I found that the reception staff along with the cleaners and the lady in the kitchen were super pleasant and friendly and more than willing to accommodate us. That as well as a fantastic location, beautiful gardens and overall ambience of the hotel made for a very pleasant stay. The breakfast is also fantastic in a city where such options are few and far between.

Unfortunately the lift was sometimes erratic which can be difficult for older members of the family when climbing the stairs. Another disappointment was the attitude of one young male member of staff who worked on Saturday mornings in the kitchen who had a notable attitude problem. Being told that I only have five minutes for food at 10.10am when the kitchen closes at 10.30am was unnecessary.

Stuff was friendly. Hairdryer was in the bath, they have AC, which was really helpfull Good towels and a bed Very close to metro station Cafe and shops right near the hotel Nice view from a hotel Good, dark curtains Room was not too small for Paris and the price is good

Unfortunately, they don't have a dry cleaner but there's one in this area in 10 mins by foot. The smell in the room was not really good in the first place when you enter the room, but with an opened window it disappears The hotel needs some renovation, but in general, everything was fine.

We stayed for 2 nights after a festival and I can say after staying in a tent for few nights, I really appreciated the bed and the pillows, which were very comfortable. I was pleased by the kettle in the room( and the teas) also happy about having an air conditioner in the room, not very common in Paris, but highly effective on summer or winter. So the strengths of this hotel are the location is placed in a very nice arondisment and waking distance from Sena like 30 mins and from Eiffel Tower like 45 mins of walking which is a mazing, you can even spot Eiffel Tower between buildings if you walk away from the hotel a bit, also very close to metro station. The second strength is definitely the little garden inside the hotel who has some chairs and tables, amazing just to hand around during summer I really loved it, is part of the charm. The staff was nice and also was the breakfast, not very big, but for the price you get more than enough and i liked the desserts.

- the hallway on the second building( inside the garden) where we had the room smelled like a closed space( it’s hard to explained but a little fresh air or room spray will do the trick); - the breakfast( i was not to excited about the scrambled eggs, but the rest of breakfast was great); - the bathroom in my room could have beet a bit more cleaner and could benefit from a refurbish; Those I can consider very small improvements to make so nothing big, the staying was great and I will keep this hotel in mind when visiting again.

The staff is friendly, trying to accommodate all requests. I stayed 2 nights first, then left for another cities, then again back for 3 nights. And the hotel administration allowed me to leave my big luggage at the hotel . In the hotel lobby, guests can take coffee, tea, some pastries. That's very nice . The location is good, safe neighborhood, The closest metro station is 2 min walk, different supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops around. It is even possible to walk to famous sights( 30-35 min walk to la Tour Eiffel, Montparnasse etc.)

Nothing to mention. Overall, everything was fine for me.

The staff were very welcoming and willing to comprehend my french speaking (which is very appreciated from me, a french learner). There is free tea and coffee available at the lobby. The room was very clean and relatively spacious. The surrounding area is very nice with plenty of essential stores (supermarket just across from the hotel). Metro access is very close. I was also allowed to check out slightly later than listed with no issues, which is always appreciated.

Only issue is that the walls aren't exactly sound proofed, as I could hear people speaking and using hairdryers, but luckily they were not rude and knew when to quieten down.

Slight hiccup when we arrived. The room given to us was inadequate and not what was advertised, expected. Once we spoke with the owner, he had no problem changing us to an adequate room, in which, we expected Most staff except one, were very helpful, courteous, polite, respectful and friendly Breakfast is very good to start your day. There is variety to suit everyone I would recommend and use this hotel again

The first room we were given, appeared to be the worse. It was small, smelt and the bath water didn’t work effectively. Once we showered, the water took way over one and half hours to drain out and the toilet drainage was not any better

Right next to Metro station "Convention", just 2 minutes walking distance. We could leave our luggage there for free. The room was small, but perfect for 2 people, clean bathroom and comfortable beds. I loved the big window with the huge double door. The staff was very friendly and gave us a chocolate each as a welcome gesture. There was an electric kettle with 2 mugs and 4 tea bags. Right next to the hotel is a huge market that sells everything, food, drinks, clothes, make-up. Very convenient location.

Everything was great!

It had a lovely garden at the back and it was nice to sit out there in the evening. They often had cakes and drinks on reception and always access to water. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was a good start to the day of visiting events at Paralympic Games. We really enjoyed our stay here

The lift was small so you could wait a few minutes to get it at busy times in the morning. However this issue would not prevent me staying here again.

The hotel staff was absolutely amazing! The reception team was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to check us in early when they learned about our early flight. They were always smiling, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The hotel's location was also extremely convenient, with the metro just a short walk away. Downstairs, there’s free coffee and both still and sparkling water available, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend this place!

Everything was good

Without booking, we took breakfast on only one morning and were easily accommodated, but there weren’t many eggs left. The staff is great. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I loved the cold water available at reception. It was easy to pop down and fill my water bottle, especially for taking medication in the morning.

I didn’t like the coffee from the machine at breakfast. In my opinion an old style filter coffee would be preferable. Even the sachets in the room were better.
