Clean, stylish, good-sized room given that we were going to be out and about all the time. Staff were friendly; didn’t use any other facilities or meals there. Great location for using public transport!

Spacious room, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff! Moreover, it is just a few steps to the nearest RER station named Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand, which can bring you to all the tourist attractions in Paris city including Eiffel Tower and Louvre Museum. The train can also bring you directly to Versailles! There is a grocery store right opposite the hotel, where you can purchase fruits, snacks and drinks!

Very close to the metro station. Drinks and snacks available at the front desk area. Refrigerator in the room was nice. Beds were comfortable. Nice to have a small balcony.

Not a lot of restaurants nearby. Our room didn’t seem cleaned well; stickiness on floor in sitting area and makeup/soap scum in the bathroom. Super small bathroom.

Good neighborhood. They offer free drinking water (still and sparkling), coffee, and small candies. They have a microwave oven that is good for heating food. There are nearby conveniences like a convenience store, laundry shop, restaurants, grocery store.

It is quite far out from the city center. I had a small package that I want a friend to pick up from the hotel for the next day. Hotel policy doesn’t allow the front desk to keep packages overnight. This really disappointed me.

The location is excellent, minutes walk from metro and bus stations. Many ways to reach city center in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet, supermarkets and small shops are at walking distance, several cafes and restaurants nearby as well. There is a mini market just across the hotel that works until 2 am. The staff was very friendly and helpful, 24 H desk, the room was very clean and had comfortable beds. The heating was good. There is also a safe in the room. Breakfast was decent (you have everything you need). There is a coffee machine at the reception you can use for free. Altogether, it is a good value for money.

Our room was for 4 people (grownups) and there was not a suitable closet so we can unpack our things. In addition, the bathroom is not adequate. It is super tiny and sliding doors on the toilet do not close well and there is no privacy whatsoever. Hair dryer is very bad. It is very weak and blows almost cold air. It took me two hours to dry my hair which is little below shoulders.

Nice hotel in a great location. Metro/train/bus station very close. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and maintained during our stay. Have coffee and tea available at the reception during the afternoon and evening along with some sweets and cookies.

In general everything was fine. I must emphasize that the hotel does not have adequate heating when the temperatures outside are low, as they were during our stay. And if you want breakfast, have the staff sign you in right away because they usually don't have room.

The location is excellent. We really appreciated the free water and coffee in the lobby.

The listing indicated that the property has air conditioning, but it was not turned on during our stay at the end of May-June 2. We were told they don’t turn it on until June 2. (That is the day we checked out, and it did not turn on that morning.). It was quite hot in Paris a couple of the days we were there. I would stay in this hotel again if it were cooler OR if the air conditioning was working but felt a little misled that I specifically limited my hotel search to properties with air conditioning and for all intents and purposes this one did NOT have air conditioning during our stay. This should be clarified in big bold letters in the property description.

the service was very seamless. Staff was very kind and polite. Every request we made was immediately adhered to. I wish our room had a better video but the location of the place more than made up for it :) I highly recommend this hotel to everyone as this is one of the few hotels where the room size is also adequate :) having a coat hanger/cupboard was a very big plus considering we travelled in the winter season. The location is FAABBBB- great restaurants nearby and grocery stores right infront of the hotel. Metro/ RER is 100 meters walking distance :) Bus stops are also nearby - walking distance. You also have decathlon and H&M nearby for any immediate shopping <3 this hotel is an all rounder.

i wish our room had a better view but cant really complain about anything else :)

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Hôtel Sanso by HappyCulture for two nights. The rooms were spotless, and the daily cleaning service was much appreciated. They provided us with fresh towels, body wash, and even offered unlimited coffee, water, and cookies between 3–7 pm, which was a lovely touch! Also, the property was within 5 minutes walk from public transportation which makes it great for travel. The staff were friendly, spoke English, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Free Wi-Fi was available and worked well. Overall, a great value for money — clean, cozy, and well-managed. Would definitely recommend!

the beds and pillows were so comfortable! seriously! very clean, good shower, everything you need and quite spacious too. lovely staff, great location although the metro line was down while we were there, the C train was fine.
