Loved the hotel it was so nice and in such a lovely location. Close to the tram, metro and many bus routes so all areas in Paris very accessible. Really clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.

We were not aware that we had to pay a €200 pre-authorisation fee on arrival. I did not have a credit card, so 6 to use my debit card, which means I have to wait yo receive my money back. It would be good if booking.com could make people aware of this when booking this hotel.

Perfect location next to the Expo. Excellent croissants and good breakfast buffet. Quality materials and nice design. Excellent service and very helpful staff. Hotel is new and very clean.

Room a bit small. Minor details that may be worth fixing : there are separate buttons for each lift while they are next to each other, door to breakfast room can be opened only by room key on a side wall so we didn't know how to get in and had to bang on the door (other guests as well btw, so we actually opened the door for them), restaurant service is limited and dishes (while good) are quite bit different vs what is written in the menu.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was fantastic — with the subway, buses, and trams right outside the hotel, getting around Paris couldn’t have been easier. There were also plenty of independent restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which gave me lots of great dining and shopping options. I loved that I could explore different areas of the city on foot as well. The spa and swimming pool were also a highlight — both were well-maintained, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The only downside to my stay was that the room didn’t have a mini fridge, which would have been useful for keeping drinks and snacks cool.

Where to start... IT IS BETTER THAN THE PICTURES!!!! this hotel is simply a (hidden) gem. The facilities are spotless, new, modern, not necessarily big but perfectly optimized. It looks like your perfect boutique hotel with a beautifully decorated bar and terrace on the ground floor, a flowery and spacious breakfast room, a modern and well equipped room. I even got a glimpse of Tour Eiffel from my window!!!!!! The amenities are high quality, the swimming pool area in the basement is an oasis of calmness, and the sleeping experience was also surprisingly quiet (considering it's Paris we're talking about!). If you are wary about the neighbourhood don't be. While I can't judge the surroundings, the hotel stands opposite to Porte de Versailles convention center and there are several metro options available within walking distance. I will certainly get back to this hotel!

The curtains let light in (I was traveling end of June which is the period of time with the longest and strongest light hours. Not a show stopper but a good recommendation for the future. Staff is not inattentive but I missed a smile or a welcome message. Again, nothing major, the waiter at breakfast went pick up more croissants for me, so all in all it was a great experience!

Nice style, nice atmosphere - super friendly staff. Great Sauna/pool/jacuzzi at the end of hard days walking the old cobbled streets of Paris. Big plus Points .. Orly bus for a great price then a short hop onto the tram to get there and 3 min walking distance to the metro for the rest of the trip 45 -60 mins walk to the big sites if you don’t want to go underground Shops in the area … nice man at the supermarket advised me on wine and lent me his bottle opener for 2 mins as all good French wine had a cork. Some customers say it was cold in the rooms but the thermostat in the bathroom fixed everything Room was quite small and we would have liked a small fridge and more space to hang our coats but all in all a very nice recommendable place

1. Staff were great!! Thanks for taking care of everything in an efficient and helpful way, and talking to me as well, because I talked a lot. 2. The bed and pillow were comfortable - it is so rare!!!! The room was quiet, dark, and spotless clean. It had everything I needed, and the cups were pretty… 3. Spa every night was included in my room fee, which was so good if you have a chance to do the spa. 4. It is so close to 2 metro stations - one is 5 mins walk and the other one is 8 mins walk - I took the tram for one stop if I need to take that metro line coz I’m lazy. The tram station is in front of the hotel. It is close to a bus station as well. 5. I’ll definitely stay here again if I visit Paris again.

Okay maybe there is one small issue - the water from the shower head was not powerful enough, but I don’t have a big problem with that.

Good location, feels safe, some nice restaurants close-by. Plenty of metro stops near-by. Friendly staff (barring one), bar staff were excellent. Rooms were clean & comfortable, bathrooms were nice - especially enjoyed the shower. The spa was relaxing, I'd doubt the water is actually at 28deg it feels cooler but still pleasant nonetheless.

Welcome was a little cold. You will struggle for somewhere to lie down in the Spa if there's more than 2 couples in there using the beds.

The room was very stylish. I liked the materials that they used for the furnitures. Everything is in high quality. You can see that it’s a new hotel, everything is new.

The insulation of the windows are not so great. And because of that the room was a bit noisy.

The hotel was extremely clean as well as the rooms. We loved having a swimming pool. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing.

The breakfast choices were a little bit limited at least some of them. The pastries only 2 options it would have been nice to have more variety. The coffee was not as good and was very watery. The different types of cheese were great but the meat was all ham and only 2 options. Which was replenished quite slowly.
