The beds are comfortable, the sofa pulls out to make two regular beds, the heating intensity is easily adjusted via the valve on the radiators so that we were warm in the room, the towels are new and you can change them every day if you want, the breakfast is delicious, next to the hotel there is a shop, as well as cafes, restaurants, a pizzeria with delicious pizzas.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be better. We had the impression that the visible part is regularly cleaned, but not enough attention is paid to detailed cleaning. Towels and bed linen are very clean. But when you first enter the room you don't feel like you can "eat off the floor". On a scale of 1-5, it is a 4. It should be given a little more attention to make the impression better. For example, someone spilled coffee in the elevator and it was not immediately cleaned up. When we arrived, there were not enough towels in the room - as soon as we reported to the reception, we got them. On the booking, it says that they have slippers in the rooms - that is not true. The hotel management should strengthen supervision.

We really liked this hotel! The rooms are large (for Paris), and it was nice to have a mini fridge and sink in the room. The staff was wonderfully responsive to the tiny issues we encountered (only one set of towels in the room; a lightbulb was out in a lamp we needed to use; and the safe was locked shut when we arrived, meaning we couldn't have used it). Employees fixed all of the issues fast and it made our stay better. The front desk staff are excellent.

The dining room is understaffed. Breakfast is good, but the staff can't keep up with the demands of the breakfast rush. On one morning, the scrambled eggs were stone-cold; it was as if the warmer was off. The next day, the scrambled egg pan sat empty for 10-20 minutes before a new pan of eggs arrived. Similarly, the dining room ran out of clean silverware and a lot of people couldn't eat without it. I asked about the silverware and was told that the cutlery was still in the dishwasher. I think if another employee or two were added during the breakfast rush that all of the problems could be solved.

Stayed here because it was really close to the Paralympic venue we needed. Also wanted the convenience of a kitchenette. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance and the Franprix supermarket was so convenient right next door! Breakfast was beyond our expectations - something for everyone, good wholesome food. All staff from housekeeping to front desk were friendly and helpful. Front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful and were always so welcoming.

Architecturally, the WC was in too confined a space - literally like being in a closet!

Well located with lots of cafes around, bus number 58 is opposite the hotel and tram a short walk away. Breakfast included, and the usual spread, which was good. The hot chocolate in both machines did not work on 4 of our 5 day stay. The tables are not cleaned and cleared promptly during breakfast, and it tends to be quite busy so staff should be prompt about it. Some were super smiley and friendly, one was called Shahina, I think and the other was a lovely South East Asian gentleman. Their smiles and greetings made up for other deficiencies.

The bathrooms were not really cleaned everyday. The shower gel and body lotion was topped up after I aksed them to, this have been done before we checked in. The towels were unnecessarily changed however the wash basin was not cleaned nor the bathroom floor was mopped everyday.

we liked everything, the hotel offered us 2 rooms for free instead of 1 and it was very convenient. Studio rooms for 2 people are very comfortable, big and comfortable bed, very clean. We wanted to have a kitchen, so the rooms have a kitchen and all the kitchen utensils. microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. It is quite quiet at night, we were able to have a good rest. Breakfast was also good. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the metro. There are many cafes and shops near the hotel, you can cook food and prepare it in your room. I recommend this hotel.

If I were to return to Paris, I would be a repeat customer at this Marriott Bonvoy hotel. The staff are very helpful and would bend over backwards to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. I was taking a shower one day and noticed that the shower floor was very slippery. I just had a knee surgery and feared that I might slip. So I asked the front desk to give me a shower mat that would help me get my bearings. They immediately took action and told me the manager ordered one and will soon arrive. Lo and behold, the shower mat came in the next day and I was a happy camper. Kudos to the staff. And by the way, the breakfast menu items were very good. It has everything you need to keep you nourished the entire day. Having the ability to cook during your stay is a nice touch complete with very clean plates, wine glasses and utensils. If I could give a 10 star (5 is the max) rating I would give it in a heartbeat.

Nothing that displeased me and my family.

Quiet yet convenient location; easy access to several local restaurants, pharmacies. Plaisance or Alesia metro station is a good 12-15 mins walk away; there is a bus stop right opposite the Hotel which is far more convenient to use.

Location was perfect for our needs on this trip. Staff were very friendly and helpful the entire time. Bed and shower were top notch!

AC could have been a bit better but it did mange to keep the room cool enough just took several days to get it to what I consider a comfortable temp. Breakfast was good but we got tired of the same offerings everyday as it was a ten day stay.

I was searching for a hotel in the south of the city because we wanted to visit both the city and Versailles. At the time when we checked in, this hotel had just finished a major renovation. The room was on a quite street, spacious and clean for our family of 4. The bus stop is right across the street from the hotel however if you don't a pre-purchased ticket, you will take a 5 min walk to Didot station where there's a ticket machine. We also enjoyed the food near the hotel; beef bun bo and Mediterranean food around the corner. Friendly and very helpful staff. We recommend this hotel and will stay here again!

There's nothing we didn't like except the AC took a while to kick in. We left the blinds closed during the day to keep the room cool and it's no issue after a few hours.

Big, spacious Room, well equipped kitchenette. Hygiene kept on a very high level, the furniture is new. Well working, comfortable lift. Abundant breakfasts including traditional french couisine. Excellent location, due to the hotel being placed on a street leading to metro, bus or tram in an approximately 8 minute walk. Moreover, Next to the entrance to the hotel there is a grocery store. Not to forget that on the street there are restaurants offering couisines from around the world. Last but not least, the hotel is run by commonly helpful and polite staff.
