2 minute walk to Torcy train station,with great routes to Disneyland & Paris. The breakfast had plenty of choice to set you up for the day. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the bath/shower was hot. Perfect for the end of a busy day sightseeing. Short walk there's restaurants that do takeaway as well, supermarket behind the hotel.

We loved how close the hotel was to Torcy train station. The room itself was much bigger than we anticipated which is a bonus! There were fresh sheets and towels daily and the staff there were always friendly and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond after we left an item in the hotel room after we checked out. With good communication and patience, they held the item until we could get our friend in France to pick it up on our behalf and with secure instructions to follow to ensure he was authorised to pick it up, they handed it over to him so we can now get the item back. Just really excellent service that goes above and beyond what you would pay to stay here.

The only minor thing was that the shower head didn’t stay straight no matter how many times we tried to adjust it, but please be clear it is a very minor point as you could still clean yourself without major problems.

I would have liked a small fridge in the room as it was a hot weekend and could have done with storing cold drinks When I asked if breakfast was included I was told no but this didn’t lead to anymore information if I wanted to have breakfast eg giving costs/times etc etc however these are minor criticisms

We planned a long weekend to visit Paris and Disneyland Paris. The position is very convenient to reach them, as the hotel is 300 meters from the RER station which allows reaching Disneyland in 11 minutes and Paris in about half a hour. In addition, Torcy bus station (150 meters from the hotel) is connected to CDG airport (Roissypole) by direct bus 19 at a cheap price. The hotel features a good breakfast, with good variety of sweets and salt plates, which we deemed good value for the money it costs. The hotel is also close to a large shopping centre. The combination of these last two features helped us to deal with the sky-rocketing prices and low quality of food at the Disneyland parcs. A bit difficult to evaluate the price-quality ratio, which is reasonable compared to any other place (and relatively cheap for Paris), and becomes outstanding compared to inside-Disneyland accomodations,

The staff behaviour was very different, some of them were extremely kind and other staff in need of improvement and some smiles. The room (3-guests) was basic and compact, but in line with the booking description and well organised including a small desk. The wardrobe space was limited. Also limited number of electricity plugs. The bathroom was a bit outdated. But overall, no real problems with the room.

A 5-minute walk from the train station, and surrounded by large supermarkets and plenty of restaurants. Just three train stations away from Disneyland, making it a great alternative if you're looking for more affordable accommodation. The hotel itself is a bit old, but it was clean, the staff were nice, and what I liked most is that they have a room that fits five people. We will definitely come back!

5 min walk to RER, 3 stops to Disneyland in 10-15 min which is amazing and perfect location for shopping centre. I loved the restaurants are near by town centre and bowling place. Hotel was neat and clean. Worth booking a room with breakfast included. I would also like to say massive thank you to 2 african descent guys who were always working in the evening during my visit 28-31 May, they were friendly and they knows customer service. They made me feel welcome as they are assets to your hotel. Always happy to assist. Thank you for umbrella to use great service.

The server/ waitress in the morning breakfast were too grumpy and didnot seem to enjoy working. Their smile was vanished/ collapsed and often very sad face. Please inform them to make paying guest comfortable or learn to be friendly or training needed for them.

Breakfast awful staff the same no milk no orange juice no cutlery when I asked we Waited about 15 for the man to get another person to get it ..Out of a party of eight only two got pancakes again this was before 8 and there was no more came out .There was no water in the fridge the price was outrageous for what we got and needless to say we didn’t have breakfast there the rest of our stay

We used this as a stop gap to Euro Disney either side of stopping in one of their hotels. Staff were really friendly, accommodating and helpful. Hotel situated close to the station and a large shopping centre to the rear of you wanted to buy some bits. Was clean and really reasonably priced. Would stop again.

Excellent location to visit Disneyland. Very close to RER Torcy, which is 12min away from Disneyland. The room was clean and spacious. Friendly staff at reception. Vending machine with drinks by reception. Comfortable beds. Quiet.

Mold on bathroom's ceiling. Drain in the bathroom's sink was blocked, the water took a long time to move down. No fridge in the room. Room was slightly too warm.

I absolutely love the location of this hotel. 5 minutes walk to the train to Disney and then 10 minutes and you're in Disney.It is also directly opposite a fantastic shipping centre. Much more affordable shopping than val d europe. Apparently there is a street at the back with lots of good/affordable places to eat but we stayed in the parks to eat. Tip: go out the back door of the hotel and turn left, shortcut to the train station.

My only criticism of the hotel was the lack of storage and if you were being really fussy the rooms could do with a paint touch up but very clean.
