Hotel is comfortable, nicely decorated with clean and spacious rooms, parking is also available. Location is good to explore the city, not far away from main attractions. We had a good time there, it is good value for money.

Service in the restaurant could be better. It was slow, part of order forgotten. At the end we found other places to eat in the evening and to avoid this experience. Breakfast could be better, some food was not fresh and was serviced for several days until it was not eatable anymore.

Our room was on the 7th floor very spacious, clean and super quiet. Just what we needed after a few tiring days at Disneyland!

The slopes in car park are too steep and our car scraped. Also the curbs are too narrow. They could really do with improving it a bit to accommodate more modern vehicles and match the higher standard of the hotel!

The hotel was in a great location, staff were friendly. There was parking on site which was very useful for us. The room had a fabulous view of the Eiffel Tower. we were on honeymoon and the staff were able to upgrade us straight away. The hotel also has a restaurant on site as well as the other restaurants nearby.

The hotel was worth paying from delicious breakfast to the room. The kids loved the sofa bunkbed. Location was perfect quite, a supermarket near by and we felf safe.

Sometime the coffee maschine near the lift didnt work and if it worked they were either no refill of sugar and cups e.t.c Still the place was wonderful.

The staff was very polite, location was quite good.

Food in the restaurant was not very good and the selection was very limited and there was lots of noise from the Expo, impossible to have any rest in the afternoon

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially the lovely lady who checked us in, sorry I didn’t get her name. And the gentleman I spoke to on the phone after we checked out and realised we left stuff inside the room he was so helpful and kind, thank you so much!

Lift was not working on day of check out no notices to say not operating .

The rooms were beautifully decorated. For a hotel in Paris, I was quite satisfied—usually, you have to spend a lot to get something decent there

It was a bit of a distance from the Porte de Versailles metro station—you’ll need good legs to walk it! But if you enjoy walking, it’s perfectly manageable

10mins walk from Metro station in nice area, with supermarket and lots of bakeries and restaurants around. 30mins to most attractions in town. Very clean room with water(include sparkling water) dispenser on each floor. Staff are very nice and helpful. Very pleasant stay will definitely return.

Room a bit small for family of 4.

Big clean room with comfortable beds. Free water machine in the hotel. Huge screen TV - I never used it :). Good value breakfast Close to the metro - 10 mins by walking.

Parking place is a big minus : 1. 25 euro / day. 2. Very narrow to enter and exit. 3. Smelt like urine. Restaurant menu very limited.
