1/ Nice room with a small kitchen 2/ Air conditioner 3/ Very good noise cancellation between rooms

1/ Very bad quality of room cleaning (ex: lots of dust under the bed, white stains everywhere in the bathroom) 2/ As I stayed more than 8 nights, I supposed to have a room cleaning service. However, only bed sheets were changed, no other cleaning was done (I find it unacceptable).

A very warm friendly greating on our arrival. Informed that even if we did not take the breakfast option that there was free tea/coffee/milk and filtered water in the reception area for us. There was a great security system. 24 hour receptionst on duty. There was plenty of bakeries near by for pastry, a selecton supermarkets to stock up on food items. You could easily holiday on a budget and make basic food at the apartment as it had a hob, toaster, microwave, nespresso machine and dishwasher. There were also plenty of nice places to eat nearby and all very reasonable. We enjoyed ' Taste of tibet'' and the little bakery accross the road. Public transport is so easy to access from this location and it is cheap and reliable.

We had 2 apartments joined together and although both had gorgeous big clean baths, neither had functioning plugs. We would have loved a soak after long days of touring bit the showers at least were powerful. As a woman traveling in a foreign country, I prefer when doors have spy holes so if someone is outside my door I can check who it is before opening.

The hotel is in a mainly residential area so there were bakeries, supermarket, pharmacy all on the doorstep. The free water refill area in reception was ideal to keep our bottles topped up. It is a bit out of the centre but I knew that before I booked and the transport links (bus and tram) were easily accessible.

It possibly was a bit too far out of the city but I did know that before I booked. Getting in and out of the shower (over the bath) was really high - we managed but if you had mobility issues that might be an issue for some.

I had no breakfast at the property, I cooked myself. My room (415) was quiet and with a single large bed. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is clean and with shower. The TV set is a Samsung and works very well, the same as the wireless internet.Room cleaning was done automatically every 7 days. Tamina was very kind and very helpful with information on transportation, clothes washing and internet connection, while Eric was great with calling the best taxi (large luxurious black Mercedes) and best driver who brought me to CDG in only about 30 minutes, in luxurious conditions. So I had a great 2-week stay in Paris for cultural tourism.

The dryer was not performing at the smaller Adagio hotel and I had to use both washing machine and dryer at the bigger Adagio (across the street) which worked very well.

Good size room. Very clean. Free hot drinks at all times.

I booked a twin room but was given a room with double bed. If you can't guarantee a twin room, then please don't allow the reservation. It's uncomfortable having to share a bed when you normally wouldn't

hotel was spacious and clean, plenty of room for a couple staying together with a queen size bed and full shower and private toilet. everything was clean and fully stocked. kitchen came with plates glasses and dinnerware as well as utensils. very impressive.

hotel was located a little distant from the city and all the sightseeing opportunities so that’s a little bit of an inconvenience but close to a metro stop so accessibility works!

Location was a bit far but with plenty of buses and metro station around the area. Area is safe and there is bakery and supermarket very close by. Free coffee and tea for all the guest. Water station with cold clean water

Laundry was not working but we could use the one on the opposite hotel. Also AC was controlled by the property and could not be adjusted

All the facilities mentioned were present. The breakfast spread was nice and tasty. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Luckily we got a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower! That was an unexpected surprise.

There were only two sets of towels for 3 days. Change of towels costs €10. There should be at least 1 set per day of stay. The temperature of the room was fixed at 21°C on first two days and 23°C on the third day. While we understand the eco-friendly part, the room would get too hot in the morning. The water flow in the shower was also too low. We understand wanting to save water but you end up spending more time in the shower due to the low flow.

Perfect for us teaching line 4 metro and our friends via T6

No room service is fine but needs daily check of supplies of tissues and toilet paper and more than four coffee watchers for a four day stay and so was a bit lacking in the finishing touches

10 mns walking from metro station mairie de Montrouge, metro line 4 direct to montparnasse station, safe in the streets even late at night, Very nice people at the reception, clean rooms, quiet, well equipped for the studio. Supermarket 5 mns walking

Price of the breakfast 19 euros which seems too expensive to me
