Excellent choice! The room is comfortable, very clean, and well-organized. The kitchen is equipped and functional — perfect for anyone who wants to cook their own meals. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The location is great: the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transportation — bus, metro, and train. There are supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants nearby, making the stay even more convenient. I was very satisfied and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Staff were all very nice and helpfull. Lovely room , very clean , newly decorated. Good size. Good location for Malakoff centre and market. Near to metro . Nice location with lovely restaurants nearby.

Our appartment was right above the garage entry. We were wakened 5.30am by cars leaving , the noise of garage door opening and cars driving over the ramp.im sure this wouldn't be an issue in other apartments , again on occasion cars returning late at night. Shower didnt seem to drain quickly so whole floor in toilet wet all day.

We had 3 rooms for 6 adults. All the rooms were very similar - very clean and well furnished. There was a small Kitchenette with microwave and fridge/freezer which was ideal for our purposes. The staff wee exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is a very good local shopping area within 200 metres with a good supermarket, fruit and vegetable shop and 2 excellent boulangeries! Transport links by bus and metro were excellent.

The rooms are quite small - but they do have everything that is needed. Temperatures peaked at 38 degrees! There is no air conditioning but there was a very large and effective electric fan. There was a large room that was used for breakfast (which we did not try). It would have been helpful if that room was available as a seating area for the rest of the day.

the room was small but clean. the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was quite well equipped. we lived in building 2. our windows overlooked the courtyard and it was quite quiet. location 10 minutes walk from the metro

in the correspondence I was told that each room has a terrace, but our rooms did not have any terrace. Tomorrow cost 10 euros, everything was delicious, but the choice was rather poor the hair dryer didn't work, there was no iron in the room, but apparently you can ask at the reception.

The hotel is 10-15mins walk from Metro 4 and Metro 13. There’s a nice little market square nearby, closer to Malakoff - Plateau de Vanves (metro 13), along with a few restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly when interacting with them and the room was as seen in the photos.

There wasn’t anywhere to sit other than in the room. Our room, 103, was above the cigarette box/ashtray on the ground floor wall, so all the smoke went straight up and into our window, luckily we had a fan and could blow it out. No real ventilation in the bathroom either but generally all good.

A spacious room with a great view of the nearby buildings. The room had a fan, which was a relief from the August heat. There is a large, comfortable bed, a TV, and a cooking area. Complimentary drinking water and snacks are provided (which is not common in every hotel). There is a separate, spacious shower room with all necessary amenities. The area is quiet, but it is far from metro stations (you need to either walk or use another form of transportation). You can pay for an all-inclusive breakfast, allowing you to try a variety of foods and drinks. Séjours & Affaires Paris-Malakoff is one of the best 3-star hotels in France.

The staff was great, the only issue was that it was not 24/7 and one day we needed toilet paper and the lobby was closed and opened until 8:30am, and when finally it was open, they were out of stock and we have to go and buy to the nearest store

The hotel is great, you get what you pay. It seems a little old but I think that overall was fine. The nearest metro/train station is a little far away and you have to plan very well your journey

We loved the little kitchenette in our room and the cleanliness in general. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet and peaceful, we barely heard any noise from the hotel or from outside. The continental breakfast was also lovely and the breakfast room was beautifully decorated, it was such a lovely way to start the day. We were really happy with the access to the city too, in less than 30 mins on public transport, you're in the heart of Paris. Lastly, we told them at booking that it was our anniversary and they left us a little box of chocolates which we really appreciated and thought was a lovely touch! Thank you!!

The shower room as a whole was very tiny, but specifically the space around the toilet seat was very cramped, I'm 5'2 and had to angle myself slightly to sit comfortably but my husband who is 5'10 and built like a tank found it very awkward.

The studio apartment was very nice and cozy and clean. The balcony was amazing as well. There was elevator, s a room on the fourth floor was a cake walk. The kitchenette was small but had some great amenities, we used it to our satisfaction. The bathroom was also a bit small but was very clean and comfortable. The entire apartment was lovely, had a good backyard garden.

There was no one at night in the hotel reception to greet/check-in guests. We arrived a lot late in the night due to some emergencies but had faced a lot of trouble checking-in. Thankfully, there was a phone number and my mobile had just enough battery left to complete a conversation. The man on the other side helped us a lot to get us checked-in, even with his troubled English. At first he told me we didn't have any reservation, which was a shock and we had panic moments there. Anyways, at the end, all were sorted out, and we could check-in finally.

The room was excellent, spotlessly clean and with everything you could want for a short stay. The coffee maker was particularly welcome! The beds were very comfortable and the venue was generally quiet, making for a good nights sleep. Although quite far out, 25-30 mins on the metro, the station is only a 7-8 minute walk and we only really needed to make a journey in in the morning and home again at the end of the day, so for the quality of the place and the price (in the middle of the Rugby World Cup) we were very happy to live with that minor inconvenience. And the metro line (13) from Malakoff Plateau de Vanves runs through Montparnasse, which is a major metro hub allowing you to easily get to wherever you want to go around the city.

The metro ride in and out of the city feels long when you just want to be walking down the Champs Elysee, or sitting in the Luxembourg gardens soaking up the atmosphere. But its not really anything serious to complain about, unless you've money to burn on a very central hotel.
