Very comfortable rooms, kind staff, very fancy hotel

Unfortunately Metro was under construction so we felt a bit far off from Paris. The next station was abour 25 minutes walk… Not the hotels fault of course :)

* Great welcome when we first arrived - very friendly and quick * The pool was very relaxing and lovely to swim in but you were only allowed an hour * Very tasty food whether we had the room service or in the restaurant - however not much choice even though it was very good food * Great location - right next to Bercy village with lovely shops and places to eat as well as Bercy Park which is so tranquil and a lovely place to relax * Taxis found the area easily to be dropped off at or to be collected to explore city sights

* We booked the pool under a ‘quiet session’ through the QR code in the room but unfortunately there were some children in there for the first half of our hour so it wasn’t quiet * The sauna wasn’t working and the steam room smelt like sweaty men instead of a nice spa smell so it wasn’t very tempting to use * In the restaurant there was unfortunately a language barrier with the waiters - we ended up not getting what we wanted with meals because they didn’t understand our requests and it was easier to just say don’t worry to them than explain over and over * Sometimes the music in the reception / lobby area was far too loud even in the day - it was club type music so not very relaxing * The tv only had French channels and only had French as a secondary language choice for audio

I spent two nights at this hotel with my 5-year-old son and was thoroughly pleased with the experience. The staff were exceptionally courteous, understanding, and welcoming. The swimming pool is relatively spacious for a Parisian hotel, and the rooms are modern, well-maintained, and impeccably clean. Despite its proximity to a lively neighborhood, the hotel remains quiet and peaceful at night, which made for a very comfortable stay. The location is also a strong advantage—just a two-minute walk from Metro Cour Saint-Emilion and Bercy Village, with its park, numerous restaurants, bars, and family-friendly spaces. The hotel is well-connected, with central Paris easily accessible in approximately 15 minutes via metro.

Kid Bed could be a bit more comfortable.

Location was close to a lot of shops and restaurants. There was a village nearby for basic necessities. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bar area was comfortable and plenty of places to just sit and relax.

Sorry to say but we saw a mouse while eating at the restaurant. It ran all over the floor. We took videos and pictures of the mouse and were showing them to our waiter when he saw it run across the room. It was degusting and we asked to leave and get a full refund (we ate less than half our dinner). The waiter talked with the manager and only provided a refund for one of our drinks. This was completely unacceptable. We have no idea where that rodent had been, including our food. We were on vacation so decided not to make big deal about it just went for dinner and drinks at a nearby restaurant for the rest of the week. Again, the waiter saw it and we have video but will not upload it. I say this only if the hotel would like us to send it to them.

Very good size of the room , very comfortable, nice warm swimming pool. Great attention to detail from the staff, we had absolutely everything we needed in the room

The way of reserving slots to use their swimming pool doesn't work . We booked only adults time slot, but there were plenty of children around, because many guests don't follow their reserved times. When we complained about this at the reception, they said they cannot do anything about it, which was very strange. We used the pool only once because of that , but wanted to use more often . Also , I didn't like the smell in the rooms , and in the hotel overall, it would be nice to use some pleasant refreshing aromatiser in the hotel.

Location work great for my business purpose - close to Bercy Village for restaurant, bars and supermarket needs, Service is excellent at every stage (check-in, check-out, breakfast). Room service and general cleaniless are at high standard. AC is working as desired and silent, bed quality is very good, bathroom clean and fully set Cinema and the circus museum is a plus but no time during my business trip

Breakfast service is excellent, choice of food could be more diversified but products proposed are of good quality, would have loved to have access to sparkling water. overall pricing is at medium/high end of the category but worth it.

Far away from tourist attractions , the hallway when I get out from the elevator, the wall so dirty a lot of dust and webs seems like they didn't celan good, I was on the 10th floor. I was disappointed with the location where I chose Pulman Hotel. I think that just walk away to eifel Tower and tourist attractions without knowing I got the hotel on the other location. Be careful when you book check the location 😊 they have many location of Pulman Hotel

Clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, including the very friendly lady who checked us in, and the lady who cleaned our room. Good choice for breakfast, comfortable pool area. Good dining options in the restaurant. Although the location is our of the centre, metro line 14 is very efficient so you can easily get around the city. Also, the nearby restaurants and shops are good.

We were 4 people in one room but had only got towels and water for 2 - and similarly kept having to ask for more toilet paper, which then took quite some time to arrive. These are mere details, on the whole we were very content.

Calm place out of the chaos of Paris Centre, whe. You need to relax after a hot days of sightseeing. Close to Bercy Village with a lot of restaurants. Steps from the metro. Good vibe all day at the facility. Clean, spacious and comfortable

The stay was generally pleasant and the hotel comfortable, in addition to being very well located with the proximity of the Bercy village.

The staff was generally good and friendly, but on the last day, at breakfast, we found a different situation with a receptionist in the restaurant who was a little arrogant and unfriendly, claiming, with very little sympathy, that the breakfast table that we had all occupied the days since our arrival (we were a family group of 6 people and there were few large tables in the breakfast room) it was reserved, of which we had not been previously informed.
