Location is great, close to the station which is 2 stations away from Disneyland, loads of restaurants and supermarkets in the area. There's also a street workout park a short drive away. The breakfast was great, great coffee and pancakes.

The dinner buffet, what a robbery. We arrived at dinner time and we were starving after a 7h drive, we paid 24€ per head and the food is tasteless, variety is inexistent and if you are a veggie forget about it. Even if you eat meat, not in a million years it's worth 24€. Everything else about the hotel is great, including the breakfast but the buffet offered should definitely be reviewed, there's loads of restaurants in the area way cheaper, better and with free delivery. Also charging for parking in a town 40 mins away from Paris!?!

Newly refurbished rooms (room number 303), everything brand new. Bed really comfy. Machines in reception for cold drinks and snacks. We didn't go for breakfast / dinner so can't comment on that. Lovely clean hotel everywhere. RER to disneyland about 15 minute walk away, 2 stops to Disney. Buy RER card 2euro, then each trip/person 2.50euro from Disney parcs to centre of Paris. Receptionists on arrival was really helpful in everyway, other receptionist were not as enthusiastic. 5 minutes to McDonalds 24hr, 7 days a week lol

Electric entrance gates caused abit of trouble, when pushing intercom button to get in, wasn't always opened straight away, hanging around outside to get in? Even though we didn't have a car to park at hotel, we weren't given the gate code to get out when in taxis, which caused problems / delays. Toilet didn't flush very well. No air conditioning until mid-June, even though rooms were hot (e.g. 24.6 on thermastate), couldn't have window open as there was a roof hangover outside our window which could give access if tried. All in all still loved the hotel, distance from Disney parcs. Would defo stay here again.

Great location if you are visiting the parks! Staff was really friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and the breakfast option that they offer was also great! Would definitely stay there again!

Even though the bathtub is a plus and we really like it as an option, it was kinda scary stepping in it to shower or take a bath knowing that it is real slippery. The beds are comfy which is also a plus,but the pillows can definitely be better. Still these two things didn’t mess my stay there.

For a budget hotel just outside Disneyland, it was absolutely fantastic! Some reviews don’t do justice but this hotel suited us down to the ground! 2 stops from Disney, really easy to get to from RER station. Staff were fantastic, no language barrier. Really good to have a later checkout time of 12 noon meaning you don’t have to rush out. Room was small but did the job for what we needed. If you’re doing Disney on a budget then this hotel is perfect! Would definitely return again.

Rooms to be a tad cooler but that could have been down to us not knowing how to use the air conditioning 🤦‍♀️

Nice clean modern simple but functional room. Convenient restaurant and bar. A walk, but near to mainline railway station for Paris and 2 stops from disneyland.

Shower room was a wet room, so water gets everywhere. Shower dispenser was empty on arrival. Hair dryer was in the shower wet room, so possibly dangerous.

The hotel is clean, and the location to train station is about 7 min walk. Disneyland is only 2 stops away 5 euro one way ticket. Ubar is around 20 Euros based on 4 people. I would recommend to download and ubar and Bolt app and compare prices. Whilst you checking prices do change. Breakfast you pay through the hotel buffet style. Dinner you pay the restaurant, which is also buffet style. The restaurant is literally open plan linked with a small seating area and a bar. The downstairs area is quite small The hotel will give you 1 voucher per night of your stay for a choice of drink non alcohol and alcohol to choose from in exchange they don't clean your room during your stay. Staff are friendly and quite accommodating

The only annoying bit was that one night, we arrived back around 12 am and the security doors/ gates were locked. The pin to open the gate wouldn't work. Rang the hotel, and they took 15 mins to answer. Bit annoying when you're waiting with children in the cold.

Got a family room with a double and a junior bed. Really spacious inside. Very near Disneyland Paris. Beds were very comfortable. Clean and quiet at night.

The pressure in the shower is a bit low. Not much water coming out of the shower head unfortunately. The code for the gate did not work and you cannot go inside to check-in initially unless another car is coming out. There was a queue of cars waiting to get in when we first arrived.

Location was good for us, the rooms were comfy and it was great to have a restaurant on site. We were a large family party in four rooms, and it was really nice, except that some said they found it too warm in the rooms.

The arrangements for dinner were complicated. After we had served our children with their starters we found out that wasn't included in the children's menu, so it got a bit complicated. It would also have been nice to book our breakfast in advance. Some had breakfast included and others of us didn't somehow - I think we used different booking platforms.

The staff was incredible. There were gentle, accomodating and efficient. Never have I ever felt better attended to! The facility itsself was also reasonably near to the train station and the city center.

While the common areas, bathroom, surfaces and bedsheets were impeccable, the room's floor looked and felt unclean. We also found a hole in the room's wall.

Staff were super helpful, I stayed alone with my little boy and they couldn't have been more attentive and helpful whenever I needed anything, made me feel very welcome! The room was very clean and had everything I needed, bed very big and comfy :-) Would highly recommend!! We went to Disneyland when we stayed and it's very nearby :) amazing value for money!
