We stayed in a Junior Suite which was ideal for our group of 3. It was very clean and had a large comfortable bed in the separate bedroom. The pillows were great too. The white towels were of good quality. The bathroom had a good selection of free toiletries. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety, with a quality coffee machine that was easy to use. You can use the machine at any time throughout your stay. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for your great hospitality.

In the bathroom there was a bath with just a handheld shower, which isn’t ideal. It would be so much better to mount it higher on the wall to enable a handsfree shower. Other than that, everything was fine.

After some initial problems we got upgraded and from there onward it was all smooth sailing. The room was nice and location is extremely practical, although the nearby area isn't the nicest. There is free coffee and tea all day long, which is nice.

Check in process was very cumbersome, took forever and we got a room of inferior class to what we had booked and payed for. This was rectified the next day by another staff member after some insisting from our part and when they finally realized their mistake we actually ended up getting upgraded for the rest of the stay.

We chose Le Rocroy for two reasons. Firstly, we wanted a true French experience. The decor of the newly renovated rooms is beautiful and open the windows to a gorgeous streetscape. the breakfast us plentiful and the coffee or chocolate chaud excellent. Secondly, the location enabled an easy walk to Sacre Coeur, Le Moulin Rouge, Gare du Nord and Gare du L’Est for on travel beyond Paris, as well as a variety of dining options a few metres from the hotel street. Some days we walked a little further to other sights, Eiffel Tower, Musee D’Orsay and enjoyed walking back with a lit up Sacre Coeur guiding us. The Metro is a couple of hundred metres away for easy access to all over Paris.

Everything was great, nothing was too much trouble for the service staff. Perhaps more English speaking TV stations, but one does not travel to Paris to watch TV and we greatly enjoyed watching the World Cup French quarter final win against England in French.

The central location was ideal for what we were looking for and allowed us to explore Paris with ease. We particularly liked the fact that we were walking distance from Montmartre. The hotel was exceptionally clean and you could see that refurbishment had taken place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided us with European adaptors to borrow as we had forgotten to pack ours. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this jewel of a hotel.

There wasn’t anything which we disliked. We were delighted with all aspects of this hotel. Cleanliness is important as is friendly staff and a quiet environment. We received all of these.

Hotel check in was fast, friendly and very accommodating. Every corner of this boutique hotel is clean and hygienic. The staff are all helpful and welcoming. Location is near the city center and metro. They offer a wide variety of breakfast to choose from. The room is very clean. No moldy smell. Very cozy. Bed linen and sheets are fresh. Every corner was thoroughly cleaned. I was very happy and my favorite hotel so far in Paris. Would recommend to all my family and friends.

I stayed here for two nights as a solo female traveller as needed to be near Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est stations to catch different trains on different days and wanted to be in a nice hotel where I would safe whilst travelling solo . The staff at the hotel were really helpful and accomodating I felt they went above and beyond to help me e.g they helped me to find a local photo printing place and to store my bag and things like that . I really liked the art deco style decor and breakfast was lovely. There is a really nice restaurant beside it too which was handy L'Orange Vert. All good in the room too so had a great stay and was great to be near both the stations for travel - 5 mins Gare du Nord and 10 mins Gare de l'Est walking. Would recommend.

The location was what we wanted, close to Gare due Nord. The areas around stations always seem a little rough, but we did not feel unsafe at all. There were plenty of bars & restaurants a couple of blocks away, though round the hotel it was pretty quiet. We had a room facing the street & experienced no noise at all. There were 3 metro stations within 5 minutes walk & we were at the Louvre 20 mins after leaving the hotel. The room was not large, but adequate for the 2 nights we were there. Breakfast was nice. They only make up your room & change towels etc. if you ask them to the previous day, this was made clear when we checked in & was not an issue for us. You can ask for add hoc items such as new towels without having your room made up. This is an environmentally conscious way to operate. Reception gave us a good recommendation for a drink & dinner on our first night.

The lift was tiny, too small for 2 people & luggage, & very slow.

The check in is easy. They also have a baggage drop off service if you arrive earlier than check in. It's close walking distance to the metro and some cafes. Breakfast was not huge but more than enough! They have freshly squeezed juice which is a great addition. Staff is very helpful. Bed is comfortable. Rooms in Paris are generally smaller so don't expect a lot on space but absolutely enough for a couple. Bathroom is good and spacious. All in all, we'll definitely consider staying in this place again next time!

Nothing major to not like. We've had better breakfasts and the location, while very convenient, may not be the safest part of town. Got randomly approached around the corner and there are some groups of guys around the block between the metro and this place that makes you feel just a little bit unsafe. I wouldn't walk by myself in the middle of the night.

I really liked my stay at this hotel! It’s very centrally located—just a 6-minute walk from Gare du Nord, which made getting around super easy. The staff were incredibly sweet and accommodating throughout our stay. We had an issue with the sink, but they fixed it the next day without any hassle. One thing that really stood out was the thoughtful service even after check-out—they offered coffee, tea, and water to guests who had already checked out, which I found really nice. We also received complimentary drinks and macarons, which was such a lovely touch. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would definitely come back! ⸻ Let me know if you’d like a shorter or more formal version as well!

Staff was absolutely amazing, breakfasts delicious (gluten free was not a problem), good connection via metro, hotel and room very clean and good looking. Great contact with the hotel before the stay. Option to leave the luggage was fantastic. Overall in good and safe localisation (in Gare du Nord vicinity not so much- better avoid at night)

13 m2 room was painfully small while toilet very big which was pretty inconvenient. We had a feeling that toilet could be halved and it would be a world of a difference (I understand that it might not be possible but still). Because of the space in the room itself there is no closet or drawers which made it hard with staying for few days.
