Absolutely incredible stay! The location is perfect – close to metro and bus lines, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. Surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and three supermarket options, everything you need is just around the corner. The hotel is spotless, with daily room cleaning, and very comfortable. I had no issues with noise, and the breakfast was generous and complete. But the real highlight is the staff – kind, helpful, and incredibly efficient. Truly the best choice for a stay in Paris!

I loved everything

A lovely 5 day stay at the hotel - repeating the comments from other guests - fantastic staff at the hotel, everyone warm and welcoming as well as helpful. My room was comfortable with everything I needed incl a very comfortable bed, with good soundproofing and a window that opened to the courtyard for fresh air which was appreciated. Breakfast was tasty with multiple options and hours allowed for early or a later breakfast. A free cup of hot chocolate after a long day exploring Paris was also appreciated in the evenings! Easy to get to the hotel via public transport and the area has multiple options in terms of restaurants and shops for essentials. I travelled alone and never felt unsafe walking around the area. It took about 20min on the metro to get into the main area of Paris (along the Seine) on a well served line, so the hotel is a great option if you prefer to stay slightly outside of the busy areas. Really enjoyed my stay and a thank you to the wonderful team at the hotel for their friendliness and kindness.

-Beautiful design, with every detail matching the general concept. -Small, but cozy old parisian building, in the heart of 15th district. -Good connection to the main tourist attractions via metro or tram, good connection to CDG airport (tram + dedicated train) - around 45 mins -Many lunch/dinner options and boulangeries with variety of sandwiches/pastries etc. -Few supermarkts (Monoprix, Carrefour) nerby, opened also on Sundays -Breakfast food was fresh, tasty, and clearly prepared with care. Although the selection was relatively simple, everything that was offered was of high quality and very satisfying. -Our room was small, but cozy and fits fine for 2 people, tasty tea and coffee options in the room, magical lightning inside the shower :) -Staff (from front desk to breakfast stuff and housekeeping) was very polite and kind, making our stay even better :)

I visit a lot of Hotels both as guest but also as my customers. The staff in this hotel is exceptional. A great view for detail. Thing's like the whispering voice in the elevator and immediately acting when something is not going up to the standard of service of the hotel. This independent Hotel will get my business any time.

Very small detail, could not hang my very long coat in the room hd to put it in the bathroom.

1. It would be great to have a microwave in the kitchen if possible. 2. It would be good to review the mattresses because they seemed a little uncomfortable, or we were simply tired from the journey :)

We stayed in the hotel 4 days at the end of April 2024. The hotel far exceeded our expectations. We had been to Paris 2 years earlier and the hotel (not Moderniste) was said to be typical for Paris, relatively clean, without any major amenities. Hotel Moderniste was amazing, clean, fragrant, larger rooms, very nicely decorated, great bathroom. I was incredibly impressed by the information that coffee/tea is available 24 hours a day free of charge. It's a small thing, but it's nice - we know that most of the time the guests see Paris, but the thought that they could go down for a delicious coffee at any time was great. The breakfasts were delicious - the quality of the products was excellent. Rooms cleaned every day. The hotel staff was extremely friendly. The view from the window of the beautiful Paris tenement house is priceless. There's a bar on the corner, shops right next to it, very close to the metro/bus. Most attractions take about half an hour to get to by metro, but it's definitely worth it. I recommend the Moderniste hotel to everyone

Service was nice, we got service in english. Breakfast was good, and there were everything we expected as an option. Special mention to the great coffee machine. Dining area was nicely decorated, room was cozy with enough space (though we were staying in 3 bed room as a couple so that might help things) Place was very peaceful, we didn't really hear noise from other rooms.

One small minus is that the elevator was a bit slow, but doesn't really affect the experience negatively

This hotel was ideally located for us, we were 5 minute walk from the Hotel to the Metro. From the minute we actually booked this hotel , they accommodated our requests , one of our party is coeliac and they confirmed the breakfast would have gluten free options and we requested 2 rooms near each other and we got rooms beside each other. The rooms are small but to be honest did not bother us as we had seen previous reviews, the shower was fabulous, roomy and hot. The rooms were absolutely spotless. When we arrived reception staff were so helpful to us and guided us with the metro and places to eat near the hotel. We ate in 3 of the recommended restaurants in the newsletter they gave us and they were very good .. The breakfast buffet was excellent and plenty options and from hot to cold constantly refilled. It definitely set us up for the day sightseeing.. the breakfast room was spotless but can be busy if you wait till later to have your breakfast.

Location: Located in a peaceful community which gave me a good sleep People: All the hotel personnel are warm and very accommodating Room: Super spic and span white is the color of the sheets & towel which shows it is new and super clean Bed: Excellent! Drinking Water: Unlimited because the dinning room has stored refillable bottle container which makes them sustainable & environment friendly ATM: there were 2 nearby atm machines which is vividly indicated on the map that is given by the front-desk officer upon check-in

Breakfast: buffet breakfast had so much supply but the food were the same in my 5D/4N stay

The staff was exceptional, we’ve traveled allot and I would say this place has the best front desk staff that we’ve ever meant! Wonderful breakfast. Great location, extremely short walk to a variety of restaurants. Half a block to bus stop and about a seven minute walk to metro and tram. People say the rooms are small, and we did have a small room because that’s what we asked for, in reality we do not travel to sit in our room, I think they have bigger rooms upon request. We had a wonderful balcony to enjoy sitting outside. The bed/pillows were extremely comfortable and the room was extra clean. Safe location. I would give this a 100%.

We would have preferred a chair to sit on rather than a foot stool.
