The room was excellent value for money. The optional breakfast was great when we didn't have time to get food before our plans for the day. There are some lovely crepe and bakery shops within walking distance in Malakoff, and the area was pleasant to return to after a day of sightseeing. Staff were very kind. We had no issues with using the wifi from our 1st floor room.

Breakfast option may be a bit small for some. You had to hand in your key everytime you left. This ended up not being a problem as there was always someone downstairs regardless of the time and it meant you never lost the key but it surprised us that this was the case.

Location is great, not far from city center and easily accessible by public transport. Room was a little small but for one person it was not difficult to manage if you don't have too much luggage. Cleanliness was good and staff was polite. Wi-fi worked well. Area was peaceful.

There is no AC or Fan, luckily it wasn't very hot when I was there, otherwise during summers it could be uncomfortable unless there is breeze when you open the window.

The hotel is located in a quiet area. Nearby grocery stores and bakeries, and once we managed to get to the morning market. The room was cleaned every day and the staff was friendly. It is a 6-8 minute walk to the subway.

One day there was no hot water and I couldn't take a shower

Simple but nice, economical accommodation. Smooth check-in and check-out. Staff was very kind, and did their best to help me even though I don't speak any French. I felt welcomed! Within walking distance from Metro station, and a short ride to Gare Montparnasse.

Building is a bit outdated, but everything works just fine. Some noise from the road outside the window, which I had to keep open to cool down the room.

It is a lovely town and a unique property. We liked how it was close to the life of the town. It was of sufficient size for two people. It was also close enough to the public transportation. Thank you for your effort.

It had no air conditioning. I do not know if it was on the listing and I overlooked it or it was not. I wish that had been more prominent. Fortunately it was raining that night and they did give us a fan which helped. Also there was a lot of local partying nearby until 2 am.

Great place for the price. Just outside of Paris but very easy to get the train in to. Malakoff is a very beautiful area anyway and had very cute restaurants. Supermarket was directly opposite the accommodation and the staff were super friendly. Had to hand your key in each time you left but wasn’t an issue as someone is at the front desk at all hours. Great room, excellent shower! Lovely views.

The hotel is located very close (7 min) to the metro station, which makes it super easy to get back to late at night after wandering around Paris. The staff has been very helpful and always present at the reception, at any time. They do speak English fluently. The room was comfortable, spacious, and very warm. I was happy to find out the towels, toiletries and cleaning were daily provided free of charge.

All good, just a bit of refurbishment on the ceiling could be useful.

It was clean, the bathroom was good, perfect stuff and they were cleaning rooms everyday. For that price perfect one.

It is a little far from center, but price is perfect for that

It was a lovely stay in beautiful area. Malakoff is really cosy, it was a interesting opposite from noisy Paris. Metro is located 7 minutes on foot from the residence and then you can travel anywhere. Also the train station is quite close and from there you can go to the Versailles in 20 minutes. Staff are very nice and helpful, the room was cleaned everyday. Our room was equipped with a kitchenette so we were eating breakfast there but you can also buy breakfast and they will prepare it for you.

Poor lighting, especially in the bathroom

Had amazing sleep due to the great bed and quiet and thoroughly enjoyed the shower water pressure.

While the room was equipped with a perfectly working heater, the bathroom in January was quite cold. Thankfully there were no more issues once taking a shower
