The suites were really well-designed for a short stay - we had everything we needed there. The staff were very helpful. We are delighted that they now have a gym there - we were just unlucky that it didnt open until after we left.

There is no reception area - so all communications with the staff are done via phone or messaging. When messaging the office, they do not give their name (msges are signed from "Edgar Suites"), so each time you speak to/msg somebody. you have no idea whether it is somebody you have dealt with before (ie: who knows the situation) or a new person.

The apartment was very clean and functional. Parking on the site was a blessing for us, as we had a car. There are many good restaurants in the area. The bedding was very comfortable, and the toiletries were more than enough. We didn't spend much time during the day; we only spent time at night. The staff was very attentive

Not having air conditioning is the only reason I might not provide a better review. The first night was nice because it was a cold day, but the rest of the week, the nights were very hot. The rooms have fans, but they move hot air, and the windows open only slightly.

The apartments are FANTASTIC! Really everything from location (very well communicated, calm and lovely neighborhood), through the comfort (great beds) until last small details (Rituals cosmetics in the bathroom, beautiful dishes) was perfect :) On top, great quality of service and staff taking care of you and being very attentive. We thought it’s not best choice when landing in BVA airport, but the cooperating transport company recommended by the staff smoothly delivered us back and forth - great quality and cost. We loved to be there and we can only recommend.

Unfortunately we’ve visited when the wave of heat hit Paris and lack of Air Conditioning was painful … (we got fans which helped, just to mention)

The location was very good, Montrouge is so quiet and beautiful, it seemed like a very safe neighbourhood. The apartment building and the apartment itself look very nice and everything was comfortable. We had everything we needed, it was clean and there was a lot of light coming through the window in the morning. The baggage storage was also very useful if you arrive early or if you leave late. The staff was nice, that was a very big plus.

The only problem we had during our stay was that at some point there was some bad smell coming from the kitchen sink. But the staff was incredible and they solved this problem as quickly as possible, they even offered to change appartments. At the end of our stay, even if they solved the problem, they bought us a gift to compensate, I really appreciated this gesture.

Clean and comfortable apartment with all facilities for cooking. On the main street with super markets, restaurants and bars around. Nice peaceful location with residences around. Though its a 10-15 minute drive from the center of the city, there is a bus line right in front that takes you to there.

The washing machine facility is common for the entire property and not within the apartment as it may seem from the property description. Although not a major concern, with 3 machines you may have to find your time when the property is full and they are not occupied by others. Can sometimes be a hassle if you are on tour and only for few hours at the apartment. The toilet can have better exhaust mechanism.

Edgars staff was amazing, sent all the information with plenty of time, regarding instructions. They even had a host to let us in and show us the property for the check in. The staff was extremely responsive to the questions. Very clear and helpful instructions and recommendations. The unit was brand new, there were welcoming chocolates and nice welcoming message. The property was close to metro and bus stations. Groceries stores, restaurants and cafes very near, within walking distance. Very safe neighborhood. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

We stayed in a studio appartament. This is one of the best places we have stayed in while in France.... and we travel here a lot. It was super clean. The facilities were fantastic and cleanliness was 11 out of 10!! Nice touches on arrival... coffee, tea, sugar , little gifts. Easy access to flat. Bed was super comfortable. Good size shower and bathroom. Communication was superb. Responses were excellent and fast. Any question was answered. The location was brilliant. 10 minutes from metro which took you into all the attractions in Paris. There are some good local shops and bars etc 1 minute walk away. There are more shops near the nearest metro. We will definitely come back. This place is so popular that availability is difficult!!!!! Kitchen area was very useful. All necessary equipment available. Thank you so much for everything.

Apartment is located nearby central paris, with parking space, and honestly huge apartment even to accommodate our large group! We were greeted by Olivier’s wife, very warm and nice person both of them. Some apartments doesnt have airco, but since it was still chilly weather when we were there so very minimal issue when we open the windows. Elevator is available for higher floors, functioning kitchen with complete tools for cooking and serving. Nice bed and pillows, and nearby restaurants and boulangerie, all in all we had a really great time staying in the apartment.

The apartment is located in a very quiet and modern neighborhood. We felt completely safe, which is very important in Paris. It is not the heart of the city, but the price of accommodation is also significantly lower. The metro station is about a 10-minute walk through beautiful neighborhoods, and the bus stop of line 68, which can take you to the Louvre, is right in front of the entrance. The apartment is well equipped, there are many restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, and shops in the area. All recommendations

Excellent location, safe & quiet neighbourhood, close to metro and buses, good restaurants within walking distance, shops nearby and the unit had almost everything we needed for our stay in the apartment. Great communication from staff. We had a unit facing the street, but the noise was not a problem at all when the windows were closed. It was a spacious apartment. Touristy attractions in Paris could be easily accessed by public transport from here as well as the main train station, Gare du Nord.
