Hotel is very good and clean, worth the money. It's not centrally located, but well connected by metro. So please consider 30-40 minutes to reach top tourist locations. Staff is also good and friendly. They also have luggage storage facilities for reasonable price.

WiFi is not so good, poor signal in room. It is also located near busy train line. So it can get loud if you like to keep windows open. Also, bathroom is a bit small.

The Breakfast was very great, the receptionists were good but and tried even when they were talking to us English speakers. They always provided information and sometimes offered help where we could not understand French. The Door lock code was good for me because it gave assurance that no person would enter the room if its not the hotel staff. The location of the property next to the tram station was an additional advantage.

The room was facing the Train side and the noise at night was bad. Even when I tried to change the room, the alternatives were smaller than my room. The rooms should be more sound proof. Also, the materials should be written in both French and English to give the English speakers to understand them without asking. The room shower always flooded and hotel failed to fix the problem. The shower door just lacked a rubber to prevent the water from flooding outside the shower cabin. A complimentary half litre of mineral water was would have been appreciated, just two Euros can make a difference. Did not understand whether dinner would be provided for people who would not get an opportunity to go out of the hotel

The rooms are exactly as pictured and described. Whilst small and compact it had everything we needed. The showers and sink area are both great even in the small space. The noise from the trains is minimal. Beds are comfy and clean. Also very close to the subway and not far from convenience stores, bakery and cafes. Parking was also reasonable and easy. Very reasonably priced and felt safe too.

Drinks vending machine wasn’t working. There was rubbish at the back of the hotel and so rats not far away but I expect this is usual for Paris.

Great quality for the price. Rooms are not big, but therefore you pay only little money. Clean room, very good beds, airco and a powerfull shower. But hotel is located next to railroad but the hotel rooms have TWO double windows which kills most of the noice when a train passes by. And from 22PM almost no train/metro comes by. But on the other hand, the hotel is closby the ring road so within a minute you are on the highway (which you DONT hear) and the Eiffeltower is within 10 min drive.

That is was close to a railroad. But due to double size windos the noise was acceptable.

Excellent value. It's out of touristy central Paris but easy access to wherever you go via Metro as station is only 5 minute walk. Hotel is in a more residential area & there are 2 excellent places for dinner a few minutes walk from the hotel. There's a covered market area nearby & interesting local shops.

It would be nice to be able to get a proper cup of coffee in the morning (vs. vending machine) without having to buy breakfast. Other than that, I have no complaints.

I like the staff and the friendly and helping nature, and the close location to metro. I particularly like the indian restaurant near by "La Haveli".

There were some weird machines in the hallway and they were continually running and there was a smell of a lot of machines running in a closed space. Don't take breakfast, trust me it's not worth it.

Only a 3-minute walk from the metro station.

The noise from the nearby train tracks was somewhat disruptive. I didn’t realize the twin room came with small single beds, which were quite uncomfortable. Thankfully, I upgraded to a larger room on the second night, and it was much better—though I did have to pay extra for the upgrade.

Decent clean twin room, fine (although basic) breakfast; the hotel located close to the metro stop from which the city centre is reachable within around 20 mins; friendly staff.

They charged us for baggage storage, even though we stayed there for a few days. The shower in the bathroom was leaking a bit.

The room was cleaned daily, the main bed was big and convenient. The metro was close nearby.

It was not unexpected, but it was very little space on the main floor, difficult for two persons to pass each other. The toilet clogged twice. The problem was resolved fast by the staff, but still it was unpleasant, we didn't throw anything unexpected there and were very careful after the first time :)

Breakfast a little pricey with it being an additional €10 per person each morning on top of the cost of the room, so we didn't use this facility had it been cheaper or included with the stay we would have used it, tea and coffee might not be a thing in the rooms in other countries, but would have also been welcomed since there was no kettle in the room. There is a whole restaurant in the lobby which is really beautifully decorated but they only serve basic pizzas starting at €10 each, maybe this is off peak season reasoning? But maybe a few extras like an option for fries maybe? Unsure on the rest of the year for here but I have a feeling at peak times in the summer, only serving pizza might turn people away to go elsewhere for dinner
