Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and very kindly spoke English with us. They were also able to lend us some travel adaptors which we hadn't thought to buy as our stay was relatively short. Hotel is will situated near restaurants in Bercy Village (and metro station) and a quick walk (~10min) to Accor Arena. Breakfast was great also - a range of pastries, cold meats/cheese, cereal/yoghurt and sausages/eggs/beans.

Rooms were small but adequate. Beds were a little hard for my personal preference.

Nice location, friendly staff, very tasty breakfast in nice yard with flowers.Very clean room with great everyday cleaning, free coffee with milk and tea in the room.

They took extra price on the reception and told it is some extra tax (I do not remember the name, something like tourist or city tax or something like that). But in other countries if EU noone took any extra taxes and we paid exactly the same price as fixed in Booking.com Also the toilet and bath place were very uncomfortable. Our child could not pee in the toilet cause it was too high even for adults. And the bath place was without any doors so everything around was wet after bathing.

Location was great. The room was super clean and well arranged, nice and functional. The bed was very good and I slept perfectly well!! The bathroom was very nice, clean and good as well. Maybe something to let the towels dry could be nice but I used the chair instead. People at the réception were nice and polite. A very good stay and I will definitely come back if I am around again and will recommend this place :)

About the light, it was well in term of luminous. But the light above the beds was doing noises, like a continued noise and it was unpleasant to focus on my reading with this little continuous noise. Otherwise the light was strong enough to allow me to read. Also the way to go by ourself to let the luggage’s was so so. But I was more than happy to be able to let my luggages in a safe place, so it was fine.

The staff were very nice and friendly and the fact that they understood English was good. I enjoyed my stay there and it has a very lovey Chinese restaurant just across the road with very delicious meal./ I also like the lounge , as we could relax away from our bedroom and my son played the ping pong football at the reception. Also we had a kettle,tea,mugs, milk ,coffee in the room so it was very easy to take some hot tea in the morning.

I had read a lot of negative reviews about this place but they don't deserve them - it's in a great location across the road from Bercy village (great restaurants) and metro,, staff are lovely, very helpful and had a laugh with them playing fuzzball in lobby. Beds are smallish but perfectly adequate and comfortable, and the bar is nice and quiet, which is nice after a busy day. Big bonus : Josephine Baker pool is only a short walk away and is 3.50 to swim in an outdoor pool overlooking the Seine....can't get better than that...!

I did spot the 'resident' mouse on our first night but I'd say its common enough in bust cities. Window was damaged when we arrived nut quickly fixed. No real issues, maybe go a bit cheaper on breakfast...€20 per adult is a little steep..

Close to number 14 metro to centre of Paris. Almost next to pedestrian area of restaurants and cafes. Absolutely clean, I felt as if bed sheets were changed each day and we were there 4 nights.

We had a triple room, it did not have much space and AC did not work so it was quite warm. Luckily we were on top floor. 7th floor so we had window open all night. The room is really meant for sleeping in which suited us fine as we were out early till night each day.

The room was nice and clean. I tried the breakfast once, it was better than you get in the nearby restaurants, though they didn't have refills for cheese, at the time I came I couldn't find vegetables - don't know if they got - however, there was a frozen yogurt machine !!! The neighborhood is nice and quiet, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel and a metro station down the street. It is easy to come and go, grocery store at the corner and a great bakery nearby.

The room was a bit small, and so was the shower, the hot water wasn't stable. I lack a small fridge. I found it disturbing that they charged me for a full-price breakfast 10 minutes before they closed, and didn't warn me about it.

Amazing breakfast and a convenient location (nearby bus, metro, and many restaurants). Overall you get what you pay for.

Separate beds are not really separate (sigle beds right next to each other without a possibility to move them). Bathrooms could use some more maintenance and accessories. Rooms are quite small (however that was expected at this price range). These are all just details tho, overall we've been pretty much satisfied.

The staff speaks English and the hotel was easy to find from the flixbus station. There's a grocery store open late right down the street as well which was great. We had to unexpectedly stay for another night in Paris and chose to come back to this hotel since we knew it was safe and clean.

The shower is small and on a raised platform that was a bit difficult for me to navigate with my poor mobility. My mom also had a bit of difficulty and she's able bodied and small.

General cleanliness and efficient staff. Comfy beds, AC works amazingly. Good location close to Accor Arena. Very close to Bercy Village, amenities close by.

Bar slightly unequipped, without basic soft drinks. Shower small but manageable. Triple room on the small side, not enough furniture and wall plugs for 3 people. Only 1 or 2 wall plugs available, had to remove lamps etc to charge phones.
