Just amazing! A small luxury boutique hotel with all attributes of a grand hotel. Excellent work of all staff. Fantastic venue and the rooms. Quiet street right in the center of Paris. Very much appreciated. Would love to return back.

It was a quaint, inviting little hotel with great staff. Our room was charming and immaculate.

I had to go outside for a hairdresser. Apparently, they charge a few hundred euros just to get the hairdresser to go to the hotel and then charge for the blow dry on top of that. Also, coming in from our terrace, I fell, as it is quite steep stepping down. We asked the Duty Manager for a makeshift step but he didn’t bring one. Breakfast service was really bad. The first day was great but the Restaurant Manager went on holiday. Then the lad who was shadowing him was left to his own devices. This definitely didn’t deliver a five star service. The lift didn’t always work either.

Its design, palace-like type of hotel, even at a small scale, location. Large surface of the room for Paris, very nice neighborhood.

Service below the expectation. As a returning customer, I should admit that I had high expectation, to just receive a kind of ok service. No extra mile, in spite of getting an upgraded room, however there is not that much difference between that and the one booked. At least, not in terms of size, which counts in Paris. But the most disappointing thing was that we were promised to be called, when the room was ready. No call received. We have made a request for a twin room and we got a king bedroom. This was still solved, by spending half an hour with the maids changing beds. Definitely, not a five star hotel. And the list could continue… In spite of these, we had a great time in the city of light.

Wonderful hidden gem in the heart of the city, could not hope for beter! Fabulous staff, the room was absolutely beautiful, It’s rare to see such a great attention to detail going from the lobby, common areas to each corner of the room.

Everything was fantastic

An absolutely spectacular experience staying at the San Régis!!! Everything was perfect, such a charming hotel, really felt like Paris in every way; and the absolute best staff….took care of our every needs and made us feel right at home!!! Our view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing!!!!

5 Star all the way!

The Hotel San Regis is a fine example of traditional quality and service from an excellent luxury hotel. All members of the team were enthusiastic in going the extra mile to make our stay memorable and perfect to celebrate a special celebration. We will certainly return.

The location was perfect. Close to the main attractions in a lovely and safe area of Paris. The Breakfast was lovely with amazing pastries and good coffee. My room was large and bed very comfortable. Liked that I could open the window for fresh air. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this beautiful hotel

Such a beautiful boutique hotel. Great location, easy access to all the nice store there. Very clean. Great staffs. Love everyone there. Definitely my favorite ❤️!
