Staff were friendly and helpful, very clean rooms and bathrooms. Rooftop was surreal!

Location was okay if you have a car. There was a black market right below on the main road on Fridays, didn’t feel the safety to walk also it was far to walk to places.

The room was tidy and clean.

The area where the hotel is based is not good (high risk of crime).

Staff great, super roof top bar with food…stayed here with wife and two young children 10&11 and I would recommend it

Hmmmm…..this shouldn’t put you off at all, but the location was a little outside of the centre and we just got short taxi rides so not an issue at all

Next to the hotel was a social flashpoint so we didn’t feel very safe while being outside walking from / to the Metro Station

The hotel was very well decorated inside, very clean and modern. Hotel room was great, well decorated and spacious. loud freeway outside bedroom however the room was very well soundproofed meaning it was silent. we also had aircon facilities so no need to open window. bathroom was also very nice and looked new. housekeeping was also great, they always made sure our room was tidy and replenished our stock of cartoned water. the staff on reception were very pleasant and more than happy to speak English (very well) to my girlfriend and I. a few very close metro station options and are very easy to use at tourists, metro was extremely frequent and very cheap.

location not the greatest due to busy flee markets in street making it hard to navigate. streets were also left quite dirty after this, however we did see people cleaning every other day. NOT about property but just a tip, don’t use the airport taxi service as it turns out to be way more expensive (€60 from CDG to hotel). would recommend Uber as it turned out to be €40 with a tip for the way back to the airport.

the issues outside the building are a little scary at first sight, and makes explorining the area around the hotel very unnerving.

- The family room option (2 connecting rooms) and hotel parking (25 euro per night) are very handy. - Hotel staff was very helpful. - Breakfast on the 8th floor was good and with nice views. There are also many shops around the hotel and on the way to the city centre.

The 'African flea market' that was organized on the Sunday of our arrival in the direct neighbourhood of the hotel was very messy and extremely busy and made it more difficult to find the hotel by car. Fortunately, on the weekdays there was no market and the area immediately felt much better. Other than the flea market, the location of the hotel is good: close to public transport and, while not the best part of Paris, we thought it looked safe enough. Moreover, even without public transport, in about 10-15 minutes walking one can reach the 'good' part of Montmartre. We also chose the location because it is relatively easy to reach by car coming from the north (apart from the usual traffic jam near the ring road).

Driving into the area we were extremely uncomfortable and disappointed as the sat nav took us a horrible way in where there was a flea market, so many people and not what you think when you want to stay at a 4star hotel in Paris, it’s hard to explain how horrible it was but once we turned the corner and got to the hotel it was fine and had we come in from the opposite way we wouldn’t of realised it was in a horrible area. There is a lot of homelessness in the area too. The hotel itself was lovely. Nicely decorated, staff were friendly. Breakfast choices were good especially the custard tart. The bed was comfortable. The tv was sketchy sometimes it would connect to our Netflix but busy times the WiFi wasn’t strong enough to use. The shower was great. We drove in and didn’t use the public transport so can’t comment on how good it is to get to the tourist parts of Paris but we did take a Bolt and it cost about 16 euros to get to The Louvre.

Room was clean and spacious, staff were excellent, and buffet breakfast was exceptional. I would stay here again when next at Stade De France

Bed was a little firm, but that's OK. Only one pillow per person in the room and it was so thin, it offered no support. Although the staff we encountered were generally excellent, there was one issue spotted at breakfast. One of the staff dropped a set of serving tongs while resupplying food - it was croissants I believe. The staff member put the tongs directly back on the croissant tray and when challenged by another guest, that those tongs would need to be washed before use, the staff member looked confused as why that would need to happen. Eventually he took the tongs away and brought another set. It appears that a lack of food hygiene training is given. That said, the breakfast was still outstanding and excellent value for money.

The staff was amazing. Nihad was so sweet and helpful! That manager whose name I can’t remember was also very nice! The bar staff were great and friendly as well! Very accommodating!

I will say while the location was close to the train station, the area itself is not the best. There were a lot of homeless people about especially right outside the hotel. I wouldn’t walk this area in the day let alone at night.
