The location was very good, Montrouge is so quiet and beautiful, it seemed like a very safe neighbourhood. The apartment building and the apartment itself look very nice and everything was comfortable. We had everything we needed, it was clean and there was a lot of light coming through the window in the morning. The baggage storage was also very useful if you arrive early or if you leave late. The staff was nice, that was a very big plus.

The only problem we had during our stay was that at some point there was some bad smell coming from the kitchen sink. But the staff was incredible and they solved this problem as quickly as possible, they even offered to change appartments. At the end of our stay, even if they solved the problem, they bought us a gift to compensate, I really appreciated this gesture.

Edgars staff was amazing, sent all the information with plenty of time, regarding instructions. They even had a host to let us in and show us the property for the check in. The staff was extremely responsive to the questions. Very clear and helpful instructions and recommendations. The unit was brand new, there were welcoming chocolates and nice welcoming message. The property was close to metro and bus stations. Groceries stores, restaurants and cafes very near, within walking distance. Very safe neighborhood. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

Nothing really, everything was positive.

We stayed in a studio appartament. This is one of the best places we have stayed in while in France.... and we travel here a lot. It was super clean. The facilities were fantastic and cleanliness was 11 out of 10!! Nice touches on arrival... coffee, tea, sugar , little gifts. Easy access to flat. Bed was super comfortable. Good size shower and bathroom. Communication was superb. Responses were excellent and fast. Any question was answered. The location was brilliant. 10 minutes from metro which took you into all the attractions in Paris. There are some good local shops and bars etc 1 minute walk away. There are more shops near the nearest metro. We will definitely come back. This place is so popular that availability is difficult!!!!! Kitchen area was very useful. All necessary equipment available. Thank you so much for everything.

Apartment is located nearby central paris, with parking space, and honestly huge apartment even to accommodate our large group! We were greeted by Olivier’s wife, very warm and nice person both of them. Some apartments doesnt have airco, but since it was still chilly weather when we were there so very minimal issue when we open the windows. Elevator is available for higher floors, functioning kitchen with complete tools for cooking and serving. Nice bed and pillows, and nearby restaurants and boulangerie, all in all we had a really great time staying in the apartment.

Everything went super smooth before arrival: we received emails, Whatsapps with the entrance codes and how to reach out to someone in case of questions. The parking garage was also very easy to access with the codes. The family room was super cozy when we got there (even a bit too warm, but a window open and lowered thermostat solved it in no time) as well as clean and with a nice welcome gift. We had a tiny hiccup but the team was very expedite and kind to solving it. Great customer service!

Nothing much, maybe the location, but that comes without saying.

It's really a very nice place to stay. When we arrive, we were told that we were promoted from the 1BR apartment we booked to a much bigger 2BR apartment with the same price. At the beginning, they gave us a 2BR on the ground floor and close to the street. We don't like it and asked for change. The person there is very kind and finally they give us another 2BR at the first floor and we liked it. The apartment is really huge with 2 bathes and 2 toilettes, well equipped kitchen, very clean, comfort beds. Underground parking is included, which normally one needs to pay in Paris. Great location, very nice surroundings with good bakery, supermarket in short distance.

The kitchen has almost everything except for an oven.

Parking onsite was wonderful. Even for the size of your Jeep Grand Cherokee. As well as the secure Parking location. Being close to the Metro made navigation and exploring easy throughout Paris. Communication was consistent with the host and team. Facility was clean and had enough room for my family of five.

The only issue we ran into was the amount of hot water for taking showers. My family of five had to be conscious about that. It was not a problem. I just would have liked to have known that a head of time.

1. Very comfortable and clean. The whole place is new. All Beds and sofa beds were clean and soft, like new. Big clean and nice table for 6 people in front of the TV. 2. They have a separate lounge with a roof terrace where you can spend time while waiting for a check in or after the check out. This was very convenient. While waiting for a taxi to the airport we could have a coffee, drinks for kids and relax. 3. Metro in 10 mins walk. Supermarket, bakery and place to eat within 5 min walk. 4. The area seemed to be very safe and quiet. 5. We had 2 showers, one was used by kids and another one by adults. 6. Smart TV, kids really enjoyed watching netflix as they could not watch channels in French. 7. They had a very good tiny vacuum cleaner, so we could keep an apartment in clean condition. The flat also had tools for ironing. 8. Coffee and tea were included. All the utensils were clean and fresh.

We wish we had a balcony.

The appartment was really clean and very spacious. We had 3 showers! and 3 toilets in total of 4 Bathrooms… the kitchen was well equipped and new. All the beds (including the one from the sofa) were great. There is a bus stop directly in front of the buildings and for breakfast there is also stuff close by. Taxi from the city center is about 20euros. We really liked being there. The team around edgars suites is really nice, flexible and responsive.

Absolutely amazing, loved it with all my heart Super beautiful furniture, well equipped apartment. The kitchen has ALL you need (cooking oil, salt/pepper, washing machine capsules, coffee/tea..) Very safe neighborhood, calm, walkable distance to sightseeings (40+ min) I had the best sleep in years. Lots of pillows, very good blanket, dark curtains Small guide with recommendations around apartment is such a nice touch <3
