Clean, comfortable with all mod cons (loved the coffee machine in the room!). Superb service with very friendly staff, efficient & professional. Great location!

The rooms are a bit small

Great staff.. Very friendly, nice, helpful and accommodating. The bed was very comfy! Water pressure was great. Big TV with nice speakers. It was nice having a porch in the room. The location is good very close to the 8 train and minutes walk to the 6. It's not in "the center" but very easy to move around.

The music in the lobby was loud and annoying. And while waiting for like 15 minutes for the check in (there was an annoying couple before me that had many questions) I had to listen to this very stressful music. Also the AC in the room was quite noisy and had to turn it off in order to sleep. Another thing is the lighting in the room - was a little "neony" - i wish there were more lighting options.

The staff were very friendly, accommodating and kept my luggage safe when I checked out for a couple of days which made my stay great. The place was relatively clean and conveniently close to the metro, bus stops, shops and restaurants. Internet was fast, breakfast on most days was lovely. The bed was comfortable and loved the vanity kit and water provided. I liked the coffee and tea station in the room but they should provide spoons rather than wooden sticks. Although I did not use the gym, it is cute, clean and small and the conference centre looks great. This is stated as a 4 star hotel however it felt more like a better 3 star. I believe it used to be a 4 star that declined a bit but has potential to be that again.

The cleaning can be done much better as I found hair strands in my bed and tables. I found small stains on the bedding so washing should be done thoroughly (with bleach). The sinks need to be deep cleaned (possibly with bleach as they’re stained). The rooms need a revamp as the paint is wearing off, cupboards are chipped, curtains are worn and usb ports aren’t working.

The breakfast was very good! The room clean and tidy! We were welcomed nicely and felt welcome. They did make sure we had rooms together and that we had showers.

Unfortunately we had informed the hotel we were disabled, but the rooms allocated just were not suitable. There were no safety rails in the bathroom. And the room was just too small to get in and out safely with our dissability scooters! They led us to believe the room were disabled friendly when I phoned them and they were not. It made our stay very difficult and we were dissapointed!

Location, right by a metro station and lots of local shops, bars, and eateries. Room and hotel in general was very clean. The superior room had both bath and shower, with separate toilet. Friendly staff, all spoke very good English, very helpful and polite. The area felt safe and relaxed. Would highly recommend and we will return when we are next in Paris.

Not necessarily an Unlike, but the room was a little cramped, in fairness this did not take away anything from actual stay, just possibly adding too much to the room.

This is a last minute booking that was within our budget range bc we ended up arriving in Paris 2 days earlier than we originally planned. We didn't have high expectations but we had a very great stay! All of the staff are AMAZING! They are very polite and friendly. The room wasn't as small as I thought it would be. The space was utilized well. Beds and pillows were very comfy! Dugommier (Line 6) station is literally by the hotel which was very convenient. There is also a bus stop across the street. It is right next to the pharmacy and surrounded by restaurants and cafes.

The AC is centralized and cannot be adjusted to personal preference. Even though it is still chilly in Paris, the room gets very hot and muggy whenever the window is closed. I get hot very easily and I am the type of person who would still use the airconditioner even if it is winter, so it was a bummer that the AC could not be adjusted.

Room was great, everything was really comfortable and had everything that i needed. Also the included breakfast was delicious, with a lot of options to eat from. Location was also good, from landing in Paris, being able to take the train+metro and instantly end up right in front of the hotel was extremely handy for someone that hadn't been in Paris before.

There really isn't something that i didn't like/enjoy. Everything atleast meeted my expectations and in some cases exceeded it even.

The hotel is perfect in all the ways, cleanliness, facilities, transport, friendliness of the staff, all excellent. I highly recommend the hotel to all my friends. I was very happy during my stay and the service was wonderful... I truly enjoyed my stay and I had a peaceful stay there. Thank you to all the wonderful and pleasant staff of Hotel Le 209 Bercy.... Nothing at all... Everything was perfect!

Our stay was lovely! Really close like steps away from the metro and bus stop. There are also a Monoprix and a Carrefour really near the Hotel. Rooms were really clean and a good size for a couple. Breakfast had ham, cheese, bread, croissants, juice, coffee, yogurt, fruits, eggs, sausage and everything was really tasty. Staff was really kind and helpful. They were happy to give us tips on where to go and even gave us a wine opener and some glasses as we bought some wine. Amazing stay, would 100% come back

I liked everything

Perfect Location! Metro Line 6 was outside the Hotel. Customer Service was perfect too! Everyday they were cleaning our room and renew our water bottles, coffee and milk without any extra charge! Recommend this hotel for sure!
