We loved the swimming pool and the steam bath. The rooms are also very clean. There is a coffee machine in the room which is a plus. They were cleaned every day with new supplies. We booked two rooms with our two boys staying next door The lady at the reception was lovely and helpful The location is great. The metro is just a 5 minutes walk away. Supermarkets and restaurants are just around the corner

The shower in room 137 overflooded when showering. Hence we had to always dry the very wet floor with the towels However our sons room's bathroom in room 135 was very okay

The property was good value for Paris and the room was good for a family (we didn’t spend a huge amount of time in the room because we wanted to explore Paris). Garden was nice (had to enter through bar area- we sat and had a relaxing drink. Pool was fine, could do with a bit of a upgrade but good for the kids and we went in it every day as it was hot weather outside and it was nice to get wet and cool off. Breakfast was good value and lots of options. We were close to metro and was 20 mins into Paris which was convenient but work is being done on that line this summer so would be best to check metro is still open and working. All in all, perfect for an easy family stay.

We had to move room initially because of an air con leak but the staff were lovely and sorted it straight away. Key cards were variable - sometimes didn’t work but again staff always sorted it.

Rooms were great we had 4 people the main bed is huge and there is a sofa bed. 2 showers and 1 toilet. The coffee machine was great and the robes make it feel like luxury. Staff are super helpful, and they have great taxi service on speed dial.

The food selection is limited in the evening and expensive but very tasty, the pool was great.. and the breakfast was quite awesome even for spmepnevwgp cany eat dairy and eggs. A bit out of the way for an immersion paris experience

Delicious breakfasts, friendly staff at the buffet. Swimming pool is nice bonus. Overall the staff is friendly, except for one receptionist - a woman with a short haircut and glasses. When we had a problem with the climate control in the room, she offered me and my small daughter extra blankets, while the second receptionist, a guy, offered to move to another room where there were no problems with the temperature. This solved our problem. Many things in the hotel look beautiful, but are absolutely convenient to use: glass partitions in the room; they clean clean, they don't fold pajamas (see photo), you can only smoke outside, there are no balconies anywhere; there is a coffee machine and coffee, but they don't put cream and only 2 cubes of sugar; coffee in the lobby is paid.

The hotel front desk staff was very nice and they upgraded my room to a suite. The food at the hotel restaurant was good and the hotel staff was very helpful. The rooms are larger than most in the city. I recommend this hotel.

I feel like you should not have to pay for coffee at the coffee machine station in the hotel lobby, it's complementary at most hotels. The coffee cups were small and made out of paper. Management needs to come up with a better marketing strategy. Also there was paper cups in the rooms and that seems very odd to me.

The rooms are comfortable and have all the little gadgets like desktop phone charging pads. You can connect your phone to cast movies from your apps like prime and Netflix which is ideal. Shower was amazing you just get blasted with water it was so refreshing. The overall feel of the place is very calming and you sense that from the minute you walk through the door. Loved the spa massage it’s literally the best massage I’ve ever had.

The breakfast was a little expensive for what you get. It’s still okay just not the sort of stuff I would normally like to eat in the morning. I wish they had porridge and blueberries etc.

Very nice hotel near the Expo Versailles, where I was on business. Metro station within 3 minutes walk. Shops and restaurants nearby. Very nice staff, everyone was smiling. If it weren't for the fact that we were just experiencing 40-degree heat - a room with a large terrace would have been absolutely great. Breakfast fine, above standard for Paris. Children really appreciated the hotel pool. Room was clean.

The pool requires a renovation. And maybe a little more maintenance.

Good location near metro and tram terminals. Very good breakfast. Staff was very kind all the time and helpful to get a taxi or car.

We were two and stayed for 5 nights. The room was small and there were no drawers or enough space enough to accommodate clothes or belongings. The breakfast room is around the swimming pool. It is not comfortable to use the pool and look like fish in a tank beeing looked at by everyone.

The room was very small, i expected a ‘suite’ to have more space. Air conditioning not very effective. Strange mirror on small dressing table area that was fixed to the shelf and pointed at the ceiling, you would have to be 6ft tall to use it. Pool was like a goldfish bowl in the breakfast room, this put us off using it.

We recently had an amazing stay at Oceania Paris. The staff were very professional, everything was clean and immaculate. I asked for the room to have balloons on arrival for my sister’s 30th birthday, and we turned up to balloons and a present on her pillow, which was a really special touch. Lovely atmosphere around the hotel!

Only downside was having to pay the full price of the hotel stay and a deposit (€100 each night) upon arrival, and then pay full price of hotel stay again at the end. We therefore paid €1100 upfront for a €450 stay and had to wait for a return. Unsure if this is usual procedure, but we weren’t aware and it really put us out of pocket, I even had to ask my sister to pay the €450 on check-out as we didn’t expect that cost. However, the staff were very quick to refund the amount and I received an email back that next working day.
