Hotel staff is friendly, rooms are clean and had enough space for our family of four and luggage. Great location if you are using the hotel as a starting point for exploring Paris by metro, and arriving by train to Gare de Lyon. There were no waits at breakfast and service was quick and prompt. Bar staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Surrounding neighborhood isn't the fanciest, but perfectly fine. Hotel is a bit of a hike to the center if you are going only on foot. Breakfast buffet is a bit underwhelming - pastries ok (and ran out quickly), fruit selection meh.

We went to Paris for a concert at the Accor Arena and are very happy that we chose to stay at this hotel. It was very convenient to be steps away from the venue and made the experience so much more enjoyable. We stayed in the family room which was very comfortable and clean. The double bed and the sofa bed were both very comfortable. We liked the breakfast, everything was fresh and I found the coffee (I had Americano) to be exceptionally good. The location is great, only steps away from the metro station which made it very easy to get to the main attractions. We were so happy with our stay and the location, that we would definitely book here again next time we travel to Paris.

Location is great and breakfast options for kids are nice.

With family of 5 we have to end up booking three rooms which was more costly. It would be better to have 3 person room and the hotel could have provided breakfast inclusion for this inconvenience. Also Dad got the handicapped room and the shower water was not draining out properly. The door is not completely closing and I have informed this to the staff. Please check this out and hope others donot have the issue. There were no bathroom mats and they look like small face towels.

The location of the hotel is ideal, just a few minutes walk from the metro station. A lot of nice restaurants and bistros nearby, right next to Bercy Arena. Good breakfast, variety of options, everything was fresh. Friendly staff. The room and the hotel generally were very clean, nice products to use in the bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap).

Really, we were very satisfied with our stay, but a few things could be better. The room was small (ok, they may had a bigger room, but in the pictures it seemed bigger). There was no fridge in the room (although they mentioned that there is no fridge). The pictures from the breakfast buffet showed waffles, but they were no waffles for breakfast.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room service was spotless. Came personally to check the blankets we additionally asked for. Breakfast was great. Good choices and good and spacious room

I didn't like the central heating in the bedroom. We had a family room with four people and couldn't turn off the heating. Lowest temperature was set to 18.5°C which was way too warm for me. We kept the window open all time and couldn't turn off the heating. Wasting energy sucks 😔

The train station lines were right outside the hotel, with lovely restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, and grocery minimarts. While food was available outside of the hotel easily, and the deliveroo and uber eats app made it quite easy to order food in at a good price, a complimentary breakfast would have been nice for the price we paid per night. The room was clean and comfortable and everyday they restocked the toiletries and coffee cart. If you are wondering why it's so quiet in Bercy, the Bercy Village is a unique and cute alley with happening restaurants and a few Luxury shops and cinema for families. I would stay here again.

It has two metro stations really close to the hotel , M6 and M14. It also has the main train station Gare de Lyon to a walking distance. Near there is a small grocery store and the Bus station. There is a laundry to 5 minutes metro distance, however it is not in really good condition and only accepts coins. Hotel has a good service and you can buy breakfast and dinner for 22 euros each. It’s located about 30 minutes in metro from main attractions.

The hotel was lovely and clean and reception was very welcoming, breakfast was good too

On the Sunday night my son who has an eating disorder we were trying to find food for him he hadn't eaten all day we had been in the local supermarket they were out of bread rolls one of the only things he will eat we asked at the bar if we could buy a bread roll and butter and explained our situation the girl at the bar went and asked in the kitchen and they said no this is really bad he is disabled and rolls are on the menu hot dog ect and I was happy to pay, such a shame as we thought the hotel was lovely but this would put me off staying again as that wasn't very accommodating,

Light drain smell The balcony is not comfortable to use: the floor is made of rather thin plastic panels with gaps between them. It's safe, but might be unsettling for anyone with a fear of heights.

The location was great! We went to see Sabrina Carpenter at the Accor Arena and we couldn't have been any closer! On top of this the Metro is right outside the hotel so no need to walk far and this took us directly to the eiffel tower in less than 20 minutes. Overall Amazing would definitely recommend!

Breakfast was only until 9.30 on weekdays which is a bit early. It was until 11.30 on the weekend which was a perfect time and suited us better
