directions to a couple of places: after asking me about route preferences google maps were printed out and on the first occasion the receptionist actually came to find me (in the bar on another level..) to give me said map. The hotel itself is very quirky - I am guessing that bedrooms are decorated quite distinctively one from the other, and the public places in the hotel are also full of interest. My bedroom offered a tailor's dummy for my jacket and other unusual features: a great shower room too. The hotel restaurant, Neni, is well worth discovering. They also offer a very good breakfast here. I was impressed with the staff here too - friendly and efficient. There seems to be quite an African vibe running through the decoration, principally in the bar area, which is unusual and refreshing. Brilliant location for Gare du Nord and metro.
One of the lifts was out of order which did lead to delays.

We chose the location immediately opposite Gare du Nord. The hotel from reception to room to dining room was excellent. Clean, well maintained and very different to bland hotels. The room was very large, well equipped and so was the bathroom. The breakfast was very good indeed. Well cooked and very well presented. The variety and quality were excellent. Cost was on a par with other equivalent standard of hotel but was set apart by its difference. The staff were friendly and approachable. The free mini bar for your first night was a very welcome touch. We were allowed to keep our larger bags in ĺeft luggage for two days whilst we travelled elsewhere.
We stayed on two separate nights - Wednesday and Saturday but the main lift was broken both nights. The option was to use a very small lift. It was a long way from the lift to the room along a zig zag corridor. I was disappointed with the coffee served at breakfast. I was hoping for good tasting coffee but it was luke warm, not very flavoursome from a flask These were minor issues and would definitely stay at a 25 hours hotel again.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Noise level was exceptionally quiet for facing a busy street and the train station. The shower was roomy - love the rainfall shower head + handheld. Soaps and shampoo were fragrant. Free minibar on first day with two beers, two waters, chips and cookies was a first for me - I've never experienced that before. The bed was super comfortable. It was easy to control the room temperature with the thermostat.
We chose the location to be next to the train station for departure to the airport in the morning. However, the neighbourhood is really sketchy and run down. It was difficult to find a decent restaurant for dinner, but we found a great one nearby. And we found the best bakery a couple of blocks away for breakfast. When we stay in Paris for 4 days, we stay in the 5th Arrondissement at Hotel Europe St. Severin. But for one night they wanted over 400 euros instead of 200, so we wanted to find something cheaper.
