We loved this IBIS. Its location is great, the staff is wonderful, breakfast is AMAZING and the overall atmosphere on the hotel is very nice. The rooms were comfortable (loved the tub) and we especially LOVED the fact that maid service continues to be done here. It was so nice to return to a clean room with freshly made bed and new towels each day! Special shout out to the staff working the breakfast room......they work so HARD and are AMAZING at keeping things stocked and fresh. Its a less than 5 minute walk to bus, tram and/or Metro, so the location is great

My only suggestion for improvement relates to noise. And its noise on two levels (only one of which the hotel could likely have an impact on): the location of the hotel is great because its located near transportation including a major highway. So you get cars, trucks, buses honking away. Not a problem if you don't open your window/sliding door but we needed to do that for fresh air. But its very tolerable. The second issue, however, is that many business guests would gather in the very pretty and convenient courtyard. This often occurred late at night and after midnight. They tended to be noisy as they were having a good time. I might recommend that the hotel staff maybe implement a "no noisy gatherings" in the courtyard after a certain time, say midnight or 11 pm.

Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request, making me feel truly welcome. The level of service exceeded my expectations, and the team’s professionalism and warm approach created a memorable experience. Additionally, the breakfast was outstanding.

The staff ( all of them at the reception daytime and night) are the heart of this hotel and the jewel of it. They store your food in the fridge and offer microwave 24hours. Location is great in Porte d'Orléans next to supermarkets etc. security is good as you can only access your floor if you have a card ( including the stairs)

Minimal room with very basic things not worth the money that is expensive compared to what is offered and compared to other hotels in the same zone!

Good value for money, very clean, offers decently priced parking (for Paris). Breakfast was good, room had AC and was quiet. Lovely small garden with small tables for the guests to use. Good wifi, nice and helpful staff.

The instructions for how to use the parking should have been sent in advance. The area is not very central, but the hotel is well connected and for our purposes it was ok.

Breakfast were very tasty, there were many option to prepare something to eat. Fresh orange juice was incredible. Coffee very good and few different tea. Baguettes delicious, many different breads and so. Sausages very good and different component to prepare very good oatmeal.

One towel was missed but reception was very helpful. Staff could improve its English skills. I know because of electricity, I would expect electric kettle in the room to prepare tea on the evening, but next to reception there was boiled water and different choices of tea.

Fantastic service during our Olympic 2024 stay. We arrived before normal check-in hours and they allowed us into a room early to freshen up and also help ourselves to the last 30mins of breakfast service! My partner is lactose intolerant and they went above and beyond to accommodate that with safe yoghurt, milk and bread options provided.

The location is good, approachable to all public transport options. More or less everything was ok to good. Breakfast should satisfy most people or even more.

I didn't like "seems like not vacuum cleaned for a long long period of time", the old dust in the wall head, back part of the bed. Not nice to see and sleep near to that. The price - ok, Paris is just expensive.

Really good place! The hotel managers were very welcome! Our room located in the new building was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast includes several types of hams and cheese, fresh orange juice (!!), fresh bread, croissants and another sweets. The hotel is located in 5-10 min on foot from metro and bus stations. We reached the city center in approx 40 min

I stayed here an extra night after the tour I was on ended. The breakfast was very good. The staff was great and very helpful. Close to public transportation.

It was located away from the main tourist area, the Metro station was close by but still a short walk. The carpet was stained and looked like it needed to be cleaned.
