Great quality for the price. Rooms are not big, but therefore you pay only little money. Clean room, very good beds, airco and a powerfull shower. But hotel is located next to railroad but the hotel rooms have TWO double windows which kills most of the noice when a train passes by. And from 22PM almost no train/metro comes by. But on the other hand, the hotel is closby the ring road so within a minute you are on the highway (which you DONT hear) and the Eiffeltower is within 10 min drive.

Excellent value. It's out of touristy central Paris but easy access to wherever you go via Metro as station is only 5 minute walk. Hotel is in a more residential area & there are 2 excellent places for dinner a few minutes walk from the hotel. There's a covered market area nearby & interesting local shops.

It would be nice to be able to get a proper cup of coffee in the morning (vs. vending machine) without having to buy breakfast. Other than that, I have no complaints.

I like the staff and the friendly and helping nature, and the close location to metro. I particularly like the indian restaurant near by "La Haveli".

There were some weird machines in the hallway and they were continually running and there was a smell of a lot of machines running in a closed space. Don't take breakfast, trust me it's not worth it.

Only a 3-minute walk from the metro station.

The noise from the nearby train tracks was somewhat disruptive. I didn’t realize the twin room came with small single beds, which were quite uncomfortable. Thankfully, I upgraded to a larger room on the second night, and it was much better—though I did have to pay extra for the upgrade.

Breakfast a little pricey with it being an additional €10 per person each morning on top of the cost of the room, so we didn't use this facility had it been cheaper or included with the stay we would have used it, tea and coffee might not be a thing in the rooms in other countries, but would have also been welcomed since there was no kettle in the room. There is a whole restaurant in the lobby which is really beautifully decorated but they only serve basic pizzas starting at €10 each, maybe this is off peak season reasoning? But maybe a few extras like an option for fries maybe? Unsure on the rest of the year for here but I have a feeling at peak times in the summer, only serving pizza might turn people away to go elsewhere for dinner

The room was cleaned daily, the main bed was big and convenient. The metro was close nearby.

It was not unexpected, but it was very little space on the main floor, difficult for two persons to pass each other. The toilet clogged twice. The problem was resolved fast by the staff, but still it was unpleasant, we didn't throw anything unexpected there and were very careful after the first time :)

Not bad for Paris. The room is very small but it was cleaned every day. Check-in is only at 3 p.m., luggage storage costs 2 euros. In my opinion, the hotel could do this service for free. Breakfasts were monotonous every day, there were not enough vegetables. There was always warm water in the shower, and the room has an air conditioner. This hotel is more suitable for short stay, if you are going to be more than two nights it is better to rent the apartment. Despite the fact that the hotel is near by to the railway, it was not noisy, so I slept good.

Proximity to metro and ease of getting into paris tourist attractions. Shower is great and lighting in bathroom if your a girl!! bed is comfortable. two windows over each other so it’s quiet! room was made up every day by lovely cleaner lady. shop 5min walk away

all vending machines were broken. no where to get food in building. no hand towel in room (you get two bath towels). no bin in room. staff are nice but it’s not the type of place where they help you with all your tourist questions!! arrive knowing where your going and where the nearest metro is etc. Reception ordered us a taxi to airport from hotel and it cost €52. I checked FreeNow app and it would have been around €22 (approx) if we had ordered from that!! agh. Check in is 3pm

The no thrills accommodation basics work very well. For example comfortable bed, toilet flushing well, hot water and water pressure very good. Easy to operate shower. Super clean. Sound insulation. Safe area and close to metro. Simple and very good instructions. Helpfull staff. Breakfast reasonably priced good and all what you need food and variaty of drinks like coffee and juices.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Value for money in this case was really good - super close for the metro station with a line direct to the Paris center.

The rooms were small but I stayed in worst bedrooms.. so okay. The only problem was very hot inside the room, we slept with the window open most of the time because the air conditioner didn’t work properly
