The hotel is located within a 2 minute walk of the Champs-Elysees and the metro system and an easy walk to both the Eiffel Tower and the Louve Museum. The staff were truly excellent and could not have been more helpful or accomodating. A special callout to Veronica and her collegue on the front desk that greeted us on our arrival, they could not have been more friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. If/when we return to Paris this will be our first choice for accomodation.

I booked this property for the family suite and terrace that had a view of the Effiel Tower. The terrace was closed during our stay which I was not advised of when booking. I understand the weather may not permit it to be opened at some times but it is the middle of April so it is not that cold to sit outside in the afternoon. The staff let us out to see the sparkling Tower but it wasn’t the same. We were very disappointed.

The staff was amazing , everyone was helpful and went out of there way to make sure we had a perfect stay !

Clean, beautiful and quiet

The hotel is very well located right in the heart of Paris. The design, comfort and cleanliness is what you would expect from a 5* boutique hotel. The breakfast is outstanding with a rich choice that should suit all wishes. A shout-out goes to the staff that truely tries to fulfill guests needs and wishes. We had a complaint and the whole team gave us the impression that they care to find a solution and make our stay a remarkable experience. For us these people made the difference between a good and an awesome weekend in Paris.

We loved the location of the hotel, the staff was amazing and the food for breakfast was delicious.

We were disappointed that we did not receive the room request that we had placed when we made the booking. We were also disappointed that the roof terrace was closed. That was one of the main reasons that we booked this hotel.

Excellent location in the midst of shops and the Champs-Elysees. Everything is walkable. Great service and kind staff. Our family enjoyed 4 nights and everyone was very helpful including dinner reservations and booking us with the kids in their movie theater. Excellent boutique hotel.

No views out the windows - looked into a courtyard.

We were given an upgrade on arrival, however there were stairs in the apartment and as my wife is visually impaired, we asked to be moved to another room. This was done swiftly without any fuss, Valerie, Head of housekeeping Wass very understanding and helpful. The trip was for my wife's Birthday, on our return the room that night it had been decorated with balloons and a large happy birthday sign, cake and champagne were also part of the surprise. The staff are very friendly and attentive, the location is great and the room was perfect. Planning to visit again.

Only gripe would be not enough cream for the coffees!! But that's only a question of asking for more.
